The manner in which SamCart offers content is unbelievable in its straightforwardness but profoundly significant. Other than the simple to-process data, it gives helpful, easy to understand instruments that anybody can deal with, alongside explicit methodologies examined and tried by SamCart's group to achieve the best involvement with online deals. I like the chance of having the option to utilize SamCart at any phase of a business - regardless of whether one has an item to sell yet. SamCart gives strong assets and information to set up an item without any preparation.
There is such a lot of information immediately that it tends to overpower at first. Albeit whenever one has gone through a portion of the preparation and acquired a general point of view it's not difficult to work with.
I figured out how to connect with online organizations in a rewarding manner utilizing probably the best, state-of-the-art ways of drawing in with different fragments of web-based showcasing in a practical, sensible way. I viewed SamCart as a supportive instrument to put resources into for an internet-based business profession.
The way SamCart offers content is masterful in its simplicity and yet highly meaningful. Besides the easy-to-digest info, it provides useful, user-friendly tools that anyone can handle, along with specific strategies studied and tested by SamCart's team to bring about the most successful experience in online sales. I like the possibility of being able to use SamCart at any stage of a bussiness - even if one doesn't have a product to sell yet. SamCart provides powerful resources and knowledge to set up a product from scratch.
There is so much info at once that it can be overwhelming initially. Although once one has gone through some of the trainings and gained an overall perspective it's easy to work with.
I learned how to relate to online businesses in a lucrative way using some of the most effective, up-to-date ways to engage with diverse segments of online marketing in a realistic, down-to-earth manner. I found SamCart to be a helpful tool to invest in for an online business career.
Custom Stylish Checkout form, Coupons, Upsell and More Importantly SamCart Page Builder
I would love to see features of product duplication as well as Page builder layout duplication
Custom Stylish Checkout form and Coupons
Easy implementation of some functionality (payments, GA ecommerce, upsells)
It would be helpful to have more detailed reports
We're optimizing our checkout experience and increasing AOV by offering upsells
The templates for creating pages and checkouts make creating products and offers so easy. I don't have to worry about the layout when I chose one of the pre-designed templates. I also love that I can create one page but have multiple price options for monthly payments.
That I can't insert emojis! I use these in my emails and on social media all the time and to not have them on my sales pages is super annoying.
I have a secure way to process payments and handle subscriptions. It's seamless for my customers as well. I love it when things are easy!
As a new seller of digital products, I was committed to putting my toe into unchartered water, but it was a tad overwhelming. My onboarding coach Chris Scheben at Samcart came through for the newbie just when I was like I can’t launch this! They scheduled zoom calls with me my first week and follow up emails to help me with everything from creating a landing page to setting up integrations and sales tactics. It was very much appreciated and made my first experience great!
I can't wait until they have instant chat support
I'm generating sales, I don't have to know coding, everything is drag and drop and they made payment integrations easy.
Samcart is providing all features in a one platform like drag & drop builder, pre-designed template, unlimited products, localization and last but not least digital wallets and custom domains
Only one thing I dislike is their pricing plan annual they are charging much for the early stage Bussiness and startup.
They are solving almost every problem occurring in our e-commerce Bussiness. We started our e-commerce store within few adjustments.
Not only is the checkout fast and easy to set up, but the instant upsell funnel post-purchase has been a game-changer for us in increasing lifetime customer value.
The checkout designs look a bit outdated and their layout is not that customizable. Also, the price is rather high. There are also a few bugs in their reporting when filtering on dates.
Samcart makes it easy for us to offer our customers our products. Samcart also integrates with Zapier, which makes it very flexible, and we can instantly enroll customers in our courses after purchase.
It can also be easily integrated with our CRM and wish list member on our website. We are also able to customize it for our brand - the dashboard is very well created.
Nothing - the tool is very well created.
We are easily able to customize our products and price points, and the checkout pages are optimized for conversions. Our product sales can be increased much more.
I find the design of the store system in the frontend as well as in the admin area very well done. Everything is easy to find and easy to adjust. There are innumerable functions and possibilities to adapt to your own design.
I can't really edit the seo-settings very well, here it should be possible to integrate more external widgets.
The actual buying process works very well with this tool. Customers can make their purchases quickly and the bounce rate is minimized. Also the sales reports are very interesting and we can also integrate our stock management.
The software was easy to set up and the onboarding from the samcart team was really great.
It is limited in the placement of things as it works on a block basis.
The ability to customise your checkout pages and test which works best easily. This allowed us to use software like apple pay.
I love how user friendly it is. It also integrates easily with our CRM and Wishlist Member on our website. We are also able to customize it for our brand.
