When i joined Zoho i joined and was allowed to use my own domain for the 10 users that i had got for free the service was very good and good uptime
Spam filtering was not very good i had to pay for an external spam filter Cost to upgrade from free account to a payed account to add an extra domain on was not cheap

I like how the mail attaches to my leads or accounts and I can see if someone opened it, received it or it bounced back. That is really helpful when sending important information to a lead who said they preferred email communication. I also like the ability to add signatures to the end of an email, although it is a little hard to find at first. You can customize your personal layout.
I could not add a template myself. The administrator had to add it and then I could use it. It got to be a little difficult to navigate and too much of a hassle so we never implemented any templates which would have saved me a lot of time. I also dont like the fact that when I sent an email through Zoho CRM it didnt automatically add to my outbox in Zoho Mail. It made it hard to search sent emails without opening the leads/accounts.
We are offering our hosting platform to our clients. They will be able to integrate their menu with their POS system and have it automatically update. This will save them time everyday from manually updating their menus. I have realized that in order to offer this value to our customers, we need to keep detailed notes on our interactions.
It used to be a quite usable email platform at a good price and a decent and affordable alternative to G-Suite. I particularly like the ability to have aliases deliver to a user account, something unavailable with G-Suite without paying additional funds.
They messed up a perfectly good user interface - now the screen is cluttered, it has become practically unusable, and they will not support the old interface that worked so well.
Cost effective email platform for small businesses.
Cheap pricing, but in my experience, it did not come with a great product and a lack of customer service.
I set up SPF and DKIM correctly, but many outgoing emails are still flagged as spam, even for fresh domains without any email history. What's even worse: Incoming emails are often rejected by Zoho's mail services ("user does not exist") and hence don't reach me; yet, some emails to the address arrive. It seems fairly random. I don't know how much inconvenience it has caused having clients resend documents, or how much business I lost by emails not reaching me and me not even knowing about it. I reached out to Zoho Cares but never heard back about my problems. Obviously, I am not renewing my subscriptions and switching providers.

I didn't found the best from zohomail.com. They are a bloody service provider. They haven't commonsense. What is the value of an email service? I lost money, time & Energy from Zoho mail.
They haven't a good support team, and they replay every email after 3/4days.
I solved my problem after I move my service from Zoho mail to google mail service.
It was pretty user friendly and nicer than Yahoo mail.
I was used to Gmail and it wasn't as robust as Gmail.
I used it for a bit but have since moved on. I needed the zoho suite for work and it wasn't working.
Zoho Mail has a lower cost than other business email services.
It is an overall clunky system that is not as reliable as other services. Sometimes emails would come a day late with no explanation or warning. As many of these emails were time-sensitive, this was less than ideal and what ultimately led to the organization choosing a different service for our email needs.
Used it for email services for a small organization. Once the organization grew, we switched to G-suite.
