i must express that i am very satisfied with my experience every time I need to call for help. There is rarely a wait to speak with a representative. Also they all very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Trying to update sick time used by an employee. I was kindly helped in how to record the used time pay as well as review every employee available time.

We here at Cross Creek Builders love T-Sheets, especially me! I am the bookkeeper and do payroll using Quickbooks. The ease of use along with the support provided by their fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff can't be beat. Alex was a real pleasure to work with today when I called in with a question I had about an error with quickbooks so much so that I told her I wish I could work there with them all because they always are happy and seem to be having a great time all the while they are helping me!
Nothing at all other than the fact that they are so far away that I cannot get a job there
This has solved all of our problems other than those caused by the user such as selecting the wrong job when signing into a job
Customer service is very quick and knowledgeable! In doing my research for different apps they have been extremely helpful. Not to mention the price is RIGHT!!

Looking to solve wasted time from employees - abuse of the honesty system
Very intuitive app and pretty simple to figure out by playing. BUT there were a couple of concerns I had since it links with our live QuickBooks company file, so I wanted to talk to someone at TSheets before changing anything that might impact someone else using QuickBooks. I was connected in less than a minute to a support rep that was very knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions. I'm very pleased with all my experiences with TSheets thus far!
So far I haven't found much to dislike, just had to figure out a couple of things that make more sense as I operate the software. For instance I was very obsessed with having all the employees being able to see their daily total for their shifts, but since you get a weekly total and can also view your current work day length, it's not as critical as I first thought. So I'm sure as I learn the software better, I will have very little to dislike.
Tracking employee payroll and billable hours to invoice to our customer base are the two biggest issues we are hoping to solve with TSheets. And so far it is looking like it will be perfect for that use. We might also benefit from the scheduling, but I'm not certain if there is a different tool we will end up using for scheduling when we get off the ground getting all of our systems on software based tools.
It's quick to get an agent on the line. And when you get someone, they know what they are doing and help you out - everytime! As an example, Elaina M. helped me with a kind of complicated data migration of records from Zoho to Quickbooks Online to T-Sheets and made sure everything worked out the way my client liked.
There's nothing I dislike about T-sheets.

I like how simple tsheets is to use and how it works with quickbooks payroll software. Our employees find it very user friendly

The main reason we added t sheets, was to improve our payroll process, Reduce entry errors, reduce the time spent on payroll, which ultimately saves our company $. We were using a antiquated time tracking method of paper and punching a clock and faxing it in every 2 weeks. Our employees, most of them, have personal cell phone with them at all times, having an App to use to punch in and out, is very convenient. I can confirm what job they are at my look at the GPS tracking. I personally have found it extremely useful for tracking my own hours as an administrator. My position is very flexible and work load is on a business needs basis, so there many instances where I may be logged in for short periods of time, 5, 10 15 minutes, helping employees, taking calls, emails, ect. I find it very helpful to track my time accurately by clicking "clock In". This ensures the business gets a very accurate read on my administrative duties required for each client/job.
I had an import issue and Jared M. knew what it was right away. He even helped me change my default settings in QBs Desktop so it wouldn't happen in the future.
I wish it totaled the mileage in the reports. Reporting could use some improvements.
Job costing and billing out employees time.
I like the ease of use and the ability to use TSheets from any device - you can start out on a tablet then move to your mobile device. The support staff is very helpful.
Would like it to have the mileage app feature incorporated.
Job Cost - time tracking syncing with QuickBooks
I have saved so much time since we've implemented this app. Their customer service team CANNOT be beat. They are always ready and available for my crazy questions. For example, when I make a mistake and import the time into quickbooks I have to call them to "unapprove" the employee's time in order to correct my mistake. There is never a time that I have an unreasonable wait period for this to be done.
Not much. They have solved just about every issue I have had over the years.
The payroll and billing time is far more accurate when clocking in from an app. We used to use paper work orders and it gives people way to much room for error. Their "Notes" feature allows my service technicians to enter material used and any adds that need to be billed for. This is all imported into quickbooks and transferred to the invoicing portion with ease. When people forget to clock out I can connect with the GPS pinpoints to ensure that I am not overcharging the customer and can clock the employee out at the correct time.
I love TSheets ease to use and manage, their support team is very humane, their prices and willingness to negotiate for the right reasons.
I have not found something I dislike, but I have found that whenever I have issues, the support is well above average.
Now my organization is able to track in real time how much time, realistically, our staff spends on their many different responsibilities.
The overall design, thoughtfulness and ease of use of this product must be my most favorite aspects of the program. However, we couldn't do what we do if it didn't have the amazing smartphone app, or incredible customer support.
The QuickBooks;vendor synchronization could be better.
Many. To begin, we must have accurate time tracking for our billing and job cost management. Tsheets allows for just about as accurate of time tracking as I could ask for. Sometimes employees forget to clock out, especially at lunch, so I don't know how many lunches a customer ends up paying for, but I don't know that there's a solution for that. It's also helped me to be able to get a sense for people's habits: What time are they showing up? Do they take lunch? These kinds of things help me to get a sense for what kind of employee I have.
Quick easy login, online, mobile, etc. Their customer service is support great to work with, not as quick as they used to be in responding, but none the less they are great at responding and being very nice in the process. In fact Elaina M. was very helpful today!
Wish there were more HR utilities, at least the ability to make the employee ASK for time off, not just get an email after the fact they already entered their time as off. We need to know weeks in advance. For now, we've gone else where to track this info, but it would be nice to have it all in one place, and it makes sense to have it included on their time sheet! We also wish they had better integration with Wells Fargo Business Payroll.
Having time collected all in one place has been a time saver! We used paper in the past because we are under similar regulation as DCAA and had to follow specific rules. Its nice to find an approved system that logs what is needed by these auditors.

