What do you like best about PartnerStack?

I like that I'm able to have one login for multiple affiliate and partner programs under PartnerStack. I've become accustomed to their dashboard, features, etc., so that when I sign up for another partner program that uses Partner Stack there is no learning curve.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

I know that they charge a fee that is cost-prohibitive for some companies. It's happened more than a few times that we've had our partnerships migrate off of PartnerStack to another that does not charge a transaction fee or was more cost-effective.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

- consolidating a few of our partnerships and affiliate set-ups under one roof. - able to project our affiliate income - able to easily add leads and track them

"A great platform to earn some passive income"
What do you like best about PartnerStack?

Partnerstack offers plenty opportunities to earn passive incomes by referring products or services that actually add value to users. I am also using some of these products myself and I feel confident to refer them to others because these products add value to my life by saving me costs and helping me to be better organized. QuickBooks Self Employed is one of those great products. Thanks to Partnerstacks, whenever I recommend this product to anyone , I get a little commission for my efforts.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

I personally dont have any negative experience with partners Partnerstack. They have been really great, and they do their best to connect with me and provide helpful suggestions to enhance my success when necessary.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Partnerstack helps businesses to increase their sales revenue via a rewarding referral program. Partnerstack provides me with the opportunity to earn commissions when I refer products to my friends and family .Informal marketing can be very powerful because people seem to trust their friends and families than the traditional marketing agencies. With Partnerstack I have enormous opportunity to tell my friends about great products and also earn commission for spreading the word about these products. QuickBooks Self Employed app is one product that is available on Partnerstack that I personally use to stay organized for my part-time business. This app is very useful in staying organized and tracking all business expenses. Through Partnerstack, whenever inform friends about the benefits of Quick Book Self Employed App and they download it, I get some commission for my efforts.

Without a doubt, the smoothest and most transparent partner management experiences have consistently been with companies that utilize PartnerStack. What stands out is the effortless sign-up process for new partnership programs. The platform also excels in providing timely notifications about fees that have been paid, offering a straightforward method for collecting these fees, and presenting insightful statistics that drive our strategies. In contrast, companies that rely on their own in-house partner management systems often fall short, lacking the transparency, promptness, and professionalism that is essential in today's fast-paced business environment. These qualities, which are so often missed elsewhere, are not just met but surpassed by PartnerStack.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

While PartnerStack offers a plethora of features that streamline our partner management process, one area where I feel it could greatly improve is its attention to Latin America, particularly in terms of direct deposit agreements with banks in the region. A significant portion of our operations and payments are processed in Latin America, and being limited to just PayPal or Stripe not only prolongs the duration before we receive our fees but also elevates the commission charges. There's a burgeoning market in Latin America, and I'd truly appreciate it if PartnerStack showed a deeper interest and catered to the unique financial intricacies of this region.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

PartnerStack has been instrumental in addressing the challenge of timely and transparent commission payouts for the affiliate sales I generate. Before, navigating through the complex maze of commissions could be cumbersome, but with PartnerStack, I receive my dues promptly, and with an unparalleled clarity. This transparency not only brings peace of mind but also helps in better financial planning. Given the efficiency and ease it brings to the affiliate commission process, I often find myself advocating for PartnerStack and encourage as many of my affiliate partners as possible to integrate it into their systems. It's simply transformed the way I manage and perceive affiliate sales commissions.

"Easy set up for long term benefits"
What do you like best about PartnerStack?

PartnerStack has been a great way to increase internal investment in platforms and platform information updates. We have found that the additional documentation provided via PartnerStack by our opted in platforms has been very helpful in supporting both our sales and media teams. Setting up our PartnerStack account and adding new referred clients is easy and we've seen a good return which helps us offset some administrative charges to our clients.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

The dashboard is very basic. I would like to be able to view quarterly spend/referral earnings per client.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we had challenges on admin charges for setting up platforms that clients could 'set up themselves'. We'd waived the fee, the client would delay set up or set up the account incorrectly and then we'd be brought in to correct it when we could have already been on to the next phase of the project. Now we can use a portion of the Referral Credit earned through PartnerStack to save our client an admin charge and add efficiency to their setup.

