I have been using Duda for six years since I first discovered it. It is like a hidden treasure - beautifully designed, with all the bells and whistles needed for a professional-looking website and easy to adjust the content on the go.

Blogger function is a little stiff. It is not the easiest one to integrate with other popular blogging sites, such as Medium.

I run a startup. As the company evolves, so is the site contents. Being able to quickly modify the site layout and contents is what I enjoyed the most using Duda.

Ease of use, pricing, branding tools, formatting options, and customer support

I have not come across anything to dislike at this point. Maybe more third-party integrations, but I know that they are adding new features all the time.

Ability to add/update content in a short period of time and with little effort. Their platform makes it easy to create a top-notch, professional website with features that help streamline day-to-day operations. Their branding and SEO tools are a few of the many other great features Duda offers. Customer service is excellent. After submitting an online support request regarding a formatting question, not only did they fix the issue that was my fault, they sent me detailed video instructions where they actually used my website for the tutorial. Probably the best customer service I have received in recent memory.

Fast, stable, easy-to-use, responsive, constant improvements, and allows you to build incredible looking and incredibly functional websites with ease! What more could you ask for in a website building platform?!? We love how reliable and fast it is, how easy it is to manage a large group of websites, and that new features and functions are constantly being developed in order to continue improving on what is already an incredible platform. One of the reasons that we left our old platform (Wix) was that it was not only clunky and much more difficult to use (for us and our clients), but they got stale and outdated, while only focusing on sales instead of improving the platform. Duda is more focused on creating and continually improving, which is what all good platforms should be focused on! I like that it's so easy to start a new client with a pre-built, gorgeous template, and have them simply update the text and images to create their own new and beautiful website. The process is so fast and easy, and the clients love it. It used to be really scary for a new client to even think about building out a new website from just a blank page because they didn't know what to add, where to add it, or even how to add it. Now I have new clients just jump right in and build out their new websites before I even get a chance to "train" them on the system. It's cut our launch time down to almost nothing, and the clients just love that they can easily manage things themselves without any type of training. Our support phone never rings, and we get one or two support emails a month now! It's crazy how much Wix had us chasing our tails and putting out fires! Never again!!!

I thought long and hard on this one, and the one thing that I dislike is that other website building platforms who consider themselves "comparable" or "better" (Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, and all the other wanna-be's out there!) are so far behind Duda, so I just really dislike that Duda hasn't gotten the recognition as an industry leader that it so much deserves. It's got far better tools, creates better websites more easily, and OMG! the support is a zillion times better than what any other website builder company provides. With such an incredible array of tools and features, including the ability to create your own or plugin any 3rd party add-ons that you might need, what is there to dislike? Also, unlike the competition, they even have an area for users to suggest ideas and improvements, which none of their competitors have. Their competitors need to take some tips from Duda, and start listening to their users, and making solid and valuable improvements, or more people like me will be heading over to Duda. One thing that I actually don't like is that when I'm working on a website in mobile mode, it often get's "stuck" (for lack of a better word), and I lose my toolbar at the top, which means that I can't get back to desktop mode or any of the top toolbar functions. So I find that I have to refresh my entire browser page quite a bit when working in the mobile mode so that I can get all of the top toolbar functions back again.

I'm now able to build out gorgeous new websites for my clients faster than I ever could before on the previous platform I used (Wix). Now my customers are also able to easily build and manage their own sites without my help, which is even nicer! My websites are ALWAYS up, and if there's even a hint of a problem with the system, which is incredibly rare, we get immediately notified before, during, and after the incident. None of their competitors do that! Because we host so many client websites for Duda, our overall ROI is much better than it ever was before. We can now focus on gaining new clients and building beautiful websites, rather than spending tons of time on constant customer support and education due to a hard-to-use system. Plus, we've never had a better uptime record than since we moved to Duda almost 3 years ago. Since then, we've had a few minor issues, as all technology companies do, but we're still at 100% uptime overall, for THREE YEARS! Who else can say that? NOBODY! Our clients will tell you that they don't even bother checking the free uptime service that we set up for every client site because it simply doesn't go down! It's just that good! One of our big problems that has been resolved is that of client support - we don't really even need it! The system is so intuitive and easy to use, that brand new clients can logically figure out what to do and how to do it. Plus, starting off with one of the many incredible templates that are available (with new ones being added at no cost all the time!), our new clients simply have to change out the template text with their own text, swap out images, and within an hour or two, they can have an incredible new website that looks like it cost them a fortune and took weeks to build...it's just fast, simple, and easy, the way building websites is supposed to be!

