We have created several custom apps to manage our day to day business needs.
This is exactly what we needed to manage workflow and approvals in our property management business. we needed s dropbox tie in, which was created for us, and it works well.
It sometimes feels cumbersome and a little slow. I'm not a programmer so don't have a feel for what would help that, and there's nothing specific I would change.
we eliminated a lot of paper, and a lot of our staff is in the field for a good part of the day, so the mobility factor has been amazing
The most helpful for me is that I can create an app really fast and easy. They have really good support service. They help you right away. If you don't have a clear idea about what to put in your app, that won't be a problem because Kissflow has so many apps as an example of a different processes.
I have had performance issues. That means that for example when a user needs to open more than 3 attachments it takes a lot of time. Also when I want to publish the app, it takes time to publish it. I have done all the recommendations from Kissflow support, but It hasn't resolved the problem. We are waiting for the soon we will be moved to the new platform.
Improving communication through the company.
What i like the best abput kissflow is the customer support. Whenever we have doubts or need assitant there is always someone avilable in the app and you can even have a conference call or something with the kissflow things to really clarify your doubts or solve the issues you are having with the app.
That workflow are not still synchronized with Google Calendar or other Google apps and that would be really helpful to for process automation

I love that all of our normal processes are all done in one place, whether that's travel requests, purchase requests or a rebate program we have. It let's us do everything and cuts out having to print and do everything by paper. As a government agency we have to have several approvals for everything we do and Kissflow allows us to automate that, from contracts, to our purchases and everything in between.
I have yet to experience any problems using Kissflow. I know others have mentioned small bugs but I've been lucky and haven't experienced any.
All of our processes require multiple approvals and Kissflow lets us add as many as we need to the approval process, including others in other departments. We also recently were given the task of doing a rebate program and Kissflow lets us go through almost the entire approval process and cutting back on how many spreadsheets we need, how much paper. We can add the public's receipts and information and get their money to them quicker.

No problems at the moment. I think the *Kissflow Group* must streamline the time on which on a certain step a person is allowed to keep the kissflow to themselves and also must have a duration time for the whole Kissflow to be completed I like the fact that it helps make work-life easier esp in the sales and accounting department. No much hustles on having to calculate the / some rates for instance 'VAT', Kissflow automatically gets you there when you click whether if the item is VAT inclusive.

The power of this software is the flexibility during the costructuion of the Business WorkFlow. In fact you have a lot o different choise about the branches ad action that you can do. Another key point is the possibility to configure different role/profile with different view/action during every step of the process that you are creating.

I created a workflow to manage our company's administrative rehabilitation process, from the first contact with the costumer until the flast day of rehabilitation programmed. We reached a lot of benefit because we eliminated the usage of paper during al the process.

The tool has allowed us to easily streamline and standardize an otherwise broken process previously. There is a learning curve to customizing the tool to fit with the business process workflow, but there are lots of tutorials to help with it.

We have been using KissFlow to help streamline our business processes for two years now. Its had an incredible effect on our business and helped turn it from 'struggling' to an industry leader. Our company manages affordable housing and on a daily basis we work with some of the more difficult government bureaucracies that exist. We built KF apps to diagram every process that we have in the company and it has helped us to streamline our processes. One of the best features is that KF apps standardize every process across the company and we can track every task down immediately. But the single greatest feature is that when we recognize that we can improve our process, we simple program the change and hit 'enter' and in a second the entire company is operating on the new standard. Its intuitive enough that we seldom even send updated directions to our staff for how to use the new process. There is also a great live Help staff available one click away that can help you work through any issues and to discover new techniques. You don't need to be a computer programmer to make this system work and it is very flexible.
There is not much to dislike about KissFlow. A large part of KF's approach seems to be evolving organically from customer input. This is a good thing, but sometimes means there are small glitches in the software where a function doesn't work right. The software is a bit clunky looking for the average user used to the slick interfaces of a smartphone. But I would trade form for function anyday.
Our business is very file intensive. At any one point we have a thousand files working through one of our KF apps. We can locate the holdup on a file anywhere in the country in seconds. We can also search the database by field for any of the 12,000 files we have already completed. This software has helped us analyze and understand our own processes. We have a saying that. "if you can't put the process in KissFlow, then it isn't a real process".

I love that everything is streamlined on the platform, and all the essentials are built in, instead of having to create them yourself. Things like sending notifications at the end of a workflow process and allowing required fields to be used, even if that field is hidden in a current form without causing an error is such a relief. KiSSFLOW uses common sense to the max, and allows the creator to focus on the necessary pieces to create an App.
The platform and interface could me more fluid, but it's designed to work for 95% of users. It would be nice to be able create links to house certain App types together instead of a list of all available, but it still works for the most part. It takes me less time by just showing which Apps are available for the current user when they sign in.
Number One is that KiSSFLOW is cloud-based, and with our company structure (core offices with many field locations) that allows ease of access that we just didn't have with our old workflow platform. Secondly, an App can be created in KiSSFLOW in about 1/3 of the time it used to take in that old platform. Because the platform is so easy to use, it was easy to transition users from our old SharePoint environment into KiSSFLOW. It also allows us to create Apps for new teams and get them in and working in no time, also.