This program is very easy to use and because it integrates with Quickbooks very easily, it saves us from having to enter time manually.
I can't think of a single thing we dislike.
Our administrative staff no longer has to manually enter hours .each individual job. Field employees can track their time efficiently and easily.
I really like that I can select a client, press start, enter comments, and press stop when I'm done, and it all get's entered into my time card for the week! Once I press done, I don't have to look at that entry again.
The only thing I wish TSheets did was show me from the time of day I started the timer and the time of the day when I stopped it. Sometimes going back and reviewing information for completeness it can be confusing if I don't know the time of day I did something.
We have an at-home workforce and may clients so we need an easy way for our staff to enter their time for each of the clients they have. This way they can start and stop on the different clients they might have, and it will even pull up their more frequently used items to the top!
Ease of use, ease of integration. Support is excellent regardless of how you contact them by e-mail or phone. They are there with no waiting on the phone, literally answer on the first ring!
I can't say anything bad, I love this product!
No lossed times sheets. Everything is available immediately and integrates into every payroll software I use with clients. QB Payroll, Gusto, etc. Can track where employees are located at any time. Can ensure employees are working when and where they are supposed to be.

Because of T-Sheets, the manual process, of writing time in a day runner and then via manual data entry transferring the same to accounting software, is eliminated. I can enter onsite via the T-Sheets phone app and then just upload to the accounting software. More free time for me!
What I like best about TSheets is that when I refer a client, I know I am putting that client in really good hands. I also know that nothing further will be needed of me (although I am happy to pitch in where I can). When I refer a client to TSheets, everything from on boarding to training is just handled. The mobile app is really easy to use. The reporting module gives me great information. The Geo Tracking is awesome - I love that you can see where employees are when they clock in. Of course the QuickBooks Integration is truly the key to making this app so incredibly valuable. Employees clock in and out. Time is gathered seamlessly into QuickBooks, and Payroll can be run in seconds based on this.
The only thing I don't like is that I can't refer even more people to TSheets. I know that sounds over the top, but I can honestly say this. I use the product, and I refer as many people as I can to TSheets, because I know TSheets will make me proud!
We're solving the problem of "accurate" time tracking. I've realized the benefits of having a reliable tool built and backed by a reliable team to refer to my clients. I never have to worry about a client coming back to me with complaints about lack of support, or anything else. As a ProAdvisor, this give me peace of mind and adds value to my own practice, because my clients know they can count on me for good recommendations for positively great solutions to their problems.
Pay as you go pricing with no license fees. Amazing customer support. GPS Tracking is huge. The seemingly endless number of reports that allow you to slice and dice the data however you want. The ability to know who is working, what they are working on, where they are working, and when they will be on overtime.
I am only writing in this box because there is a 40 character minimum.
Tsheets provided a 10X ROI, saving thousands of dollars and lots of wasted time every month. Employee morale also went up because there were fewer problems with paychecks.
