Swit Pricing Overview

For a special mentorship program with multiple non-profits throughout California that had to move into the virtual space, we weren't sure how we would approach communication and sharing files with participants and the planning committee. When we came across Swit, we liked how we were able to evolve beyond emailing participants and get people more engaged with the projects and have folks to utilize the platform to network with each other as well. Swit provided a unique blend of productivity and communication tools that helped us to thrive in our first virtual mentorship program. We went into this with a lot of uncertainty and we weren't sure if we would be able to foster engagement running this program virtually. We are very pleased that the platform was able to help us achieve a sense of community amongst the program participants. We feel that Swit has all the right tools from similar platforms that gave us just what we needed to succeed. Improved tools and functionality versus their competition and at a very cost-effective rate.

The initial set up was a little overwhelming but appreciated how many helpful Swit is with that. On top of including useful videos on their website/ youtube. They also host a weekly Zoom that would answer any questions.

The ability to engage and track task progress without having to send a barrage of emails to people. We wanted to be able to keep program participants engaged on upcoming meetings and ensure that they were also working on their monthly assignments. The way folks were able to move between different workflows like chat, post, tasks, without losing context was extremely helpful.

Combination of task management and chat. With Swit I no longer have to switch back and forth between Slack and Trello. The price is also very competitive: ~1/2 from the two aforementioned services.

Github permission request. I wanted to integrate Github with Swit but the permission is asking for too many rights (edit, read). I don't feel comfortable granting this permission as someone who's highly cautious about security.

I used to subscribe to Slack and Trello (or Asana) and pay for both. With Swit, I combine the two most critical features used in my daily productivity task and the price is ~50%. Swit simplifies the workflow significantly. The task management of Swit is also a full-package with all the necessary features.

One of the aspects that I liked about Swit is how it provides a tutorial that explains the features that are available, how to use them, and what value they provide. This made the onboarding process easy(even if Swit’s UI is intuitive and easy to navigate). The drag and drop feature was very effective as well because it allowed my team members and I to share files, allocate tasks, and keep everyone coordinated towards the common goal. In addition, Swit is a great tool to intuitively visualize project progression and task progression of all my team members. The project box allows me to know what task I am exactly working on, which part it is in the entire project, and also the team members who are working on tasks closely related to mine.

Honestly, I was not able to find feature that I dislike(maybe its because I haven’t used it long enough yet!). However, if I had to choose one, its the fact that Swit is amazing for collaboration, but it would be great if it has a personal workspace.

I think the greatest advantage of using Swit is that it increases the collaboration between team members, hence increasing team productivity. Swit provides chat, but it feels like if the UI of Swit is upgraded more throughout time, users won’t even need chat because everything will become intuitive.

I was looking for an app that allowed me to track and control processes within my company. We are a Construction company based in Colombia, our projects range from schools, Hospitals, roads, sports infrastructure. With SWIT we finally achieved that, giving us the flexibility to create unlimited tasks, projects, channels of communication, all related and connected; choose who is responsible for any given task, who has to be involved and who does not, check workloads, so you can reassign tasks, facilitating everybody to be more efficient. Works great and fast in both desktop and mobile; you can manage images, files of all kinds, and share them; you can pick which way you want to look at you project, timeline, calendar, bucket, etc. It is a straight forward app

It would be great, as they are doing though SWIT store, to interact with other apps, allowing you the run other apps while using SWIT

Through SWIT I am being able to keep different company departments connected, in the same page; all company processes run faster and smoother. SWIT’s standard tier includes other app’s advanced tier functionalities, so it is very cost-effective. I highly recommended Swit for any type of business

It is a bit expensive to use. In conclusion, the price is the same as Asana's first paid tier, but not only Asana, but also communication tools (slack, Monday) It can be considered relatively inexpensive because it is equipped with features of.

It is easy to check the business due to the business caIt seems you know what users value most. I think it's like not having a lot of information. The most necessary functions are highlighted, and the rest of the functions have a UI that can be used if necessary.rd.

The best thing about Swit is its intuitive Channel/Project tab dichotomy. It feels good to chat in the Channels and assign projects in the Projects tab; each tab presents its features just enough to deliver but not too much to clog. Another amazing feature is its REST API - you can easily integrate premade workflows from third-party apps or even make your own workflow.

One feature that is poorly implemented as of now is the Ideas tab - these are essentially threads (of popular messaging apps) with poor(er) navigation. Another thing that stands out that the UX for searching messages is complex and exhausting.

Swit is solving the archiving problem - where your talks need to be organized and archived for the project. It also solves the communication problem - when you need to make sure everyone is reading important announcements and you need to keep track of various communications. With Swit, I feel like the project and its team members are inside my hands and in plain eyesight.

The collaboration tools that I am currently using are Asana and Slack. Both softwares have strengths and weaknesses, but I think the most significant weakness is having to use both softwares separately. Swit seems to be the solution to this issue, which is why even if it is difficult to implement new software, it made me want to switch to Swit right away! The task management aspect of Swit is much more intuitive than Asana. Especially the feature of being able to easily drag and drop tasks from the kanban board makes project management so much easier. I always found it inefficient having to create and manage tasks on Asana, then communicate with team members about tasks in more detail(coordinate as well) on Slack. Whenever a task is created, completed, or altered by my team members or I, I would be notified on Slack, but since this is happening on two different platforms the visibility of task management is not efficient. However, Swit shows all of this information on a Kanban board, which is a much more efficient form of communication.

It would be great if a kanban board is implemented on “My Task” as well. This would help manage my personal tasks and coordinate myself throughout my workflow.

Get more efficiency for my team on using one tool instead of two or plus As the number of collaboration and productivity tools increases over time, there is a trend showing that switching between apps is actually reducing the productivity of the team. I would love to recommend Swit, which is both effective a cost-efficient, to users and teams who want to raise their productivity,

The user interface is written to match the current trend. Detailed checklist can be created for business progress and can be added/deleted as needed

Features for business management are not outstanding. The detailed category classification, management, and sharing with participants for task management are not smooth, and the progress of the work can be monitored, but the function to support feedback on the progress is insufficient.

The company recommended the use of the suite to improve the limitations of verbally reported work. As a result of using the suite, it is expected that it will be able to accurately check the status and feedback of the work progress and manage the checklist for problem resolution to increase the efficiency of the work. However, it is impossible to check the feedback results in quantitative terms, so if this part is improved further, it will be able to be used in the work.
