I love being able to see my past payouts and correct any errors that I find in past payouts and immediately send a request instead of going back and forth with my manager.

I think the only thing that I dislike about it is that I can't see all my past payouts from the past months that I wasn't using Captivate IQ. I would love to see past payouts, and they broke down for me to find discrepancies way after the day I got payesd.

I'm solving finding exactly the structure of my payout each month. In the past I just had to trust that I was going to be payed out correctly without me being able to doublecheck on anything.

I love how easy the platform is to use to see and approve my commission checks. As soon as finance approves our commission I can see it and accept it within minutes, I don't have to wait around to know how much money I am getting.

The only thing I do not enjoy is that we are unable to see how much money we get per meeting (or deal). This would be an awesome feature to have.

We started using CapitvateIQ because our past platform was clunky and would take forever to approve our commission checks. We have been able to reduce the amount of time and effort that goes into this tenfold.

Functionality. Easy on the eyes and also easy to use.

Not much to dislike. I'd love to see crm integrations

It was user-friendly and presented everything in a very elaborative form which is easy to understand.

The efficiency and fund points are in a single chart can be separated.

Able to deliver efficiency and funding points and figure out how the calculation is made.

I do not find anything that I dislike about the Captivate IQ tool.

Manual Commissions means that there will be manual errors. That is inevitable. Captivate IQ takes the headache out of calculating commissions!

Monthly and Quarterly breakouts. Visibility is key.

Maybe it is just our organization but a tieback to Salesforce deals would be great

Having clarity to see my commission and how it is broken down. It allows me to have transparency with my managers. You can view what will be paid out and make sure that it accurately reflects what is reflected in the CRM.

Not much. It does take several steps to filter to current/monthly payouts. Making this process quicker would be helpful

I love that I can see all of my earnings in one place. It's so easy to log in and see the payout from each deal I've closed and what I've made year to date. We were using a Google spreadsheet before we had this and the ease of use is amazing.

I wish I could view a more detailed breakdown of calculations in my commission earnings- right now I can just see the final numbers.

We were using Google spreadsheets prior to getting CaptivateIQ in place. It was really tedious to have to look at multiple documents to see commissions, and there was no true approval process in place. Now reps get to have record of all the approvals and it's much easier to track everything.

I like the fact that lives no room for doubts in all the details provided,the graph is a motivation for me to push more and more every day,week or month

So far it meets all my requirements and I haven't found anything that I don't like. Maybe a mobile app could be more helpful.

I'm not solving anything but I can plan with how much bonus I'm going to get my future for example a planned purchase or a vacation etc

It's been extremely easy to use for me so far, no complaints.

CaptivateIQ makes it easier to review goals and metrics on a monthly basis. It is easy to view statements and preview what your pay out will be for the month and it is very user friendly!

I have not looked into this myself however, if the website allowed for a mobile app that would be great to be able to access my goals/incentives from wherever I would like to!

The site can be updated to look a bit more appealing and easier to use. I would also like to see a breakdown of my first pay instead of only the last pay. This will let me to know how my entire paystub is broken down.

I have resolved al the questions I typically have on my monthly paystub. I have realized the benefit of knowing how my bonus is calculated and how I can do better in my position.

It clearly shows exactly, what I'm looking for you without having to dig around for it.

The problem that my company is solving with CaptivateIQ is finding a central location where the break down of any income could be explained easily and efficiently.

I like the daily updates and is a easy way to track my incentives.

Solved the problem of tracking daily stats. Benefit woul led be to see incentives in a monthly basis.