What do you like best about PartnerStack?

PartnerStack makes it really easy to see our partner earnings and rewards. Cashing out is also easy and we love how we can have our funds sent to Stripe or Paypal.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

We do not like that we are charged a fee from PayPal or Stripe to receive our rewards. It would be nice if there was a fee free option that we can select but otherwise it is great. Update: They have now added an option for direct deposit to bank and that only charges $1 each time so that is a great improvement.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

PartnerStack seems to be a really good tool to manage your partners and the benefits/perks for your partners.

What do you like best about PartnerStack?

Partnerstack is one-of-a-kind. Their onboarding experience is nothing short of amazing. They mapped out detailed timelines, checklist items, and were so thorough in thinking through every little item. This is so helpful when onboarding a brand new tool. I've gone through implementations of 2 similar tools and had terrible experiences with lack of communication and almost zero help. Partnerstack definitely makes you feel supported and almost a year later... I can still say I feel the same way. Keep doing what you're doing!

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

I don't like something they can't really control, which is the Stripe and Paypal fee that's charged to the end user.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer referrals have increased so much! And we love the auto payouts with the w9 requirements.

"The best support you could ask for (and a great platform!)"
What do you like best about PartnerStack?

Partnerstack is a super intuitive and easy to use platform that allows our partners to easily submit deals and drive business while also having the flexibility for unique and one-off configurations or processes. Even more importantly their support team and success managers are the best I ever worked with in the SaaS world. Whenever I have an issue their support team gets back to me with a resolution within an hour and our CSM takes our feedback to heart and truly works to give us the best experience possible. I was feeling a bit frustrated with a few things and just the other day received an email that they have taken all partner feedback into account and are updating the UI/UX of the platform to directly address these issues. That is how you run a business to keep your customers around.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

A lot of my frustrations are being addressed in an upcoming initiative to improve the UX/UI of the platform. We've heard from some partners that tracking the rewards/payouts is a bit confusing at times and I've found some of the lead management capabilities to be slightly lacking however all of these are being improved over the next couple of months.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Partnerstack allows our partners to easily refer their deals to us to grow our agency channel revenue stream. Through the messaging and resources function we are able to communicate to our partner network in one fell swoop and consistently push sales enablement and product update content to help them be the best partners they can. While we have not yet implemented the Marketplace at our company, I am very excited to do so in Q1 as that will offer yet another area for people to find us and help drive revenue.

What do you like best about PartnerStack?

There are many partner management tools in the market, but few as simple to use and effective as we've found PartnerStack to be. From the simple user interface, PS makes it easy to act as a home base for all partner related data without having an overly complicated platform. Segmentation based on Groups and Tags makes it easy to meet partners where they are and continue to provide relevant value that drives partner program growth and overall desired business outcomes. The team is also standout, always willing to listen and follow through on client driven feedback to continue to iterate and improve the platform - step in step - with our goals and needs. And on top of that they are incredibly friendly and good to work with.

What do you dislike about PartnerStack?

With any new (er) platform there are product gaps, but I am increasingly confident in the product direction and the willingness to iterate to better meet the needs of our partner program.

What problems is PartnerStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

As with any scaling partner program, especially those with multiple groups, the need for segmentation and providing relevant value is huge. With some of the upcoming features to be released we will inch closer to being able to leverage PartnerStack for programmatic learning and mass enablement that will be a supstantial growth lever for our team. In addition to this, we are able to easily bubble up relevant and insight data points from revenue, to sign up velocity and everything in between - as a partner manager I thoroughly enjoy having a home base that acts as a single source of truth, effectively helping me to prioritize where I should be spending my time and where areas of opportunities lie.
