It's a very easy-to-use platform, step-by-step process. There are even youtube tutorials to help set up campaigns and navigate the use of the software. Support was very responsive within 24 hours. Accurate and very granular in setting up campaigns in Mailshake. I would highly recommend Mailshake to all sales organizations for their marketing and sales functions and needs.

There are different packages of Mailshake, I thought I would get all features with the basic tier. Not a deal-breaker, but something I didn't like about the subscription.

I am sending out multiple marketing and sales efforts to mass email prospects.

Love that I can send mass email campaigns through my G-Suite servers to avoid that spam-looking mail server email link. I was using a competitor service prior that was more expensive and had less features until I came across MailShake.

I really don't dislike anything about the service. One improvement that would be useful for me is if I could separate or choose which email becomes a lead while also stopping campaigns based on a different criteria. In other words, when a prospect replies, I want the campaign to stop. But, I don't consider them a real lead unless they click one of my offer links.

I can send mass emails that look and feel more personal. I can also send sequential campaigns but stop them midway if the prospect responds according to my parameters.

I liked the easy-to-use UX, the new warmup email feature, and ... it just works great! Great customer service as well.

pricing could be lowered a little bit...

It generates leads on a daily basis with minimal efforts

The mass email process and the delivery point really works well from Mailshake. The control factor is needed.

Fast delivery of emails with no spam signs whatsoever and the Mailshake support is also really good and efficient. Mailshake does not fulfill all email marketing possble needs, but for what it does, it does it the best!!

Not sure i really like the way the stats are portrayed in general. Also, the follow ups are strickly and by default sent to people who have not REPLIED to the email, giving me no option to choose otherwise, like only to those who did not OPEN the email for example.

Quick and efficient mass email to hundreds of people without hassle and complications. We've had issues with deliverability at some point but these were fixed with the help of mailshake's support.

It was super easy to start campaigns, add prospects, manage our lists, process prospects through to leads and take action in terms of 'unsubscribe', etc. We used a few other tools, and Mailshake was far superior. The reporting and graphs, etc were also very helpful.

We were using it during the introduction of version 2.0 and found it to be a bit buggy in the beginning, so toggled back to 1.0 for a while, but it improved very quickly.

Mailshake helped us reach a wider audience and, therefore, provide our clients with a wider pool of potential clients. We have been able to save time due to its ease-of-use.

It was so simple to use. Was able to figure out how to use it correctly in a matter of a few minutes. Everything was self explanatory.

I think the price should be less $34.99 price range would be great.

It's super simple to use and I had no issues setting up my campaign. It's super easy to create your sequence, add recipients, and schedule the campaign. I didn't know how many to send out in a day, but their blog/help center has so much information, so it was conducive.

There's not anything I dislike about it. I had an issue not too long ago, but I reached out to customer support, and they were super helpful. Fixed my problem and got back to me promptly.

We have sales going on in the background, and we're able to get in front of more people than simply just cold calling.

Mailshake to me stands out with its simple user interface. It's super clean and easy to orient yourself there. Before learning about Mailshake I struggled with using all the other tools.

Can't really think of anything I don't like about Mailshake. Support is good, there are no bugs. Actually, I have very little need for support. Maybe the only thing is that it's not so cheap as it used to be. But for me, that is totally understandable as the value is there.

I used Mailshake for cold email outreach with some of my previous projects and currently, we use it in our SaaS company for guest post outreach, link building, and partnership outreach.

Mailshake's customizable scheduling options and in-editor suggestions (which populate while you draft your emails) are the perfect one-two punch for crafting effective cold outreach campaigns for our organization.

Managing prospect lists for each campaign after they launch can be a bit cumbersome. It would be great if more information was populated for each prospect based on the data you imported. Currently, you only see basic information for each prospect, regardless of how much data you imported.

Being able to mass email prospects through Mailshake has enabled us to protect the IP address of our mass emailing client, which we use to send out our member publications. Within two months of utilizing Mailshake, it had paid for itself twice over with the revenue it produced for us.

you can start a precise cold email campaign in minutes. most other cold email sending tools i've used make you spend up to an hour or more learning the ropes and setting up the software and campaigns before going live the first time.

it's really hard to think of anything i dislike about mailshake apart from price.

I use it to automate cold email campaigns in a highly efficient manner and I've lost count of the meetings booked which lead to closed deals

They have a comprehensive onboarding and then twice weekly group session you can jump on to ask any burning question and get answers instantly.

Sometimes their email customer support can be slow. Can sometimes take all day or into the next day to get an answer, which is why I just plan to jump into the group sessions.

email automation. Cloning myself. That's what mailshake does and the integration with hubspot is well done.

I love the simplicity and functionality of the tool. The ability to move all data through campaigns and into tasks is amazing - super easy to use.

I don't love the customer support process.

We have made this the home for many of our sales representatives' daily activities and it's an easy way to stay on top of everything. Keeping everything in one place is necessary for newer sales reps.

Very easy to use and get up and running with campaigns

Might be on the pricey side for some. Not terrible, but the ease of use is worth it.
