Able to see graphs with title progress and month over month commission progress.

I would like to see the total amount I have been paid through out the year added up similiar to Workday.

Full transparency of commission broken down load by load.

Love that I can see all my accounts and the graphs that explain where my comission is coming from.

CaptivateIQ is a great tool for me to track my individual progress as well as my direct reports. It does a great job of showing my team where they are tracking towards their goals and helps provide motiviation throughout the year.

Nothing sticks out. If I had to pick something I would be interested in having the data be more easily filtered at the user level in Dashboards.

Before CaptivateIQ, I was not as easily to have performance conversations with my reports as it relates to their goaling.

Captivate is solving the problem of ot being exactly sure where your commission dollar is on a month to month basis and relieving me of the task of manual tracking.

CaptivateIQ is a polished tool. Extremely easy to use, integrates with Salesforce wonderfully, and overall their support team is awesome whenever we need them. We use this monthly for sales commissions. The sales team loves it too, and makes things very transparent in regards to their comp. Implementation was smooth.

The learning curve is steep. New hires had a difficult time building out reports and functions, so while it's intuitive after you know how to use it, the learning curve wasn't very intuitive.

Captivate is helping streamline compensation. Previously you'd be working in excel, but this makes things so much easier. Fewer errors, more transparency, overall benefiting the compensation org drastically.

The service is perfect, nothing to dislike..!

It helps me know my incentives before hand and that way I can manage and plan my finances for the upcoming month.

The UI is user friendly, easy to view and search all of the opportunites closed won, and find comission percentage and excellerators as I do not have them memorized. Easy to create a ticker and raise a concern in captivate iq if there is anything off on the numbers

No integration with SSO that I'm aware of to keep your data secure.

No more need to manually calculate commission payout. Saves time, effort, and everything is available to search if needed.

Captivate IQ is robust and comprehensive but also easy to navigate so I can quickly get the information I need. Our entire sales team started using this about 2 months ago and it's was very easy to implement. I use it frequently send messages within the platform and check commissions real-time. Everything is very streamlined and accurate. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses.

I would like there to be an easier to find button for "creating a task".

CaptivateIQ allows me and my team members to have real-time commissions data at our finger tips. It helps me to set sales goals, stay accountable, and stay motivated. The platform saves time in retrieving the information it provides and streamlining the activities related to my sales role.

I really like the breakdown and detail of past payouts. The portal is easy to use too. I check it every week. Anytime I have a question, it's answered quickly. I'm able to use it on all devices. It always reflects the accurate information from our sales app.

I can't think of any downsides for the portal. It's been pretty user friendly and detailed.

It gives me the detailed breakdown of all commission on every account so I can keep track of everything.

What I like best about this service is that it's super convenient and easily accessible.

In my experience I have had any issues with this service.

I don't have anything I truly dislike about Captivate IQ but I do wish it would give a more detailed breakdown of the leads I closed for the month.

Ease of use to track monthly leads won and commission payout.

The dashboard to view commissions each month is very transparent. There is not question or confusion on how commissions are being calculated. In our last software we ran into many error calculations. We have not seen that with CaptivateIQ.

I wish approvals for commissions would happen at the beginning of the month when they are finalized. Currently approvals don't come until about the 7th of each month and at this point it's too late to make any changes.

CaptivateIQ gives sales reps a realtime view of their commissions and offers commissions transparency.

Captivate is very organized and easy to search accounts you are trying to track pay on.

There's very little to not like about captivate, it's easy to view, easy to see what is happening with your accounts.

I used to have to manually track all of my accounts to get paid and now captivate does that all for me.

I enjoy how often CIQ is updated, and the level of detail it goes through as well as correlating information available to back-track the transaction through our own CRMS

Some very minor discrepancies over shared customers being invoiced.

CIQ allows me to get predictions and accurate current payouts in very short amounts of time, whereas calculating by hand can take up to an hour. Usually it is very accurate on future predicitions as well.
