Basic, mais excellent service pour gérer, publier, monitorer et analyser la présence sociale de votre organisation ou vos clients. - Facile d'utilisation. - Possibilité de travailler en équipe - Très bon prix - Des rapports qui vous permettent de mettre de l'avant des statistiques vraiment intéressantes. Surtout en ce qui concerne le véritable reach de vos publications. - Possible de se connecter à vos pages Facebook, Instagram, G+, Linkedin et Twitter. - Possibilité de créer une équipe. -Bref, un excellent service de suivi de la présences sociales d'une organisation ou entreprise. - Pas de stats et analyse de Pinterest - Pas d'analyse et de section compétiteurs :( ... Un must pour une prochaine version se Zoho Social. - Impossible de publier sur Instagram depuis la plate-forme. - Les rapports Instagram sont moyen.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Social est à mon avis intéressant pour une équipe composée d'experts et de novices. Zoho Social est très bien, mais quelques améliorations sont à apporté au reporting Instagram et l'ajout de Pinterest est un must.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

It is easy to navigate and operate, I really like the schedule function.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

That it does not automatically post to Instagram you need to log in via the app on your phone but I believe this is the case with all management tools. Also if you miss the time to publish it via your phone it does not save the post as a draft so you can't just re post at a later time you need to re do the post again.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

time, allowing a couple of hours to organise 1 or 2 weeks of social media posts for 3 businesses it saving me a lot of time.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The Google extension is awesome! Makes for easy, breezy posting on all of our linked platforms. We are using Zoho Projects as well and, while we are still getting to know both tools, are excited about being able to integrate our social media management with easy-to-track projects and task lists in the Projects tool.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Limited in integrated platforms. Would especially like to see YouTube integration. We also had some issues on initial setup with getting all of our accounts linked.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great time conserver in posting to multiple platforms, and helps us to stay organized and ensure that the right content is posted at the right time for our target audiences by pre-scheduling.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I like that you can easily schedule posts so that when you are not working your social media is still flowing. It's also useful how it shows you what your best time to schedule your post is so that it will reach your following best. The staff are really helpful too!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I have had trouble scheduling posts with Instagram, it seems to be quite buggy when doing it from desktop and also did not work via Mobile. I am only using it free and i'm not sure it's good value for money when paying the full price.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to use Social Media even when we are not in and catching people at times we wouldn't normally be able to catch them.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Truly like the convenience of being able to setup marketing campaigns, such as scheduled posts for a drip campaign, over multiple platforms. Also the facility to monitor the responses to the campaigns by social media service. Awesome!!!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I am not a full-time marketer, so I use the service on occasion. Not frequently enough to warrant a monthly subscription, which was mandatory after a free trial ended. Now, this is no longer an issue. If I only market one brand, I can use the service for free. Can I get a 2nd one? Pretty please?

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Advertising product updates. Additional prospects signed up to the business thanks to a campaign setup with Zoho social.

I have had a couple Twitter posts that were scheduled double-post. Still trying to figure that out.

"Amazing complete social media solution for a CRM company"
What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The ability to schedule posts is great. The ability to monitor different streams and brands is great. But the real plus is the integration with the CRM solution. When you are able to see all the different interactions, it makes is so valuable!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The pricing is a bit high for a small business, but compared to the top solutions, quite affordable.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The product is very easy to use and provides good video tutorials and recommendations on when to post. I like the regular information it provides on likes / mentions on a streamlined desktop. The mobile app keeps me updated all of the time so that I can make last minute schedule and post changes.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

What is lacking (temporarily I suspect) is seamless Instagram integration. The current process does require manual intervention at posting time, even with later, scheduled posts.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Social is solving my need for regular, small scale posting and providing insight on effectiveness and reach all in one easy to use desktop. I expect that as my needs become more complex, the product will evolve. I also am looking forward to integration with Zoho CRM so that I can provide reporting feedback to my customers.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

My favorite part of using Zoho Social is the app. I can easily post the same comment to several social media streams from my phone, so when I'm on the go, it's super easy to stay on top of things.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The Zoho apps are a little disconnected. Hopping between them can be confusing.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from Hootsuite and have also tried Buffer. I like the integration of Zoho with other apps.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I like the way that posts are organized in the admin, having different categories for drafts and scheduled posts. Having our bit.ly account connect to Zoho is very helpful too.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The mobile app is a bit more challenging to work with than the desktop version, at least creating and scheduling posts is less straightforward.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Zoho Social to manage Twitter and Instagram for an interdisciplinary research group. We have lots of content lined up, but needed a way to easily manage it. The scheduling has been ace for getting all the tweets set up and off our plate so we can spend time on other aspects of the project.

The Zoho suite of products are fantastic to boot! With Zoho Social we can track and monitor key words within our market. If these terms are then mentioned on twitter Zoho lets us know so we can engage with our potential customers

seems to focus more on twitter than facebook and also the timezone on the Smart Q can't be changed

We were struggling to get social exposure. Zoho can tell when our audience is most likely to engage with us and posts of content for us at these times. This has gained us a net 400% increase throughout our social channels

I've been using the free trial of Zoho and so far, I like it. Scheduling on Twitter and Instagram have gone off without a hitch. It's easy to set up posts, too.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

No negatives at this time, but I haven't explored the monitoring portion yet.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I moonlight as a social media manager, so I can't always post in real-time. I needed a reliable solution, and Zoho has worked out great.
