What I love best about EngageBay is you can create contacts just by importing your CSV file. You can also create Marketing Campaigns and monitor them at the same time. Analytics in Dashboard is very useful in getting information on sent campaigns versus bounces, spams, and unsubscribes.

So far it is very useful, nothing to dislike.

EngageBay Suite solves our problems for database repositories and monitoring email marketing campaigns.

I like that it has most of the features of the most popular CRM's but at a fraction of the cost. We were paying 5x more for a popular alternative so it is a no brainer in that regard.

It is missing a few features that the more premium CRM's have but at this price you just cannot complain.

It is solving our CRM needs and email marketing needs. The builder for emails and landing pages is very easy to use and an improvement on others I have used.

As a first time user of your platform, I needed assistance a couple of times and I engaged with Charles T. He was absolutely helpful at all times, guided me through the process and in fact also checked in to see if was successful. Now, thats what you call professional service. I was also only allowed to send 100 x emails based on our package but received an exception to send out over 400 - this is what you call excellent customer service.

Not able to give you my feedback on this as its all still pretty new to me. I would be great if you could add more business focused templates that we can utilise by merely tweaking.

Once again, still new to me but will definately be using it more going forward

I love the smooth interface and the many high-quality functionalities! The customer support is also very friendly and are always there to help. I mainly use it for marketing but I think the sales and service hub is also relatively easy as well.

I don't have any dislikes but some small ideas to help improve the user experience. For example for custom fields, lists it would be great if we have an option to arrange the lists in alphabetical order, or we can drag and drop the options, and be able to change the title of the field once created.

We are just getting started, so we are yet to realize the benfits. But one thing I can say for sure is that it's super handy to have all the customer data & history linked to one platform. That's what we were looking for.

I'm a novice in marketing my startup. Cost is a primary concern for me, but EngageBay met my needs.

I am yet to find out, because everything seems fine with me so far.

Reasonably priced marketing tool that has an easy to use interface and easy integration. Great platform to engage leads through email and keep track of progress. great for small businesses.

The tool has several advantages that work better than similar services, for example: convenient email campaign, unlimited number of users, the ability to create reports and also the eye-catching interface. All functions work well and help increase sales. Very satisfied with the choice of this program.

Engagebay is really powerful but bit complicated tool. There is a lack of quick and easy creation of emails and landing pages. You should consider spending some time to get to use for this service. But of course at the end it worth it.he line with some popular apps.

Overall, my experience of Engagebay was successful. We use Engagebay for different purposes, including email campaign, lead scoring, creating web forms and landing pages, integrating with different social apps, etc. I can just say that its functionality impressed me from the first days of use.

The platform is excellent but what is most valuable is the live chat service. If you're ever stuck with anything, the live chat team are always on hand to help you out within a matter of seconds!

It can be a bit confusing at times but that's part and parcel of using a CRM with no prior experience. I think I would encounter many of the same issues, and probably more, if I was to use another CRM.

Engagebay really helps to automate our email comms. Where we once had to manually track our engagement with members and act accordingly, Engagebay now does pretty much all of that for us.

It's robust and can provide most automated sequences you will need as you develop your online marketing.

This platform is perfect for the small business owner seeking an all-in-one platform for free and for reasonable paid plans. It is chocked full of advanced features that many do not offer until at paid plan level.

I found that the responsiveness to service was slow to respond, but that was likely due to the time zone versus a real service issue.

I was able to create all I needed to launch my online business: email automation, CRM, campaigns, automation, forms, and landing pages.

We have been using Engagebay as our email service provider for past 3 months. The product is easy to use and simple to understand. It's been very reliable. Our emails get through and we have been able to send a TON of emails. We store all of our graphics that we use in our newsletters on the site. We've never run into any hiccups with the use of this product.

I would like them to work on adding more responsive email templates and landing page templates. I would also like to see more reporting capabilities added.

We used many other marketing tools earilier, but we were not satisfied with those tools. Started using Engagebay before three months. As a result, we have a well-established system that removes part of the work of the marketing department.

Engagebay is a good tool for creating simple HTML emails, nurture campaigns and lead scoring that provide your sales team with better overall leads. Overall the user interface is pretty nice for the creation of campaigns. Engagebay enables the use of templated landing pages and emails to make it easy to create messages and landing pages.

There are difficulties with integration. I must contact the support of the tool. But the support team works very well and quickly responds to the request. Before you start working with the service it is better to read the instructions, the interface is good but not all functions are immediately understood. In general, the service is good and multifunctional, it greatly simplifies the work.

We switched to Engagebay from another tool, since we had the opportunity to sell more than one brand, but here it is quite possible. We can also extract more detailed information about our customers and transfer them to our sales representatives more efficiently.

This product is great for all in-one-CRM management. It allows for excellent and simple communication with customers and broadening reach to ensure you're monthly marketing has growth and engages customers.

I wokld like for the interface to feel a bit more modern. I also think the name is relatively long winded so when talking about this platform it often leaves others with a bit of confusion about what the platform actually does.

Marketing automation for my clothing business is really great with the help of this product. It tends to make posting and keeping up with emails sent to potential customers, simple.

It's pretty cheap compared to other marketing automation tools.

There are very few native integrations. The tool doesn't offer the same flexibility as other marketing automation platforms. It's clunky and difficult to set up good workflows. It doesn't even have built-in UTM tagging.

We are not solving any problems with EngageBay. We used it for one client, and we encouraged them to switch to a different platform because of the lack of features and integrations.
