In my opinion, Hostwinds is the best web host choice. The prices are fair, the cPanel is organized very well, the offered features are great and I feel very secure.

Dislike .... well I like everything at them.

Also, I would like to mention that by now I have already had some problems on my Website and I am so grateful for knowing that I can turn to a support team that assists me immediately. Usually, the issue is solved within half an hour maximum! I believe there is barely another web host who offers support this rapidly.

Love the tools, user interface to get work done. Latest versions, smartly laid out in Cpanel. Very responsive in selecting and working with the various configuration tools.

Had to use support to answer questions twice in first 48 hours of moving over. Both answered intelligently (on line) within 15 minutes -- can't complain. Also used support chat once (other were the typical web ticket approach), again, clear communications and correct/useful answers that helped.

While the prices may be a little more expensive than other shared hosts (still $5/mo is great considering the features I get), the extremely high quality of the service is worth every single penny you spend.

I have hosted with Hostwinds for some time now and found most dealings with them trouble free and easy to use. I am not running any up-time monitor but I have not experienced any down-time that I am aware of.
