What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like how the information can be centralized using this tool, as well as, its fast interface. In my opinion it is easy to use and I never experienced any issues with this system.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

It can take time to get user familiarized with the platform. The program may require a lot of training in order to get all user understanding how to navigate the program. User can be confused at first and become reluctant about using the program.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The information can be centralized using this tool, as well as, its fast interface. It can manage most of the companies date and keep it in one place.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is modern, it integrates very well with any social network. It also provides me with a stable workflow when connecting with a customer and contributing to a sale.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Regarding the premium product Zoho CRM has a variety of price, which presents me with a difficulty in the budget I want to offer, they must provide a lasting and stable cost. Improve the chat and make it more modern I mean include a live function where it is done A simple question would help a lot.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have evolved in the company thanks to zoho CRM because we went from taking spreadsheets to using a new system more complete and specialized in sales and professional communications that adapts to the technologies of the present.

Of course it’s free, but it works seamless with my Zoho mail

There are few items that are no straight forward and require a bit of digging to get dialed in.

I like how I am able to link Zoho crm with Zoho campaigns seamlessly. I also like how you are able to get email notifications when new leads come in.

I love Zoho CRM because it has an incredible amount of functions from tagging contacts to the integration of social networks, in addition the function of grouping clients helps me to communicate with my clients effectively. It also has great accessibility of read-only data for almost all users.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I find it uncomfortable that sometimes there are errors when entering the data. It would also be good if you disconnected after a period without activity, as well as sometimes it has a difficulty to manage panels and has a very formal interface.

easier to use than some other saas based CRMs in same price range,Sharing data between different departments is easier than salesforce.Its not too complex and provides enough features in an affordable range.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

does not have any feature to manage payroll but thats acceptable given the cost is not much and another paid software can be used for payrolls instead.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

CRM and other tools are a must have tools but if you are spending too much on a CRM it just doent make any sense .Zoho cost way less than salesforce and provide same kind of services.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho offers affordable cost for the features offered, Great design layout and It is also a clean which makes it easy to use. The best part though is the integration it offers with the Zoho suite of products. Overall the CRM has a lot of robust capabilities.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

It is not able to identify the redundant data. Also, it does not provide any reminders for follow-up.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used ZOHO to manage projects and contacts for our development projects.

When there's a bug, It's impossible to get it fixed. It feels the company is too big and have too many products to focus on the customer particular reports

Cost, and the capabilities. I like that there are many fields to search for Clients and Candidates.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I wish it was a bit more user friendly (more intuitive)

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting all my candidates and clients in one database. I haven't yet realized many benefits, as I can't seem to properly sync with Zoho Campaign, or figure out bulk email sending, where I can track open rates.

"ZOHO was a great early data option for our compan"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

We used ZOHO early on as an online data site, and it was a great option for our needs. We routed a lot of our google suite info through ZOHO and it was our main source for data, presentations, databases, wikis, etc.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

In the long run, we werent sure that it would be a good option for our long term data needs as we moved closer to CRM like salesforce and better data metrics. While I was a user on ZOHO who was not curating all the data together, we all interacted with the presentations and data integration we were using online w/ ZOHO

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used ZOHO for a wide array of our data and platform building needs, and over time growing pains made this a bit more difficult as we came in need of more important data metrics and info to work with on our day to day

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Feature rich with matured sections of the software which "do as it says" vs "it tries to do that". Once fully setup and integrated with internal processes Zoho CRM does help companies achieve and track long terms goals.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Without proper implementation it will not be worthwhile to use. It takes time to configure and setup properly for SMB. Seriously, time has to be taken before "using" the product.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking of client interaction, new leads are not lost by process which is easy to setup in the software.