We find reporting to be very limited and not always accurate. I wish they offered more reporting features. For instance if you pull reports on sales by date it is not accurate for each product. So if we wish to see the revenue generated by product, we have to pull a product sales report. The reports also do not break down individual customers. I also don't like how the subscription numbers are not clickable links on a customer record. You have to open each order and then go to the subscription.
We love being able to brand out shopping cart as well as the upsell features.
Modern layout, the technology, customer service, increasing efforts to improve the platform, simple yet effective checkout options.
I wish there was more freedom to create landing pages and sales funnel. Both freedom in terms of positioning object in any position but also freedom in terms of upsell. As an example we sell a subscription with the option to choose monthly or yearly. I want our customers to go through the process and was credit card has been entered I want to give the option to sign up for a lifetime membership at a higher price instead. Meaning cancelling the monthly/annual subscription and instead just pay a one time fee. I also don't understand why the first billing cycle appear as a trial within Stripe. When using other platforms I didn't have that experience, so I wonder why it's set up like that.
The main thing I'm currently solving with SamCart is having a checkout window specifically for our subscriptions appear on our Shopify store. There's other options available, but I like the simplicity that SamCart provides.
It’s the best option for integration with Infusionsoft. I’ll like all the personalization you can do with your product pages and all for a flat monthly fee. No commissions.
It can be a little expensive on the top plan.
The main problem I solved with samcart was Infusionsoft and Stripe integration.
I like how everything flows together but the integrations can be a bit of a learning curve to set up. The features are really good so I hope they'll improve the user experience soon.
The ux design. It's not intuitive and requires a steep learning curve to pick up. It's definitely not for marketing automation beginners.
I used it to set up an online store for a client to sell books, courses, downloads, etc.
These guys are not at all interested in conducting business or providing a service. They just want to take your money and run. They trick you into re-occurring payments and don't advise you before running your card. Once they do, they will say it is now "too late" to cancel making it next to impossible to ever actually cancel without notifying your bank that they are no longer authorized to charge your card. They are impossible to work with because they do not care about quality of product or reputation, only in getting your money. Buyer beware!
Unethical business practices, useless product compared to competitors, lack of customer service, pricing
None, they are the problem.
I don't have any. Their support is all done through videos online. They tell you in the beginning it will only take 14 days to create your course. That is a lie! It takes you 14 days just to go through the training videos. Then, after going through all the training videos you have to make so many of your own videos to post that after a year I'm still not done trying to make this work.
They are very misleading when they sell this to you. As soon as they get your money all your support is in training videos. There's no one to help you. They say in their ads that it only takes you 14 days to create your course. That is a lie! Point it takes you more than 14 days to even get through their training videos on how to create your videos and content! There's absolutely no support other than the training videos. You were on your own! And then They want to keep on charging you annually for not even being able to use it! I was just charged $349 that I didn't know I was going to be charged because I was led to believe it was a one time fee when I signed up a year ago. Now I'm trying to get them to refund the money after zero support for a year and I'm having a lot of problems! Please do not sign up for this there are many other course building platforms out there that are much more supportive.
It's not benefitting me in Any Way. I paid over $300 to buy this believing it was a one time fee and once I got in and realize that all the training is done by video and then you have to film your own videos of which are so many as well as the continent that it's almost impossible to complete your course. And the only support is through their training videos.
I was very excited to use SAMCART, the advertising they handle and the insistence of their marketing efforts make you keep them in mind all the time. However, the reality is very different. At this point, I can't tell you more because I have not been able to resolve the problems I have encountered with the platform. The Support Team is very bad. For a premium service, they should offer chat support and not just mail support.
Definitely, the customer support is very bad, the only way you have to contact the support team is by email. It really calls to my attention that in the middle of 2021 almost 2022 they give you such poor and deficient support. The support takes a long time and sometimes they don't answer your questions. I really do not expect this from a service that is sold at a premium price. I don't understand how services that are not so critical for companies offer chat support and this one, which is critical for business doesn't have it.
I have not been able to solve them because of a very bad customer experience.
Base product capabilities .. initial support for back-end "work-arounds" to address functionality gaps. Support for small, growing, passionate company with attractive product roadmap
Support. Responsiveness. ability to accommodate organization beyond "mom and pop" with many products, reporting options, affiliate support options and payment provider options.
we got up and running and figured out initial work-arounds. unfortunately now looking at "brick walls" with respect to gaps in our needs vs product capability
The customer support! It's excellent! I especially appreciate the zoom calls I did when I first created my account.
Nothing. So far, Sam Cart has been user friendly
They are helping me with payment processing and creating sales pages.
