Userlike bietet eine einfache Anbindung an die Homepage. Das Dashboard ist super einfach zu Bedienen und ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet, mit vielen nützlichen Makros zum Einbinden. Der Support war schnell, konkret und sehr hilfreich.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

In der ganzen Testphase ist nur Folgendes aufgefallen: Wir hatten uns vorgestellt, dass beim Chat optional ein Feld zum Hinterlegen der Kontaktinformationen erscheint. Das Eingeben der Kontaktinformationen ist aber wenn dann nur verpflichtend möglich.

Einfache Fragen können nun per Chat geklärt werden. Unsere Kontaktanfragen wurden so in kurzer Zeit signifikant gesteigert.

It has a very nice UI/UX Design that fits in every homepage. When you figured it out, it is nice to handle!

At the beginning, it is a bit complicated getting to know the tool.
