The function of the Application is just what you need and then some.

there is nothing that I disliked about this service/app. The reporting could be more robust, but you can export to excel and do what ever you want so....

Spoke with Janine. She was very friendly and helpful. The process of correcting the issue was very quick.

Easy to use for everyone! Imports directly to QuickBooks and we are able to see hours reports by jobs and services. Customer Service has been very helpful to get us started with the program. Thanks BD1!

The support for TSheets is amazing, I have worked with Tiffany B twice and she has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. the product is great and it has cut so much time from payroll as they no longer have to calculate times from the good old paper time cards. The implementation was extremely smooth and all the employees are very happy with the interface as is extremely friendly.

I can't say I dislike something about T-Sheets, I would add a couple of features but when I have asked about them I was given a ticket for the development team to see if they can get implemented which is more than most companies do.

Manual time calculations, project tracking and PTO tracking, this has help the accounting and the payroll enormously.

Robust and easy to navigate. Haley was a ton of help walking me through all the different options and necessary settings. She should get a Raise! Supervisor, make that happen or I will frown at you!

So far it's all good. I have no issues to complain about.

Quickbooks integration.

The friendly tech support staff that assists you in resolving issues. The are always polite and if they are challenged trying to resolve your issue they get additional tech support to ensure that your issue is resolved.

PTO time does not sync from QuickBooks to TSheets.

The ease of employees switching between departments during their shift.

Customer service goes a long way these days and those like Lauren W. are the absolute best at it! Thank you for all of your help!

Nothing, I loved everything about this..

I needed a way to track our employees since we go on different job sites plus I was having a hard time keeping up with hand written time sheets from the employees, TSheets has literally solved all of those problems.

TSheets has been great from day 1 helping me get everything set up and even give me follow-up calls. Thank you Janine for your help!

I run a chimney service company with men driving all over the place and this is the only way I'm able to keep track of hours and locations at the same time.

I've been setting up TSheets and getting it to work with QB. It's taken a little time but every time we've had help from the live chat feature and phone calls if we needed it. Today Janine helped me and did an amazing job. She helped uncover an old problem and showed me the solution to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend this product just for the amazing customer service that Janine and others have provided.

I really don't have any dislikes, tsheets is a great program.

We are better able to keep track of our teams hours, PTO and what jobs they are working on.

TSheets live support is super-quick, and amazingly helpful. Talked to Sam M. today (after ZERO hold-time waiting) and he was able to identify my needs, and help me access the TSheets features I need to complete my reports. Great support, it's always a pleasure calling TSheets!

Why are there not more companies just like TSheets???

We use TSheets for time tracking & billing our clients. Data flows out of TSheets, and on to QuickBooks for billing.

The ability to measure productivity. The customer service that I receive every time I call. For example, today I spoke with Shawn and she was very helpful and pleasant.

I dislike that I cannot send a message through this software to my employee but I understand that soon this feature will be added to the software.

Accountability, productivity, transparency and noting taking during tasks assigned to employees. So far we are only 3 days into the usage of the software but we foresee a great deal of money being saved as we can assess the productivity of our field employees and speed up the time it takes to report any work orders completed.

The responsiveness..the patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help!!!!...I started online getting awesome help but when the online customer rep (Brad) determined I might need more help, he sent me a call in number and stayed online until the representative on the phone (Janine) was up to speed and helping me. I felt really good that I wasn't being abandoned and left to sit here at my computer confused about how to make the changes I needed to make for our employee tracking.

hmmm...not much...TSheets is a little limited for us on the way we calculate OT, but, as that is more complicated to explain, I'll just say, calculating OT is my only issue :)

Our field staff had an inordinate challenge with calculating when they were on the road, versus at a job site, as they are at many places all day, every week for two weeks, it was nearly impossible (insert hateful here) for them to keep accurate records of their hours. Plus my husband LOVES the gps aspect. We have a three state territory and we needed a better handle on where our team was and when. Now we can increase appointments (which increases our cash flow) because our team is way more logistically efficient.
