What do you like best about Act!?

I like the way the interface is set up. It is easy to organize all your respective data for each entry, and the product loads up fast!

What do you dislike about Act!?

By default, the program would start up when my computer started up, and I hate having programs autostart. But one quick setting change, and that was no longer an issue.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizing contacts and pertinent information that helps with follow-up calls and emails.

What do you like best about Act!?

Easy to search/sort contacts by many different key words (company, first name, state) Instantly allows me to see how much interaction I've had with any particular contact. Customizable dashboard gives me the info I want up front

What do you dislike about Act!?

The interface could use an update, it looks a bit old and isn't as intuitive as newer platforms.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of contacts and interactions (emails/calls/visits) is never easier than when I can log them in my Act! files.

Latest version by Swiftpage is too complicated, too many version and difficult to solve problems if there are.

First time I've used ACT was almost 10 years ago. It has improved tremendously overtime. Super easy to install, setup and use.

What do you dislike about Act!?

Yearly charges are really not good. I wish they had a different price model.

Keeping up with your prospects/customers and making sure you follow up with every single one of them can make the difference in your business.

What do you like best about Act!?

The contact management features are robust and enable me to keep track of customer information and interactions with my business. The sales automation and marketing automation tools allow me to automate tasks and create targeted campaigns, which has saved me time and increased my efficiency. The mobile app is a useful tool that enables me to access customer data and manage sales processes on the go. The platform is affordable compared to other CRM solutions on the market, which has helped me to save costs.

What do you dislike about Act!?

I have experienced occasional issues with the platform's reliability, which can be frustrating. While the customer support team is generally helpful, I have encountered some delays in getting my issues resolved. Some features, such as the reporting and analytics tools, could be more advanced and provide greater insights into my business data.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Act! is solving the problem of keeping track of my cold calls and follow-up activities. With Act!, I can easily input and manage my customer data, including who I have contacted and when, and who I need to follow up with. This has helped me to stay organized and ensure that I don't miss any important follow-up opportunities. In addition, Act! also enables me to identify who not to call again, which has saved me time and prevented me from wasting resources on unproductive leads. I like having multiple databases, keeping track of conversations and to-dos to keep sales process moving forward.

What do you dislike about Act!?

Sometimes gets buggy - Support is paid for, which is not a big deal, but sometimes hard to understand support rep - cultural barriers. Have had good and poor experiences.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Handling media relations for multiple clients - doing mail merges to issue press releases - Grouping media so I can do personal campaigns.

What do you like best about Act!?

Our company has been using ACT CRM since 2005 and we have not shifted to any other CRM. The ease with which we can add customer updates and schedule tasks, meetings and calls is amazing. As the time passed ACT has improved a lot and many new and important features have been added. In our company we still use the offline version of ACT! CRM. All the users access it through the local network which help with the data security as well.

What do you dislike about Act!?

Since 2020, ACT moved all it's tools to cloud based service and even the CRM isn't available offline. For a company which takes data security very seriously, this is a concern. We don't want our data to be stored in a different country and due to this reason we are still using the older version of offline CRM. One would think that a cloud based tool would cost less, but in ACT's case it has increased significantly. Obviously it gives a portability access but not at the cost of data security.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

ACT is our primary work tool which is used daily. we use it to schedule our daily tasks, calls, meetings and set sales opportunities. It surely speeds up our customer interaction and keeps on track. It also sends automated emails to customers on various occasions or when we organise some events. It has made our CRM task extremely easy.

What do you like best about Act!?

The act! For us it is different because we have been able to check directly with the company in order to be able to expand our sales and be able to travel the networks and the internet with a wide level, for us the visibility functionality is very attractive because we have been able to specify with more users , This system can be coupled with the marketing system for the function of expanding our image.

What do you dislike about Act!?

The system is very complete and detailed, so we have not had a negative point regarding the use, the action of each tool is very detailed and fulfills the attraction of new customers and for us it has been very fundamental and until now we cannot find any errors, but future Act! is possible to continue optimizing to provide quality service as before.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

The company has been different since sales problems or simply increasing sales are 2 circumstances why a CRM service can be useful and I like what Act! It offers us the ample traffic and the way in which we can connect with more clients has been very pleasant so I am happy with this function and in addition to being very punctual at work and when it comes to new client traffic, good tool and good coupling with other marketing systems.

What do you like best about Act!?

ACT! It is a different system from the other CRM we have compared this software with others and it seems that it provides greater solutions at the time of making a sale the CRM is strategic for new customers makes its tool very powerful, it immediately couples any marketing system to provide a greater scope with what I think is a price is very consistent with the tools offered.

What do you dislike about Act!?

In my opinion, it has been efficient, unlike other systems, however, it seems to me that it should improve, it works correctly and I think that the function is pleasant and I think it can improve its interface in the future.

What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has points in its favor due to the fact that perfectly the marketing network allows to expand the operation of its service reaching and expanding many more people to bring as traffic on this website in turn the crm sales system allows advertising to be more attractive So that clients can access and make a sale, it seems to me that the operation is incredible and it fits perfectly with our system, the characteristics are incredible.
