"Convenient, but full of hidden charges"
What do you like best about Deel?

It's super convenient to not need to create an entity in each country and to pay all employees and contractors in one spot. The new HRIS for free also is nice, and makes sense to give away for free for small businesses.

What do you dislike about Deel?

Deel is very expensive. At first it seems like pricing is simple - one monthly fee for EOR services but then additional charges add up. $5 per payment, visa sponsorship fees if you want sponsorship, excessive visa renewal fees, and best of all - a $1250 fee to end the visa. Deel loves to brag in their fundraising announcement of their 85% margin and it's clear how they get it - with these excess fees.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hiring employees and contractors in countries where we don't have an entity and don't want to create an entity. It's also convenient to pay once for everyone, regardless of where they are.

"User expiriense, Wide Acceptance"
What do you like best about Deel?

Wide Acceptance: Payment services often have a wide network of merchants, allowing users to make purchases and transactions at a variety of locations. Accessibility: Payment services can be accessed through various devices such as smartphones, laptops, or desktop computers, making it easy to manage finances on-the-go. Cost-Effective: Payment services can often reduce the costs associated with traditional banking methods, such as check printing or wire transfer fees. Time-Saving: With payment services, users can transfer money, pay bills, and make purchases quickly and easily, saving time compared to traditional banking methods.

What do you dislike about Deel?

Complexity: Invoice systems can sometimes be complex to use, requiring a lot of information to be entered manually, or having confusing interfaces or reporting mechanisms. Inaccurate Data Entry: Invoicing systems rely heavily on accurate data entry, and mistakes can result in incorrect billing, late payments, or even legal disputes. Limited Customization: Some invoice systems may not be customizable to a business's specific needs, making it difficult to fit the unique requirements of different businesses. Integration Issues: Integrating an invoice system with other business systems, such as accounting or payroll software, can be challenging and time-consuming. Poor Support: If an invoice system is not well-supported, with little or no customer service or technical support available, it can lead to frustration and lost productivity.

"Best platform for international payments"
What do you like best about Deel?

I love that it is possible for me to receive my monthly payments without paying any comissions to withdraw my money. All the local banks in my country charge a fee to receive funds from platforms like paypal, so before deel I always had to pay for really big comissions.

What do you dislike about Deel?

I haven't used deel for that long, but I haven't disliked anything so far.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping receive my payments automaically which saves me so much time and helps me have my money available faster, and it's also helping me save money because I can withdraw my money to my bank account directly so I don't have to pay extra fees or charges to my local bank.

"So far, so good!"
What do you like best about Deel?

Deel is a game-changing platform that streamlines and simplifies the complex world of global payroll and compliance. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, Deel empowers businesses to effortlessly manage remote and international teams, ensuring hassle-free payments and adherence to local regulations. Its intuitive dashboard and automated processes make onboarding and paying remote workers a breeze, saving time and reducing administrative headaches. Deel's commitment to compliance and security adds an extra layer of confidence, making it an essential tool for modern businesses navigating the challenges of a global workforce.

What do you dislike about Deel?

While Deel offers many benefits for managing global payroll and compliance, there are a few potential disadvantages to consider: Costs: Deel's services come at a price, and depending on the size of your team or business, the subscription fees might impact your budget. Complexity for Small Teams: If you have a very small team or limited international operations, the features and capabilities of Deel might feel overwhelming or unnecessary. Integration Challenges: Integrating Deel with existing payroll or HR systems could require additional effort, especially if your current systems are not easily compatible. Learning Curve: Despite its user-friendly interface, there might still be a learning curve for new users to fully grasp all the functionalities and settings within the platform. Support Limitations: While Deel provides customer support, the level of assistance might vary, and timely resolution of issues could be a concern. Regulatory Variations: While Deel helps with compliance, the ever-changing nature of international regulations and laws could still pose challenges that require your team's attention.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel addresses the complexities and challenges of managing a diverse and international workforce, allowing businesses to focus on growth and productivity while leaving the administrative burden to the platform.

"Straight forward, Easy to Use, Very Convenient"
What do you like best about Deel?

It is very easy to get started with Deel. When I was doing my research on the best payroll service to use, Deel consistently came on top. It was very easy to sign up, set up the account, and process the payroll. The good thing was the ability to keep the money in Deel for a specific period of time before transferring. I also liked the fact that I was able to use multiple transfer options to withdraw my money.

What do you dislike about Deel?

The only thing that I was concerned about was the high cost of using this platform. There was a cost of $49 per contractor per payment which honestly feels like a lot. If Deel can somehow make it's pricing more competitive, I would happily become an ambassador.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

My organization's basic need was to find a way to efficiently pay people based out of the US. I was able to use Deel to make payments in the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. This helped me streamline multicountry payroll with ease and convenience.

"Great service during onboarding from the Deel team"
What do you like best about Deel?

Deel helped us comply with Germany employment standards for independent contracts that we work with in that market.

What do you dislike about Deel?

Between the employment costs and the Deel platform fee, it feels like a lot of added costs on top of the monthly salary.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned above, Deel helped up to retain our German contracts by helping them comply with local employment regulations.
