It was helpful to be able to write one post and share this against all my profiles
My only issue was the link shortener tool. It was considered malware but wasn't a big issue to overcome.

This tool really stands out because of how simply the interface is and how easy it is to operate. It integrates with GMB as well

Unified SM Tool
I love that it combines all the social networks, it gives you statistics and suggests times when there can be more engagement. It also lets you tag someone else for each network. You have everything all together: leads, messages, SM posts, statistics, etc.
Some things are limited, like the pictures allowed per post on IG, but it works great.
It saves me a lot of time! Their SmartQ suggestions are great! They are very accurate and specific. We have gained more engagement and followers thanks to it.
It is very easy to bulk schedule SOME-posts to Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Also easy to get an overview of all the scheduled posts. Also easy to edit the posts afterwards and reschedule. I am using Zoho Social also to write posts, as I can cross post to e.g. FB and Linkedin at the same time.
Would be nice with a schedule calendar per social media instead of one common calendar. Would also be nice if the url shortener would work on the bulk scheduling.
I spend much less time scheduling posts, as I can import it using a spreadsheet. I can schedule posts for a month in a couple of hours spending time editing the text copy directly in the spreadsheet.

Not Quite deep enough analytics. I would like to see more in-depth analytics about age range of users. Where they come from, pages they follow, and a hashtag suggestion tool. It would also be phenomenal to see carousel posts functionality built in and story management added. At present I have to use a second scheduler to manage my IG due to the frequency with which is post carousel's.

The Trail Time only for 15 days. I Think 1 month will be better to understand the quality of service for social media platforms. loading spead is biggest problem zoho. its facing also in zoho mail. its too make me lazy to open zoho social in PC
It saves valuable time for us. Its is also suggesting the best time to post, and we can make tracking link for the best social media monitoring. that is a great help for me
The metrics when you open the app are above and beyond helpful. I can see our progress. Even our Google My business is improving and I'm understanding when and what posts my viewers respond to. We also really like the recommended time to post feature. It is helpful to see what percentage of our viewers are likely to respond when we schedule a post. That's helped us better plan out our week when we sit down and plan our schedules.
That we can't add a second IG or Linked in account. I would like to add my wife to our book launch. I understand we can add a second brand, but it seems a bit much that we have to pay so much to add just one or two social media accounts. Can you make it where we can pay per account we add? Additionally, can we add Tiktok to help manage comments and likes?
I have been better able to understand the audiences of each social media. Before using Zoho, I didn't really understand what posts worked where because I couldn't compare them side by side. However, now I have a powerful social media plan for each social media account and the response has blown through the roof! We're also more able to keep on top of our social media. Our lives are already hectic and trying to manually post to 9 different accounts proved impossible. Now, we can organize them all in one day and forget about it!
Having the ability to schedule multiple posts across multiple platforms for weeks/months in advance is ideal! I get to spend a couple of days messing around sorting out the main posts/reminders and product launches etc, then just schedule for the month and not worry about it. Being able to edit on the go with the mobile app is handy, especially if there are any changes and/or delays with new products.
The limitations with Instagram - ie; being unable to publish directly to stories, is a bit of a pain. Also there doesn't seem to be a native iPad OS application, but this is minor as I can just use the web browser...
Product launches and sales can be somewhat tedious to deal with, if I forget to post on time, if at all (I'm not big with social media), but having Zoho has allowed me to focus on the monthly outgoings and set aside time to simply schedule all updates and *touch wood* not have to worry about missing another post!

I am a small business where I am responsible for all of the things. I appreciate that I didn't have to waste a lot of time learning how to use the platform. It is incredibly user-friendly and took no time to get comfortable with it.

Ease of posting on social media. Use chrome extension to share your finds in searched easily, quickly. You can post on twitter, instagram, facebook, pinterest and all others. Further you can schedule your posts for different countries according to their timezones.

Our business also uses Zoho Email, it's great that we can have our social media and emails all together. The interface is clean and pleasing to the eye and easy to navigate.

When using ZOHO on my laptop it doesn't automatically resize images so keep switching back to the Ipad app
