Aweber makes it as easy as possible to build an email list, and then keep in touch with people, as it provides useful analytics.

It's a bit clunky and slow sometimes. I wish it didn't count duplicates as unique subscribers.

We know who is engaging with us and can give them extra attention, which leads to sales.

Most of all I like the efficiency and timeliness of AWeber for email marketing.

I still have not found anything I do not like, but maybe the monthly subscription price.

Once you get the hang of aweber, ot is a very useful tool that can be used in nuemorus ways! Its hreat for collecting and sending emails which can be written in both plain text and code. Out ofall the email platforms I've tried aweber is by far the best!

When first starting out it can be a little tricky to get the hang of it you arent really tech savy. There also isn't a good way to display email sign ups you create on aweber on your site.

Its an amazing way to keep in touch with my readers, and very easy to have multiple email lists for the differenr sites and news letters I run.

Its simple and personalized, easy to use and pretty cheap as well.

It is a little too cheap looking, it isnt the "sexiest" piece of technology

AWeber goes beyond the standard features one would expect from any email marketing service adding advanced capabilities like tagging list members for special email messages. List management and message creation are strong if a bit quirky.

It has a few usability issues which detract unnecessarily from an otherwise great product. For example, it's unnecessarily difficult to change the list assigned to a message. Images have to be added to messages using a URL rather than a simple upload. And there's no delay once the "send" button is hit, so it's impossible to "unsend" any messages with mistakes.

AWeber makes it easy to build multiple opt-in list from different sources and send personalized targeted emails. It's great for moving prospective buyers along through the sales cycle.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do, when you need it done. We have it set up to send out brochures when a student is interested in our program and it works swimmingly!

The month to month cost can be really annoying at time. Wish there was a way to just pay for a yearly subscription. They do have a three month option, which is better than the first.

How quick and easy it is to setup powerful email campaigns. I have created 2 accounts for myself and 3 accounts for clients.

An addon feature to purchase email lists would be helpful. The most daunting part about starting a newsletter is not having subscribers.

Great support Tutorials and FAQ's very helpful. No need to be stopped. Search for an answer, or call up and get one fast.

Creating email follow up : it is the best feature of aweber... But the crazy guys from aweber decided to change the a new way of created it. The change is not much better... they should have improve others features ! The Good thing is that it is reliable, linked with a lots of 3rd party tool Simple to use and support reactive... but if you ask for a discount it is always NO !

Few evolutions until 2014, what a pity ! Very expansive as there is NO discount with No history of the emails deleted / unsuscribed No link with eCommerce Basic profiling (with the new features of tags) No search of word in all follow up Sometimes aweber URL for tracking doesn't work (you have to turn of tracking and put in text mode) Very old fashion forms (you have to use optin monster)
