I like how easy it is to create a survey and collect the data in a simple and straightforward way.

There is nothing I dislike. I really enjoy the user friendly format and the ease of collecting data.

Ability to collect data in a super simple way. Surveys can be complicated and data collection can be intense. This makes it very easy and seamless.

Survey monkey is great tool for my students. It allows me to create a survey for free and apply it to a lesson with my students. Has different guides tailored to the type of survey needed.

At times, SurveyMonkey has glitches at times that can mess up the current survey you may be working on.

The benefits include free access which saves money for our budget. It also provides guides to type of survey wanted, which helps with ideas. You can also create quizzes on SurveyMonkey.

I love all the options for reviewing the collected data. Every intuitive to use. I also really love the kiosk mode. I've used it at an event and was able to use both my phone and tablet.

There's nothing really to dislike. The free version offers enough options to be effective. If you need more, the paid option give a ton.

SurveyMonkey allowed me to collect data on prospective clients to be able to serve them better. Also used it for a research project to collect a large amount of data around the US instead of passing out paper surveys at mall or some other public place.

Surveys are easy to set up and send out to groups.

What's not to like. It's simple and easy and saves a lot of time.

Anytime a confidential survey is needed this is my go to system.

The simplicity to make a survey and of having people fill it out

Sometimes the link gets detected as spam when emailing

It is capable for do the survey for any level. Means, it is very easy questionnaires, which are understand by customers. And it is available for affordable price. Which means, any kind of industry can use this product for their product or service opinion. And also, the customer will not bore by the question. because, the presentation way is very attractive. and the clear guide line will direct the supplier to make correct questionnaires to get accurate feed back from the customer.

This is a lovely platform to get the survey from the huge number of customer by unlimited questions. Even though, the number of customer surveys have been restricted to 1000 for basic subscribers per month. Better consider to increase the number of customer record per month for basic level subscribers. That is my personal opinion.

It is helpful to get the feedback from not only the customer, and, it will help to get the opinion from the employees in the workstation also. And it is help to get the feed back in various stages like,

The thing I like best is the ability to send the survey to everyone in my company and they know when they fill it out that I can't see who is actually filling it out. We have tried other survey platforms in the past and no one wanted to do the surveys because they felt the bosses would single them out if they answered it honestly.

There really isn't anything I can think of. It's very easy to setup and use.

With Survey Monkey we are able to get honest, truthful answers. We get feedback on many different areas ranging from job performances of co-workers to how everyone liked or disliked the company parties.

I have the advertising at the end. It's very unlikely that the person taking the survey will need to set on up too.

This product is user friendly. I've used it both for a survey and created a sign up for an event.

On the survey end I had a little difficulty with the questions but figured it out.

We sent a survey to our community to receive input on the kind of businesses they wanted in the community.

How easy it was to answer all questions that are given, and sends you right to the question with no hassle. Makes filing out surveys easier than I ever thought. When they are sent to you, everything is laid out very simply. You can even include pictures as part of your project. It can be any length, and they have features that can allow people to only view the survey once, but admin can view as much as they want.

Nothing! I have only had good experiences with using it and recommend it to my colleagues on a daily basis.

Sending out convenient surveys so all employees have the same information. It is easy to get all the information in one place, as well as make surveys very easy and convenient. They were helpful for not just school projects, but for events, memberships and groups that needed any type of survey of information sent out.
