Everything is in german and easy to understand and use. Widget is easy to customize.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Message center could be more clear. To many options at all for me. When Login failed (any user) account is blocked, but no information how long. There is only the message: Wait a little bit and try again.

We are even more easy to reach now! Easy support for customers

The user guidance and the structure of the tabs is very clear and logical. It is very nice that almost every change in the settings is displayed directly.If you do need help, it is very quickly provided by the very good tutorials, the chat or the direct personal contact.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

We are only testing very intensively for a week. However, we have not found any weaknesses or shortcomings in this time. I assume that it will stay that way.

We can get in direct contact very quickly and establish a certain commitment. It is also possible to quickly build trust in the capabilities and skills of our employees.

"Very straightforward to get started, and immediate results."
What do you like best about Userlike?

We've only been using it for a week or so, we found it very simple to get started. Most of the default options worked well and we've tweaked a few things - it was easy to find the various settings we needed to change the auto-response messages. We have also looked at a competitor's product and much prefer Userlike - the ways of setting up auto-response when operators are offline is much simpler with Userlike. We weren't sure how many customers would choose to use it, but we've had a number of enquiries each day so will look to add more agents and keep improving our setup.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

The alerts being in the browser/Windows notification system means they are getting lost in amongst others. There's a useful article on the help page about different alerts though and we'll look into these options.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're allowing customers to contact us via chat for the first time, this will almost certainly be a good option for those on a mobile, as well as some from laptops. Hopefully we've extended the number of customers who can easily reach us.

What do you like best about Userlike?

My customers can live chat at any time and I am notified with a chime. Easy to communicate back and forth.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I wish I had options to change the notification sound so that I know when a chat comes in (sometimes I think it's another site or app sound).

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userlike solved the problem of offering live chat on our website and for free. Customers have been happy to get their questions answered in real time.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Various functions, very simple and understandable. It is a very powerful tool at all and its helping us to get more leads through our website. Especially now during the time when shops are closed and the customers have more detailed questions. I like the fact that you are able to see what the user is typing before he finally sends the message. So you can prepare your answer during Live Chat. Therefore you are faster and the customer happier.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

In the german version the templates are only in a politely adress.

Give our user a further way to get in contact with us, especially during the time of lockdown.

I dislike how there is not an App. It would be SO handy to have Userlike on my mobile for when I step away from my desk.

Not all people like talking on the phone. People enjoy simple, FAST responses. So we are getting conversions that we would not get without this service.
