Calendly integrates with our calendars to make scheduling easy. We use it nearly daily to schedule trainings for our clients.

I wish there were better integrations with Slack and Teams. We use a 3rd party software to post in Slack when new meetings are scheduled.

We needed a way to schedule trainings for our clients easily and without contradicting other appointments. Calendly made this super simple!

Being able to send out a link to individuals requesting meetings rather than going back and forth on available time slots.

I had issues syncing it with Zoom, but that is because my organization uses more than one email address for Zoom for me and it isn't recognized on Calendly.

Lightening the email trail of trying to schedule meetings with people.

Takes the hassle and over-thinking out of scheduling--I just send the link and Calendly does the rest :)

It helps me keep track of appoinotments with time managemet and make sure there is are no overlaps.

The efficiency: it allows me to set up meetings with students in many formats. I love that it integrates with calendar and automatically populates the meeting times they choose, complete with their name. If it's a Zoom meeting, the link is included for them in their email confirmation. Love it.

Sometimes I struggle with figuring out how to set up custom availability, but that's gets easier the more I use it.

I sometimes need to schedule a lot of student meetings in a short amount of time, and Calendly completely eliminates going back and forth with them on email. It even handles cancellations and reminders.

Calendly is very easy to implement, which is helpful when working with a remote sales team. It's smooth integration with our work calendars and emails allowed for zero hiccups. There are several features that make it personal enough for each team member to use for their roles.

Nothing comes to mind- it's been a great tool for our entire team that we enjoy using.

I really like the simple interface and how easy it was to get everything up and running. I use it daily to run my tutoring program and have had no issues. It does exactly what I need it to do.

I can' t think of anything at the moment. I would like it if it could integrate more easily into google sheets, but that's pretty specific to my use. I'm not sure if that would justify making google sheet integration widely available.

I need to have multiple students make appointments daily in the same time block.

It is so easy to get things scheduled. I have multiple people reaching out each week to schedule meetings for our upcoming weeks and being able to send them a link is quick, easy, & effortless.

One thing I've noticed is there isn't a way to keep someone from keep signing up for meetings within a certain time period (we like to have product updates from sales reps every 6 months or so, but since we don't have a way to stop people from frequently signing up, I have to let them know individually that we would like to wait another 3 months or so till we see them again to give time for others to showcase their products).

It checks my own calendar and my coworker's calendars to show where the outside sales rep could create an appointment when it best suits them. The problem it solves is that it greatly reduces the time necessary to set up a meeting where all parties can attend.

It's easy to use and customizable. It doesn't take long to learn the features and setup. Once you do, you can easily customize the types of meetings, length, locations, including buffer times, when appointments can be made. Calendly saves me time and energy.

If you have links to your schedule shared publicly, such as on your website or email signature, anyone at any time can schedule a meeting. So, be aware of the accessability, and set up your settings to make sure you don't have meetings scheduled without some notice (for example, you can have the setting for scheduling a meeting no sooner than a certain number of hours or days in advance). Also, if you have Calendly synced to Outlook, make sure you block off time on Outlook (such as lunch) so appointments don't get scheduled when you don't want them.

Calendly helps save time! Without Calendly, we'd be communicating with clients by phone or email, back and forth to schedule/confirm/update meetings. Calednly does that for us. And, if the recipient needs to change/update/cancel their scheduled meeting, they can so it on their own without contacting us.

It is super user friendly, interface is user friendly. Can also set indivdual rules per meeting type

I deal with multiple clients across different timezones, being able to have one calendar anyone can book into that automatically caters to their timezone is a life saver!

In my field, in higher education, Calendly has saved me so much time, in regards to making student advisement appointments for me. Before using Calendly, the student and I were emailing back and forth, at a minimum of 5 emails, prior to being able to manually schedule the appointment and provide them with the Zoom link. Now, I do not have any back and forth emails, students schedule their appointments via the link found on their admission letter and my website. The fact that they recive reminder emails is amazing, too! I no longer need to send reminders, manually. The reminders do come from my email; however, I did not physically have to send the emails. The system is super easy to use and can constantly be updated to reflect changes instantly.

I, honestly, do not have a dislike! I have not been dissapointed.

Time and ease! Our students feel more comfortable on making their appointments when they are ready and able to view the availability. Plus, if they need to make a change, they can do so without having to reach out to me.
