Having more collaboration features like creating comments and notes on the calendar or a chat function between team members would be nice. Also they could add an integration for youtube reels

I love social pilot because it's easy to use and the analytics are super descriptive
The only things I have ever issue with are the frequent disconnections and errors that happen with Instagram. I don't know if this is a social pilot issue or meta issue
Reliable social media scheduler for a good price
The platform and tools available through Social Pilot are quite easy and straightforward to use which requires little to no prior experience using a social media management platform. The adaptability and flexibility to connect multiple accounts and schedule posts are quite unique and reliable.
There is a lack of alerts or notifications for real issues with accounts or connectivity. If an accurate system in place could notify me in a timely fashion, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, some ways to distinguish emails from alerts on accounts rather than just ads or tips from Social Pilot. Something maybe as a title or a flag attached to the email.
It allows my firm and myself to manage many accounts on behalf of our various clients as we actively make changes and adjustments to our posting schedules for them.
I have been using SocialPilot they started. I have watched all their innovation and update. I appreciate the fact that they are always on top of what's trending
Would love to be able to do multiple post in one place instead of a spreadsheet. However it still works just as great

Not having to switch between each platform/account to post, it can all be done in one place.
It does it all, its simple, and intuitive. Over the years we have chopped and changed platforms until finding Social Pilot. Now its a daily part of our toolkit.
Like every tool, it needs to keep up with the evolving platforms we use. No Easy Feet. Perhaps more integration with Pinterest would be good, and a welcome addition.

How the app functions is not so easy as the web page. Would like to have better app service. For example it signs me out just before needing to send a post and then the post doesn't always go through or I have to set it all up again.

Social Pilot is great because it offers better flexibility around the number of accounts you can manage, which is the main reason I love Social Pilot. I'm never leaving this platform as long as they retain this very unique selling point!! Did I also mention that their customer service team is incredible? No? Well, anytime I've had any issues, I've emailed the team and they responded within a matter of hours which is so helpful especially when critical errors/issues arise.
This more about APIs and many other 3rd party platforms experience this rather than it being about Social Pilot. But I wish the platform could integrate things like collaborator tags on IG posts, Twitter threads etc. but again this isn't their fault at all
I can schedule posts to multiple accounts with ease, at a cost effective price, which is very key for a young freelancer like myself. I can't afford other management tools because they're too pricey so social pilot has also helped me to pursue a career in social media marketing that I otherwise wouldn't have due to the expenses involved and I'm enjoying what I'm doing thanks to them!

I don't have anything particularly negative to say about Social Pilot. Every so often, an account is disconnected, but Social Pilot does a beautiful job of alerting you to this problem for a quick fix.

The downsides of SocialPilot are not unique to the brand, they are the same downsides as any API based social media management software. Sometimes the social media platforms have API outages that affect systems like SocialPilot but would not affect users who were scheduling posts directly in those platforms.
It allows our team to see what's been posted, what is scheduled and where the holes or gaps may be in our upcoming marketing calendar. It also allows us visual cues when a post has failed so we can resubmit.
Social pilot makes our live's easier by allowing every member of our social media team to collaborate together in one simple, very easy to use and navigate platform. We manage the social media sites for all of our customers and the price we pay on social pilot doesn't compare, so far I haven't come across another platform that is as versatile, easy to use and affordable as this one. It truly makes a difference and I've shopped around for other social media management software, sprout social, hootsuite, buffer, zohosocial and I couldn't find anything that would beat social pilot's price. For us with a heavy workload of social media sites to manage, it truly makes a difference. They just recently added the ability to post on instagram as well as the most popular sites such as fb and google. For our restaurant clients this is what works and social pilot makes it very easy to publish and keep our content organized. Social Pilot is definitely worth it, the best you can get out there for a fraction of what other platforms charge.
The only con would be that sometimes some sites get disconnected, fb usually changes their algorithm every so often and most of the times is okay, but there will be a few times where you may need to reconnect some accounts manually and that can be very tedious, especially if you have a small team. Other than that, I highly recommend it. I've been a social pilot customer for over 4 years now.
Being able to publish on our client's accounts (FB, Instagram and Google profile) at the click of a button. And being able to see the full picture with analytics is all we need, in our case we are still a fairly small agency managing a bit of a heavy workload. TWO Thumbs up usability, efficiency and right for the price.
There are so many things I love about Social Pilot! I love how easy it is to navigate, and the monthly pricing is hard to beat! The best part, though, is that it works for Google+. I had a hard time finding a social aggravator that worked for that platform!
I honestly cannot think of much to put in regards of dislike. I have had to relink accounts every now and then, but that has been the case with all social media aggravates I've tried in the past. It can also be time consuming to get situated and all accounts linked from the beginning, but the amount of time you save in the long run is well worth it!
SocialPilot has solved the problem of having to log into each separate account to post my weekly posts. I literally just hop on, check the accounts I want to post content to, schedule it, and then hop back off. It saves me hours each week! I don't know what I would do without it!
Scheduling and reports. I like that I can get all posts sorted for a few months ahead and then can get reports on how well they dids
The only issue I have had would be creating groups for my teams so I can make it easy for them to schedule certain posts accordingly.
Keeping track of what clients content has been posted. Quickly posting messages or information to all social platforms.
I like the ability to release the same post at regular scheduled intervals. My previous platform didn't allow this.
I wish there was some explanation for why LinkedIn (in particular) disconnects every few weeks.
It saves me time and gives consistent brand awareness.
