With the service, absolutely nothing. There are some specific integrations with other software we utilize would like to have due to the nature of our business, but they are not critical to business and LearnWorlds development team has taken our feedback for possible future integrations.

I like that LearnWorlds is an easy to use program. Many other options are available but they are way to hard for the average person to setup and customize. This program is also affordable for people that are just getting started. I like how this gives you the look and feel of a robust online school no matter how big or small your school actually is. LearnWorlds is honestly your best option the combination of affordability, course content management, branding, and marketing. There are so many great features such as being able to generate certificates after people complete classes. You can do sells on select courses. You can communicate within your school with your learners and vice a versa. I have never seen any platform offer so many features that are easy to use and access at an affordable price even for the little guy.
The only thing I don't like is one of the marketing features is not available with the basic package but this is an easy fix by simply upgrading your account.
I have an actual place my students can login and have access to the course content. This has simplified my courses by no longer being forced to send a million emails and use a social media group and live streaming to try and piece together a way to offer online courses.

The Support team is really supportive and fast-responding to all our concerns, they try to help us to find the solutions to which the LMS has not had the feature to solve. Their supportiveness and willingness to spend time for us to find the solution

- The currency. The system has not supported VND currency so it's hard for us to commercialize the course without the price. The support team did support us in customizing and add-in the currency in time
The support team was responsive to most of my queries and got back to me within days. The website developing user interface was also accessible and intuitive. Together with the answers from tech support, LearnWorlds platform provided me with all the resources I needed to compile, showcase and collect payments for my course.
There are a few features on the Site developer that need a little polishing or need to be added. The Site developer is almost as good as professional developer tools such as Divi, but a few elements are missing. For example, when asking for the scroll-down button (button which causes the page to scroll down to a specific section), the action scrolls the viewer to the bottom of that section, not the top, where the heading is. Also, there is not as much versatility moving items around the section, or creating a unique table with one small column and one large one. There was also some mismatch between the placement of an object on the developer and the placement of the object in the published version.
LearnWorlds solved the issue of knowing how to do many of front end and back end tasks which lectors and proctors are usually not privy in. It allows people with small understanding of web development but a lot of experience teaching courses to single-handedly create a fully functional course.

Would like to be able to add individual title slides between learning activities and brand the reward badges to our brand, as they are too childish for our purposes; we like the concept though.

A friendlier or simpler version of the platform might be helpful. Also,a big-picture flow chart or image might help to understand the flow according to the options available.

There are a few restrictions that I've found during creating content, especially since there is no option for adding audio in any quizzes. For young learners or learners with begging level of language proficiency levels, it is helpful to add some audio to questions.

We provide free and paid education to various target groups as an NGO, it works very well. We had a very negative experience with Canopy Lab, where we were charged twice by them by mistake, even after canceling the free trial on time and double-checking with the support team that we won't be charged. After the incident, the support team response was slow, and cold and no assurance was provided this won't happen again. We had some difficulties with the initial setup with Learnworlds, but their high-quality support ensured us it is the best decision.

Need more options for email redirect on contact forms, at the moment our customers can only communicate with us using the one email address we used to register our own account. We would lie that each contact form we set-up could have it's own thank you page connected to it, instead of just a 'Thank you' pop-up message. We need the extra info for user analytics.
It is the first company with whom we felt comfortable we could develop our content. As a transdisciplinary school, it is not obvious to find a platform that has the flexibility to host diverse content for diverse educational programmes. This is the third CAMPUS we create, and we are loving the experience at Learnworlds!
1. Their pricing model. You pay for features, not for how many active users you have. The PRO trainer is more than good enough to start with for a small training provider. 2. Customer service responds fast, and they're very helpful!! 3. The units look nice. The ebook feature allows you to create beautiful lessons quite easily. You can embed anything. If you use H1, students can jump straight to the part of the unit they want. 4. The reports center provides precisely the data you need (Pro trainer plan offers less, but still good enough). 5. The "learning center" plan offers a FANTASTIC interactive video feature! 6. The assignment feature allows for feedback from trainer & resubmission if necessary. It might be suprising, but many LMS haven't nailed this so far!
There's no easy way for students to get an overview of the status of their assignments /exams (they have to scroll through the course player and open one by one). In our courses, we have 9 different assignments/exams in one course and sometimes students need to resubmit to integrate feedback from instructors. There are other small things, but they are not a deal-breaker for us. The more I use the platform, the more I know how to avoid all the potential problems.
