The platform is a limited in its ability to provide demographics about the reach of the population. Isn't sophisticated enough to gather demographics but I understand that it is a limitation due to price.

We're just trying to gain better insight to who our campaign reached.

I'm able to track several important hashtags as well as other branded terms across the entire web, not just social media.

There isn't a simple way on my plan to sort social keyword uses by the number of followers an influencer has.

We use it to track individual campaigns. The biggest benefit has been that of cost; we used a competitor, but with Brand24 we get more keywords and pay less for them.

Build in professional CRM - it would be great if b24 had that feature.

B24 helped me increase sales and costumer service. Also my clients who use brand24 gather more user than before (people see that you are active!!). If you use wise this tool it gives you many opportunities for your company or product. People talk in social media and if you find those specific talks (about your brand, product, articles, etc.), react to them - you’re home,

I like the way the Brand24 collects mentions, organises them and allows you to define filters. The introduction of PDF reports allows me to send my client something that they get all the information at a glance. I love the integration with Slack and being able to see a list of mentions as they happen. The ability to view my projects on the go through the mobile app is ace. I have tried many other offerings from competitors and not many have the functionality that Brand24 has at such a good value price point. Their support is fantastic too - shout out to Kuba!

I would like to be able to see Reddit as it's own category.

Brand24 helps to identify praise/problems online, the storm functionality is great for this. I am able to provide my clients with white label reports and this is very important to me, the introduction of the new PDF reports are amazing.

I reviewed and tried several different brand and media reach & monitoring services, and Brand24 was the best. They offer the most complete toolkit for setting up your monitoring, especially tracking #hashtag mentions, which not many services do. As a marketing agency, I especially valued the AVE to show my clients the dollar value of our social media and podcasting work. The reports were both detailed and visual, and can be customized. My clients loved them. I also liked the ability to reclassify a mention as positive, neutral or negative because AI can get the sentiment wrong because of context.

Would like a free version to run while my clients are on hiatus.

Tracking hashtags is hard, across ALL platforms -- social and non-social -- is a big problem that Brand24 solved. And, to have that all in one place is fantastic!

With Brand24 I can easily find my potential customers in social media and this is the most important value for me. I appreciate fast helpdesk too, when I have a problem.

I think that price is a little too high for my possibility.

I know what my clients says about my company, I can find my clients complain and problems, then offer my help to solve this things. Brand24 is helping prevent crisis situations too.

After many years of trying many ways to track media hits for my clients and projects, i was always dissaapointed until I discovered Brand 24. It's user interface works! It grabs sources I didn't know existed. It creates reports, and if i ever have a problem -- great customer service!

Sometimes the "reports" were complicated to hand off directly to a client. And, it is pricey (but worth it if you can expense it!)

It consilidates so many sources! It's efficient and always makes me happy to see my clients get lots of hits.

Very easy to set up, seems to be fairly accurate, particularly on social. Good value for the price

As with all social monitoring tools, it doesn't seem to pick up news outlets well.

Lets me know right away when there are mentions of my brand, so i can be part of them.
