I really like the campaigns as well as the automation capabilities of this mailing application. It is effective. A very important factor I would like to point out is that the user interface of this application so simple and easy to navigate things. I've found this highly effective, although not massively complicated and sophisticated. They provide you with some really good basic starters, however, you can start from the beginning as well. Layout, design works well. I additionally find Sendinblue help support reaction very suitable when it comes to response time.
The thing I dislike about this application is that sometimes I noticed that few emails landed in the spam folder of the recipient.
With the use of this mailing application, I am able to send out newsletters and other promotional emails to my existing and new customers. The pre-built templates within this application help a lot in designing a perfect and attractive mailer.

I liked the fact that I am not asked to move to Premium if I want to add multiple cohorts (which the competitor companies sometimes prompt you to move to Premium!). Also, the interface is easy to use and importing/exporting contacts is a breeze.
Sometimes a campaign is suspended if there isn't a satisfactory click rate (1/10th of total users in the cohort) within 12 hours of sending the mail. Also, only 300 users can be mailed in 24 hours.
I love the fact that it is free and adding multiple cohorts is easy. There is also an Analytics tab where I can keep track of the open/click rates, bounced emails, etc.
pricing is very simple compared with other famous concurrents. You pay for what you send, you're not limited by list and number of contacts. It's very pleasant. Lot of functionalities : email campaign, automation, landing pages, retargeting, forms, crm and everything is very easy to use. Very powerful integrations that makes easy to download your contacts from another tools :) mail support is very reactive.

The only thing I dislike is the dashboard as it can be a little tricky. However, once I got used to it and spent time just navigating around and exploring it, I don't mind it. It definitely is not a deterrent to using SendInBlue.
The biggest problem we are solving at Food Safety and Quality Consultants, LLC using SendInBlue is marketing and advertising. We are a consulting firm in the food and beverage industry, so advertising and marketing can be difficult to navigate.
