What do you like best about 1CRM?

An intuitive user interface, easy to create follow-up tasks

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

Not comprehensive for a point of view of budgeting, cost estimation etc. but if you are looking for sales ..this should be a go-to system

This software provides complete solution to handle all services related to business online whether it's e-commerce, marketing or customer service

What do you dislike about 1CRM?

Not really any dislike but you should make it more user friendly & more hints on icons while using them so that it becomes easier
