We look for an easy solution for our art project - we would need 2 user to operate during our theatrical show, and we would need some solution for a group chat with the audience during the play, and I could not yet solved.

Wir sind noch in der Testphase. Die Perfomance und die Einfachheit der Bedienung überzeugen absolut. Der Account war blitzschnell eingerichtet und der Live Chat, um den es uns im Moment in erster Linei geht, funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Bis jetzt gibt es noch nicht zu bemängeln.
Wir suchen (noch) keine dauerhafte Lösung, sondern brauchen eine Live Chatsoftware, um Anfragen punktuell schnell beantworten zu können. Userlike leistet das perfekt!
Das Portal ist sehr intuitiv einzurichten. Selbst als Neuling kann ich alle Funktionen finden, anwenden & auf meine Bedürfnisse anpassen.
Nach einer kurzen Phase der Orientierung, kann es direkt losgehen. Das braucht natürlich ein bisschen Zeit.

Userlike bietet eine einfache Anbindung an die Homepage. Das Dashboard ist super einfach zu Bedienen und ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet, mit vielen nützlichen Makros zum Einbinden. Der Support war schnell, konkret und sehr hilfreich.
In der ganzen Testphase ist nur Folgendes aufgefallen: Wir hatten uns vorgestellt, dass beim Chat optional ein Feld zum Hinterlegen der Kontaktinformationen erscheint. Das Eingeben der Kontaktinformationen ist aber wenn dann nur verpflichtend möglich.
Einfache Fragen können nun per Chat geklärt werden. Unsere Kontaktanfragen wurden so in kurzer Zeit signifikant gesteigert.
