The process of uploading the documents and getting the electronic signatures is intuitive and straightforward. The user experience for document managers and signees is pretty easy. With PandaDoc, I am able to complete my job in few minutes.
Sometimes I send the documents to signees without signature boxes. I dont get alerts on documents without signature boxes. It will be helpful.

Document signers just have to click on the website, review, sign, and Send. No need to save pdf manually, sign and email back. The signers' signing activity can also be viewed by document owners in real-time, giving great visibility of the progress to document owners.
I wish the free-trial period can be extended.

I switched from Rightsignature a few months ago, and couldn't be happier with Pandadoc! So easy, intuitive and well laid out. I love the editing options so you don't have to start all over again to make small changes like you did with RS. Works perfectly, easy for my clients as well,

I like that I am able to start using the product immediately and that it is intuitive and easy to use. I like that it is simple and does what it is supposed to do. I am able to share documents wth my team members and this makes it all the more useful.
So far, I have not found anything about Pandadoc that I would consider a downside. I am a building contractor and my needs are simple. I find that they are well met with this product.
Being able to get a legal, electronic signature quickly.

I love how I can create templates for each of my services and send proposals out within 15 minutes after a sales call. I have seen a higher conversion rate because I can get proposals out fast. I love how easy it is for me to manage proposals and how easy it is for the Client to sign and pay all in one area.
I have no real dislikes here. The Builder was a little hard to get used to at first, but once I got the hang of it and built my templates, it was a breeze.
I am able to send a proposal, contract and invoice all in one spot for a client to onboard much faster. The ability to create templates has saved me countless hours of proposal creation
Before deciding to try PandaDoc I have made thorough research about what I should purchase as a system to sign contracts. Something that won me was the online editor that helps me make quick changes and the fact that I can use it as a directory for all contracts we have signed. Other pros: - statistics on how much time a person has been on a page (it gives me an idea of how thoroughly they have reviewed the contracts). - reminders
Not something to dislike at the moment, so far quite happy with the tool.
We had a lot of contracts going through email and some of them we needed to send over delivery services to our clients and after that get them back. Moving to PandaDoc saved us tons of admin time and cost for transporting services.
PandaDoc is a super easy platform to utilize when you need to give the option for e-signatures. It's a tool that significantly increases efficiency, especially in an ever-growing hybrid work environment. And it saves from the need to print unnecessary copies of forms.
If there is a downside, it may be that, as the originator of the document, you get a notification whenever someone opens the document, and then another once they sign it. If you have a document that needs three signatures, that's six separate emails, plus an additional email once everyone has signed. It's a minor issue but can be excessive.
Before, it could take up to a week to get signatures from multiple sources. Either they're only in the office on certain days of the week, or they are entirely remote. Now it's a non-issue. The document shows up in their inbox, a few mouse clicks later, and they're done. We're cutting back on the time, effort, and paper needed to get these tasks done.

PandaDoc has been a game-changer for contract management with our clients. It makes it easy to manage contract templates and collect electronic signatures.
My only complaint is that sometimes the user interface is a bit sluggish ... but then I don't have the newest computer either.
The main business problem PandaDoc helps us solve is contract management.
I don't have to print any documents or any contracts in order to have them ready. Going completely paperless since I started using the program.

Easily the best part about PandaDoc is the beautiful simplicity of using their services. Everyone recommended that I use Docusign and I tried it out but PandaDoc is obviously cleaner, simpler, faster, and more intuitive. Thanks guys.

I'm using PandaDoc to onboard my team with contractors agreements, Employee agreements, and NDAs.
PandaDoc makes it easy to send school forms to both students and parents for signature, track completion and house the documents electronically.
Learning the system took me some trial and error, but now that I have been using for about 9 months I find the documents easy to create and track.
We have eliminated paper forms for many of our college-level courses, saving time and money.
PandaDoc integrates with our CRM tool, Hubspot, so that all of the customer contact information and product pricing automatically is generated, creating less work.
The formatting of line items could be better. Sometimes there's a hanging indent on headers like "Address" and "Company Name" that I always have to drag over, so everything is on a single line.
We are streamlining the customer order process and integrating with Hubspot to keep all order documentation associated with the account in one single place. We're better organized and can refer back to chronological orders more quickly.
