What i love about greenhouse is that it is easy and user friendly. With the help and support team it makes it easy to ask questions if needed and everyone on the team I encountered have been great!
The downsides I think about Greenhouse is sometimes configuring things in the ATS and having to make sure it is configured properly to get things going properly.
Greenhouse helps the company recruit the best applicants in an organized manner where the company employees can also log on and utilize the website as well. It is a place for everyone.
Overall, Greenhouse is an easy to use ATS from the candidate-end, recruiter-end, and admin-end. When I was a recruiter, Greenhouse made my job so much easier! It organizes candidates through the pipeline in a super clear and concise way, and I can view all my open requisitions in an organized fashion.
At times I wished fields and misc items within Greenhouse were more customizable or easier to change up depending on the candidate or role. But, nothing really sticks out as a major dislike with Greenhouse.
Greenhouse serves as our primary ATS and helps our talent acquisition team track and hire job candidates in an organized fashion. When we were deep in high-volume recruitment as a start-up, we relied on having a powerful system like Greenhouse to keep our team organized and on track.

Here's just a few things I really like about using Greenhouse every day: * intuitive to use and easy to navigate, * it's constantly improving and getting better (interface, adding goals), * makes candidate tracking easy with Follow-up Reminders, ability to Follow candidates, * available on a mobile app, * useful integrations with Docusign, Calendly and lots more to simplify recruiting flow.
* Would love to have a notes feature to add information about candidates as time passes and to be able to share with the team, * More customised reporting features and builds, seems to be more of reporting templates that are pre-set currently.
Helps with keeping me up-to-date on pipeline, SLAs and tracking candidates over time.
I find the activity feed very helpful to understand the candidate's journey during the interview process. I also like to use the pipeline section to understand what is needed from me in term of where candidates are in the process and if we need to add more people into the process.
I really enjoy using GH - I wish we could choose the font of our emails

The reminder section is located at the bottom of the main screen. It can be located at the top to ensure you do not miss the reminders.
Ensuring that all scorecards are completed. This helps to make sure all candidates are pushed through the pipeline.
Adding the prospects, the integration with other tools, CRM, Tags, automations, follow up reminders.
The visual experience, it´s not friendly to see the pipeline. Reports could also be more easy to create and visualize.

Very good solution and offers many useful features, sales manager responds to individual needs, customer service is always very solution-oriented. I like the user-friendliness. The ease of use and the amount of data that can be collected.
We have the challenge of having to use a system with 2 companies and are limited in some things like different signatures. I would like to have more flexibility.
Overall, however, Greenhouse covers all the functions that are needed in recruiting and makes life easier.

It helped us to streamline the recruitment process and brought our company from 80 to 1200 employees within 4 years, it is a great tool with tons of features. The one I enjoyed the most is how to create reports about our processes so we can identify where the blockers are and fix them.
I like that Greenhouse allows for a significant amount of customizability. In the almost two years that I have been using Greenhouse, I've been pleased with how responsive they are to feedback and the ways they continue to improve the product.
I wish we could create org-wide reports like we can create org-wide email templates. I also wish some of the DEI features were available at all subscription tiers. I wish there was an opportunity to customize the candidate survey questions and the standard demographic questions.
We now have consistent candidate communication, no matter the recruiter. There is a streamlined process for capturing notes after interviews. One of the most outstanding features is the CRM functionality, allowing us to reach out to past applicants and apply for new roles.
Everything is at your fingertips. Resumes, applications, scheduling interviews, Manager and Partner reviews on the applicant and more. A one-stop shop!
Reports. I am still trying to figure out how to run a report.
Paperwork and files. I do not have files or mounds of resumes anymore. I love it!
Greenhouse is a breeze to work with. Everything is very straightforward, there's no guessing where something might be, and it makes scheduling candidates simple and organized. I enjoy working with Greenhouse and hope to continue to do so throughout my recruiting career.
It would be great if Greenhouse sent candidates a calendar invite, as opposed to how it is now. The candidate has to press "add to calendar" after the recruiter sends a confirmation email for the newly scheduled interview. Ideally, the calendar invite will automatically be placed on the candidate's calendar and eliminate that one manual step.
Greenhouse helps my company schedule interviews, keep track of the pipeline, and collect resumes. Greenhouse has some reporting metrics but also works well with TalentWall for more in-depth reporting as well.

Scheduling with Greenhouse can be a bit difficult by manually looking up interviewer time zones or suggesting availability for multiple interviewers on a panel.