Despite how well designed the platform is, there will inevitably be bugs, complications, or confusion on the part of the end user. So with as relatively little as I've needed to lean on tech support, theirs is simply remarkable. Fast, efficient, friendly. And above all, does not presume that I am an idiot (satisfied smile). They ask for as much pertinent information as is necessary to address my issue(s) without jumping to the conclusion that said issue(s) do not lie with me, the end-user. And THAT seldom happens anywhere!

A handful of very minor missing features that seem simple to incorporate. For instance, almost any portion of the site allows for customization or use of your own content elements (add your own font, add your own image, video, what have you... but you cannot use your own icons for social media. And theirs are relatively few. Basic standards like Twitch, Spotify, Discord, each with millions of users, are no where to be found. Users have to jump through several hoops to create a workaround that still does not match the visual appeal of all social icons of the same formatting lined up perfectly, which happens with the ones they support.

Visual appealing effects like video on loop, animated entrances of individual elements, simultaneous building of responsive builds... all of these have allowed me to create stunningly effective websites ...and FASTER than I was able to on similarly priced or similarly featured builders (such as snappages). And as an agency resource for local entrepreneurs to get websites online quickly who only see, essentially, the end result, such visuals are THE reason they are willing to pay out to a third party, thus solving issues on both sides of the counter between customers and designers.

Very helpful when I ran into problems. As a newish web designer, this was confidence boosting.

Not a lot! Their phone back service was wonderful - knowledgeable staff talked me through where necessary. The WYSIWYG Duda concept filled my requirements perfectly.

Only problems were initial connection and transfer of website from previous provider. Easily facilitated by Duda.

Duda's platform is easy to use and navigate. I can design and develop a kick-ass website in minutes instead of hours or days and unlike other similar design platforms like Wix, knowing that Duda's tech support is always there and have my back it gives me more freedom when it comes to design and development

This platform is a real game-changer for small businesses that need to get up and running with a quality website. The personalization features are awesome and can be applied to many different types of niches. There is even the option to build your own widget that are most relevant to the niche that you are in. The knowledge base is packed with helpful information. Overall, I love the robust features and ease of use that Duda provides. The upsides of using Duda is that hosting is included with the plans. The website builder integration and the variety of features have been most helpful.

I disliked the fact that getting there isn't a dedicated representative or someone that is available post-sale. I would have liked to have had an onboarding session post purchasing Duda.

The problem that I have solved using Duda has been using it as an alternative to WordPress, it has solved the issue of creating website faster with website builders while providing great quality and robust features such as personalization that help small businesses. The benefits that I have realized since using Duda has been that they have a great e-commerce plan that makes it easy for small businesses to sell products online. Another benefit that I have realized that migrating to Duda is a simple process, and there are resources to help with the site migration process. overall the Duda is a great web content management system.

I create my website in a matter of 3 weeks and my eCommerce section took a mere 2 months. The customer service from Duda is bar-none the best there is. I left Godaddy went to Duda and did not regret a thing. The service from Paola, Adrian Poutney, Elizabeth Fedak, and Kendy Duarte has been just excellent.

That the Chat support function sometimes fails

Ecommerce, solved, Dynamic Pages, solved, I learned that almost everything is possible with Duda.

Prompt, professional and friendly response and fast action from Duda, who even engaged with another third party partner of ours to help get a solution for a particular issue we were experiencing.
