It's simplicity, affordability and great performance alongside world class customer support
It was a bit buggy during registration process
It allows to me affordably communicate with US and Canadian clients
It was very affordable, had all the features I needed for my small businesses. Support was also very responsive. It was very easy to setup a new account. After the initial accounts I like the platform so much I ported over the phone number of our other retail business.
There is nothing in particular, its unuseable with some services for SMS verification but I think thats a pretty standard VoIP number thing not specific to OpenPhone
Ease of getting business level phone service like in call options and routing. It was self-serivce which. I like, it didnʻt require a sales rep to corodinate with.
Openphone has allowed me to increase my productivity and give my clients communication choices. In addition, I am a one man show and I get prompt responses to my inquiries and the follow up team is excellent!
I thought hard about this one and I can't identify a dislike in the 1+ years I have been a customer.
Ease of use and the ability to reach out to more clients.
- desktop and smartphone app platform integration - customizable after hours/out of office tools - easy, dummy-proof (ie - me!) workflow between adding new clients in the address book, messaging, phone calls and multi-device notifications
- sometimes the desktop app can lag with updating latest messages from client that were initially received on another device
OpenPhone enables me to perform all my business communication tasks on any and all electronic devices, seamlessly updating between all devices automatically.
It has a very intuitive interphase, it is easy to use, integrate and implement, offers a variety of options and features, they have a good customer support and very handy when needed.
The only downside of using OpenPhone is that you need internet in order to receive calls and I travel a lot so sometimes I do not have access to internet.
It is giving me a solution to offer a centralized number for my customers and I am also able to have a US number.
- Reasonable pricing - Quick response from the support team, - User friendly app interface - Clear Sound quality
Only US Credit Card can recharge your account.
I am able to talk to my clients in US and it's just amazing tech with no voice lag whatsoever. Tarrifs are also pretty reasonble.
I like the user-friendliness, the integrations and the easy to use system design. Open phone is great for Startups since you don't have to go through extensive trainings to be able to use it. The auto recording feature is also an upside of using openphone. Also, the color scheme is very good. It doesn't cause strain on eyes.
I don't think there's anything that i specifically dislike about openphone, but if i must say - then the only downside of using openphone is the price for premium subscription. It's a little bit high for startups like mine.
Openphone is solving problems related to communication between overseas clients and overseas employees. It's really helping us connect with the employees that are working on remote basis, to connect with clients all over the US.
I like that OpenPhone has a call recording and can be downloaded, very convenient for the business. It is easier for us to add the recordings to our file for future references.
So far I haven't encountered any issues to dislike about OpenPhone. So far so good.
OpenPhone helped us with our phone system dor the daily tasks with our clients as well as to reach out our potential customers. Making and receiving calls makes easy with OpenPhone.
The most helpful thing about OpenPhone is their customer support and how quick they are to help. Super customer centric which is always a good thing!
Only thing I don't like about OpenPhone is the Caller ID is currently not working at the moment for some reason.
The allowed me to have a business phone number very quick and easy.
Feeling grat to work with openphone, It provide good service for our team and very helpful in running our business smothly.
Not anything seems like that, Working ecperience would be great.
Their support is very good.
Recording calls inline with all activity, texting, time stamping. One location for all contact points.
The UI can be confusing, especially integrating contacts. Needs more seemless integration.
Lower costs of VOIP, better features at the price point.
We've seen a huge increase in our customer answer rates while using open phone. We use to get about a 15% answer rate and now we're averaging 50%
nothing so far, it's been a great platform
We are able to track phone call analytics more easily, and reach more customers
I absolutely love OpenPhone's user-friendly interface and its seamless integration with my workflow. The convenience of managing calls, texts, and contacts in one platform has significantly improved my communication efficiency. The responsive customer support is also a standout feature, ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. Overall, OpenPhone has simplified and enhanced my communication experience, making it an invaluable tool for both personal and professional use.
I currently have no complaints. However, I would recommend the inclusion of a six-month payment method option with the best-discounted prices to enhance the user experience.
OpenPhone resolves communication fragmentation by consolidating calls and texts in one platform, streamlining my workflow and ensuring I never miss a message. The user-friendly interface and responsive support enhance my overall efficiency and communication experience, benefiting both my personal and professional life.
I really love how easy it is to use. I love that If a call is missed by all three agents, the app can send an automated response. The AI that point formats a verbal conversation is crucial to our business. There is no room for questions about the calls so nothing gets missed.
Honestly, there is not a single thing I dislike about the app except that I didn't hear about it sooner.
It's solving missed calls. If we miss a call for any reason, an automated text is sent to the client which means everyone is receiving a response in a timely manner.
I love OpenPhone, because I can use it on the go OR at my desk. I can use my headset and be hands free and that is always a plus when making travel reservations, entering data, payment info, etc. It's very easy to use, no learning curve at all. The chat/texting function is a big plus since a lot of my customer base is younger and prefers to text. It's also affordable.
I am a one person business, so the collaberative aspect doesn't apply to me. I don't consider that a downfall, just doesn't apply to me. I do wish I could save my chats for reference.
Being able to use on the go or in my office. I have clients call/message me frequently and this is used as a business line so that my personal number stays private.
OpenPhone provides an easy way to reach out to a high volume of possible candidates without giving away any personal information. The templates are incredibly helpful. I use OpenPhone every single day and post the number in my job ads for people to reach out to me directly which helps with streamlining the hiring process while also showing candidate initiative.
For me, the least helpful thing is the limit of pinned contacts. I recruit for a lot of offices and I have a group chat with each and everyone of those offices, but I can only pin five of them to the top.
It helps me reach out to a high volume of contacts while also keeping it separated from my personal business.
The Most important thing that I like the most is their plans that they are so much reasonable and most importantly their customer service is also good
Amm nothing everything is perfect and good
It will help me out to over view my team how they are doing everything is good or not like if there is any issue then resolved it using call recordings
1) Clean Layout. Easy to use. I mainly use desktop version in the first month. 2) Good price as well. 3) Customer service team is the best and very professional. I have problem port out from RingCentral, their CS Javier replied me fast and monitoring and keep me updated during the entire port out process. I appreciate it. He helped made things smooth. And after today port out from RingCentral, I cannot receive any inboud calls, inbound calls still go to RingCentral. Contact their Openphone CS team again, and the CS Edward replied me within 15 minutes and gave solution. Now all problem solved.
Nothing so far. Honesly, I don't use much at my first month but I believe even if problem in the future, their team can help solve it out.
I am looking for a fair price phone alternative. I was with RC but they charged me too much even I sticked with them for 8 years, even they have a lower price plan, they still charged me the expensive old price. and sometimes, they billed me wrong and it took me around 3 to 4 months and several phone calls to get my money back. And I am sick of it. But Openphone has clear price chart.
Super easy to use and customer support is very responsive and helpful. A lot of features and is very easy to integrate and implement within your workflow.
My number got deleted after a year, I am not sure if I missed any notifications or if they went to spam. I would like to be notified before the account gets closed going forward.
Having a virtual US number for a variety of business purposes.
The convinience is outstanding. They have a very fast and uncomplicated onboarding process. Due to it being so convinient I integrated it in my daily workflow. I had some self created issues that the support resolved quickly. They also have a vast varity of features I am still looking through (Webhooks, text messages, etc)!
Right now there is nothing to dislike! Its a great service.
Calling the United States from Germany is very costly using my business phone number. However with OpenPhone I have unlimited calls and text messages.
