I like the ease of setting alarms and integrating with email templates

All communication records are in one place. Insightly is affordable, and task follow-up is beneficial in keeping the personal relationship open with a potential client.
The organization field should have a sub-division. The Contact form should be more intutive. Once you enter a title, it should keep it in the system. I would like to see another field for personal email.
Insightly is the ideal assistant. The daily reminders are very beneficial to me, as to who to contact, when, and why.

Better tracking of the sales process, which can help to keep on top of opportunities through to the close of the sale
Filters, layout, easy to use, it helps me to keep track of my daily tasks and company tasks. It is great to see and track the performance, analytics, opportunities, etc.
I can't really think of anything. It took me a little long to learn how to use it properly, how to make adjustments, create filters. One thing is that I can't see my coworkers' tasks unless the filter is created.
Planning, using it to plan my week, to structure projects
Insightly has helped our company with being more organized. We can run the reports that we truly need and track down every single project, lead or opportunity. It's very user-friendly and the best part is it's fully customizable to truly fit our company's wants and needs. Our company has many different branches so being able to have the accounting team see what matters to them as well as the payroll team not only saves time but boosts productivity. Having the opportunity and lead pipelines have helped our sales team track down every new client with ease. Insightly has truly been a powerful tool for our company and we are excited to keep moving forward with them.
There are not many dislikes everyone on the Insightly team is fully responsive and helpful. whenever we have an issue Insightly support team is quick and provides the information my team needs.
The problem we use to have was tracking down projects and being able to see our recurring clients. We also have a Tax Team here at Duran Business Group so being able to separate our tax, accounting, digital media and payroll clients have been amazing. As well as having the pipelines so we can fully track down the status of projects.

Insightly Dashboards & Reports are used in my team's daily workflow. They are reference points to check the status of key accounts (projects). The reports can be sent by email which allows my team to stay on track with key metrics.
The search feature in Insightly could be improved. It can be difficult to find an account (project) if you haven't already searched the project before. We've given this feedback to our Account Manager and are hoping it will be updated soon.
Insightly allows my team to successfully meet their key performance indicators. We're easily able to keep track of customer experiences and communication through the activity section of the project.
I can enter all my leads. Create opportunities and have 90 days, 60 days, 30 days pipeline. Also, my boss can keep a tab on my progress and this becomes like a regular reporting.
I have to login again even when I keep Insightly open on one of my browser tabs.
Using it for Sales and Sales forecast. I am able to keep a tab on past leads and opportunities.

Reports are a little difficult but not too bad.
We are able to follow our customers and their specific projects with little effort. Using a CRM like this one means that each customer record reads like a book.
I love the customization of Insightly. Out of the box, it works... yet you can create custom views, filters, fields, and reports. The task management feature is impressive for a team, with categories, custom views, and assigning tasks. Multiple project pipelines ensure various types of projects are well managed. Activity sets (or workflows) keep everything moving forward. I am a CRM expert who helps clients implement CRM systems, and Insightly is my "go-to" CRM for non-industry-specific systems. It is versatile and utilized in many industries. A beginner can use Insightly, yet the software offers features that even a data nerd appreciates.
My least favorite part of Insightly is the number of clicks it takes to get to specific screens. The layout is not as intuitive as other CRM systems I have used, but the features make up for that. The learning curve is a little bit steeper due to the non-intuitiveness, but once you get used to it, you will never look back.
I track all of my leads, clients, projects, and tasks in Insightly. I do not have to worry about anything or anyone slipping through the cracks. I can analyze and run reports for any field in the system, which gives me a full view of how business is going and where I should spend my marketing dollars. My whole team uses Insightly daily, which eliminates a lot of texts, phone calls, and emails - leading to increased productivity!
I like how I can have opportunities (for my potential clients/listings) and then convert them to projects (for the listing/sale). Ability to use tags so I can easily identify who has purchased/sold a home with me in a given year. I set reminders to check on my projects (listings/sales) already in progress, with clients. I like how I could use my own data fields to better correspond with my real estate business. Great CRM!
I haven't found a dislike yet. Anything I couldn't find, I was able to eventually find and utilize.

Inability to do mass texting campaigns. Would like to be able to have made for you templates for emails and texts that can be used for each tag/group that is created. Being able to send staggered text/email messages to my database. SMART plans would be nice where you can put particular contacts/groups onto a smart plan that automatically texts/emails them as opposed to having to do it manually
The problems that I am solving are being able to stay reminded to reach out to my database , group, tag them and stay engaged with my stats base. I have realized that without it, I wouldn't be able to sustain let alone grow my business.
A good place to store all notes, estimates and invoices and easy to navigate. We started off as a small business and are now a medium size business and it's still working well for us

We can go back and find past events quite easily, speeding up inquiries from our customers I'm finding what we need easily Which is essential in a fast pacedbusiness

I needed the ability to associate a single person with multiple companies, multiple opportunities, multiple projects, multiple tasks, etc. Insightly does this. Others do not. I absolutely love it.
Doesn't have the most beautiful interface, but it works.
The ability to make highly matrixed connections and see unrelated tasks, projects and opportunities, that happen to be connected to a common contact or company makes my work much more efficient.
