For me it's the customer service. There are other tools on the market which do a similar job but we're lucky to deal with a really strong Cust Success team. Alice who is our account manager has been excellent
There's nothing massive that I'd highlight - like any tech platform there's the occassional glitch but always ironed out rapidly

It has everything you need and nothing you don't. Alice and Kris have helped us dial in our marketing efforts saving us valuable time and money. It automates what you need automated and still allows for a personal touch. Between the product and the human support, it's hard to find anything better.
Nothing yet. So far it has been producing great leads that nicely supplement our manual efforts, making us much more efficient as a team.

The data from the Finnish market is not the best which is understandable since it is so small market.

It's incredibly self explanitory. You can filter as much as much or little as you like to create your lists. The ability to get accurate mobile phones numbers is a god send, and the integration with salesforce makes life easy as it reduces duplication. The email campaigns are great too.
It would be useful if there was an intuition begind your searches. i.e. you tell Cognism your role/product, and ideally the type of people you would like to speak to, AI could then create the list based on your input. This would take away the need to input filters which could actually restrict some people you want to see.

Having access to constantly updating data makes life at work easier for me, more so the Cognism Chrome Plug-in means being able to get up to date phone numbers for stale accounts, which is invaluable for my line of work.
Not a downside per say but I have found that some numbers need updating. With this said, it is quick and easy to notify Cognism about this and have any old numbers updated.
