Zoho Social est à mon avis intéressant pour une équipe composée d'experts et de novices. Zoho Social est très bien, mais quelques améliorations sont à apporté au reporting Instagram et l'ajout de Pinterest est un must.

It is easy to navigate and operate, I really like the schedule function.
That it does not automatically post to Instagram you need to log in via the app on your phone but I believe this is the case with all management tools. Also if you miss the time to publish it via your phone it does not save the post as a draft so you can't just re post at a later time you need to re do the post again.

The Google extension is awesome! Makes for easy, breezy posting on all of our linked platforms. We are using Zoho Projects as well and, while we are still getting to know both tools, are excited about being able to integrate our social media management with easy-to-track projects and task lists in the Projects tool.
Limited in integrated platforms. Would especially like to see YouTube integration. We also had some issues on initial setup with getting all of our accounts linked.

I like that you can easily schedule posts so that when you are not working your social media is still flowing. It's also useful how it shows you what your best time to schedule your post is so that it will reach your following best. The staff are really helpful too!
I have had trouble scheduling posts with Instagram, it seems to be quite buggy when doing it from desktop and also did not work via Mobile. I am only using it free and i'm not sure it's good value for money when paying the full price.

I am not a full-time marketer, so I use the service on occasion. Not frequently enough to warrant a monthly subscription, which was mandatory after a free trial ended. Now, this is no longer an issue. If I only market one brand, I can use the service for free. Can I get a 2nd one? Pretty please?

The ability to schedule posts is great. The ability to monitor different streams and brands is great. But the real plus is the integration with the CRM solution. When you are able to see all the different interactions, it makes is so valuable!
The pricing is a bit high for a small business, but compared to the top solutions, quite affordable.

The product is very easy to use and provides good video tutorials and recommendations on when to post. I like the regular information it provides on likes / mentions on a streamlined desktop. The mobile app keeps me updated all of the time so that I can make last minute schedule and post changes.
What is lacking (temporarily I suspect) is seamless Instagram integration. The current process does require manual intervention at posting time, even with later, scheduled posts.
Zoho Social is solving my need for regular, small scale posting and providing insight on effectiveness and reach all in one easy to use desktop. I expect that as my needs become more complex, the product will evolve. I also am looking forward to integration with Zoho CRM so that I can provide reporting feedback to my customers.
My favorite part of using Zoho Social is the app. I can easily post the same comment to several social media streams from my phone, so when I'm on the go, it's super easy to stay on top of things.
The Zoho apps are a little disconnected. Hopping between them can be confusing.
We moved from Hootsuite and have also tried Buffer. I like the integration of Zoho with other apps.
I like the way that posts are organized in the admin, having different categories for drafts and scheduled posts. Having our bit.ly account connect to Zoho is very helpful too.
The mobile app is a bit more challenging to work with than the desktop version, at least creating and scheduling posts is less straightforward.
We are using Zoho Social to manage Twitter and Instagram for an interdisciplinary research group. We have lots of content lined up, but needed a way to easily manage it. The scheduling has been ace for getting all the tweets set up and off our plate so we can spend time on other aspects of the project.
The Zoho suite of products are fantastic to boot! With Zoho Social we can track and monitor key words within our market. If these terms are then mentioned on twitter Zoho lets us know so we can engage with our potential customers

We were struggling to get social exposure. Zoho can tell when our audience is most likely to engage with us and posts of content for us at these times. This has gained us a net 400% increase throughout our social channels
I've been using the free trial of Zoho and so far, I like it. Scheduling on Twitter and Instagram have gone off without a hitch. It's easy to set up posts, too.
No negatives at this time, but I haven't explored the monitoring portion yet.
