If you have access to Aurea you can scale the relationship to include further enterprise solutions that they have on offer.
Not super common out there tool so requires getting used to.
Standard CRM platform functionality like prospect management, documentation, customer engagement etc.
I like the fact that the company used Amazon web services behind the scenes. This really gives it a fighting chance in the broad CRM market out there.
I wish they had more variety of mobile apps offered. Sales force really knocks it out of the park on this note.
We use it to quickly access customers information and route calls efficiently. It can sort calls as they come in to the correct dept which is invaluable in keeping call times down and service levels up!

Tried the Cloud-based CRM solution in areas, supporting energy, retail and the insurance industries. It was used to manage sales, marketing, team activities, sales pipeline, KPIs and more. It ease of use was faily good as well as its featurea and functuinality. NIce mobile access option
Lack of other basic features such as email marketing, lead scoring, task management. The support at the beggining was not that good, but now a days has improved.
