I can also add tags to each conversation so I know exactly where I stand with each prospect without having to read through the actual thread. And this is on two levels - individual, and company-wide. So for example, I can have a tag on a company that they're interested in collaboration, but further tags on specific people within that company indicating who's the best to talk to for marketing, link building, etc.

However, the software can lag occasionally causing minor delays. It's only a few seconds at a time though, but still.

The default outreach templates are a bit generic, but I guess that's the point of default templates. It's nice to have one for every single type of campaign, and they do suggest a pretty solid structure, but you still have to change them up quite a bit. But again, they're default and as I imagine there are tons of other users using them, so you need to stand out in some way.

Respona integrates everything I need into one platform. I used to have to pay a VA to collect all of the data that Respona collects for me and integrate it all seamlessly. It gives you great ideas for outreach if you need to start there, or lets you create your own campaigns from scratch. Easy to use and very user friendly.

I would say the downside is that you can't set up automated messages to people's LinkedIn inboxes directly and that it doesn't give you those details automatically.

Getting me targeted emails with little to no bounce rate and the inserts are easy to use and faster than manual entry because of the integrations.

web scraping, ahrefs & semrush integrations make this tool amazing for SEO focused cold outreach especially. So far really happy about the tool.

There are small bugs to be fixed with regards to editing contact details in email templates - I am sure these are on the roadmap in the near future!
