Having used Outseta from their launch to today its been an amazing tool to have. Everything is in the one place from sales, marketing and support. Gone are the days of multiple products that cost the earth, Outseta does it all without fuss and complication.
Docs and help guides can lack in certain areas (Understandable with a small startup) but a quick email and the guys there are more than happy to help.
We have reduced our software costs by 2/3, reduced the amount of data moving to keep separate systems in sync.
All features of Outseta I have been very familiar with for a long time, however, I was struggling to find a tool that implemented everything in one place. The team are absolutely brilliant and within the first two weeks, I had three meetings with Geoff and every time he helped me with the whole tech side of the software but also a lot of advice about everything else even things not related to Outseta. The team are also on the ball constantly, so I never have to sit around waiting for a response. Thanks guys!
There were a few bugs that I came into contact with, however, upon emailing the team they had me back on track within a couple of hours.
All features that I have ever needed and used all in one place, meaning that everything is fully in sync and I don't have to go between places to use different resources.
The integration of subscription billing, CRM and email marketing. The dashboard is really nice to track emails, click-thru and accounts. I'm starting to use the knowledge base functionality and deals for tracking pipeline.
As with any new software I've run across some bugs. The main bugs I encountered was 1) sending future email broadcast - the timing didn't initially work correctly, and 2) handling of iframe for their widget tools. When I reported the issues the Outseta team responded quickly so I was quite happy.
As a small startup that lacks a technical co-founder I wanted an easy-to-use package to get started on the basics such as email marketing, pipeline and billing without having to do a lot of technical integration. This product fit the bill. The Outseta team has also been responsive to feature requests and added a feature I needed to streamline the customer billing process.
We send huge amount of invoices to our customers it's easy to track them. I can see how much we send and how much we received monthly . All customers has their own account so once we click on names it show the whole history of theirs.Itbis not complicated to use. Definitely user friendly. More features available than Square app. I am using almost everyday.
When you go to transactions it is a little bit hard to find which invoice is paid or not. I just realized we missed some of the payments because the app doesn't notifie us. For some reasons when you go back page it clears everything and doesn't show where you left off.
We have huge amount of customers. It is not easy to track their numbers on your own so that instead of using Excelsheet we purchased this app. Now it is really easy to see who is paying or not by just one click . Time saving and sending invoices is easy
Easy to use and set up, plus their support is super responsive.
At first, I was unsure of the CRM differences but once you are in there, it all makes sense.
