Great interface for domains owned to easily manage them
Prices. GoDaddy is certainly more expensive than the other domain sellers. Somebody has to pay for all those advertisements.
Domain registration and managed hosting.
I have had the best customer service experiences in my professional work when on the phone with GoDaddy. They do a tremendous job.
I dislike getting marketing e-mails constantly trying to pitch me new products.
We have hosted our website and e-mail through GoDaddy since 2003, and it has allowed us to grow as we are ready for it.
Easy to navigate, reasonable cost, fast set up and process to full domain
Choices for domains are sometimes challenging, spell check would be great, not the best reviews/ site use.
Easy to create additional domains for specific groups and projects, great way to test and idea
Using GoDaddy is easy to set up and has excellent support if you need help starting your website. They have several templates to choose from or you can use your own. The editing is easy and quickly applied to your website. It is very affordable with different options to pay - monthly or annual.
I had some difficulty with the layout on images I wanted to upload. Support service assisted me.
Creating a website for fundraising has helped in creating an easy to remember website name. I also created a business website www.colttaxservice.com which has given us several new clients with a template for them to set up an appointment or send us a message directly from the website.
Honestly, they're support is beyond amazing. I haven't had to call often, but whenever I need to speak with a sales rep or tech support, not only are they more than willing to help me with my problem, they go above to make sure it's resolved. I love the convenience for having all of my clients' emails and hosting under one roof. I also rather enjoy how everything is pro-rated, so if you sign up for 3years of hosting to lock in a low price, but then after a year decide to bail, they refund you what you didn't use, pretty sweet.
I can't help but feel cheated every time "renewal" time rolls around. I know the company is more than willing to give it's new clients crazy discounts to get the im the door, but once you're in, the savings stop. They do offer bulk discounting, but it's nothing impressive and you have to lock-in for 5+ years. At the end of it all, I know the support is there for what I need, but I can't help but feel I'm being taken to the cleaners as far as hosting fees for both web and email. I know there are cheaper options out there with the same "up-time guarantee", but just don't know which direction to go to. GoDaddy CANNOT be the end all... can they?
I'm able to provide all of my clients with the proper hosting they need all under one roof. From hosting to email support, I know GoDaddy's got my back.
Each time I have called for customer service, I have gotten through fairly quickly. There has not been a problem that hasn't been resolved via a service rep. The reps are always English-speaking, which I appreciate because describing a website hosting issue or email problem can be difficult enough without a language barrier involved. 24/7 support.
Some of the issues I've experienced with older databases have been frustrating. I've had a few databases in Wordpress simply disappear/stop functioning altogether without warning, an no visible means of restoring or fixing them. I do find that while it's great GoDaddy offers new means of access through their Dashboard, it has at times changed so often you cannot easily locate what you need due to the upgrade.
The affordability of their services has made it so I can help my small clients get onto the web since the services are within their budget.
It's so easy to get the domains you need using GoDaddy. This is really the only feature I use, however.
I have used their email services as well - I find the platform is just not convenient, and have switched to using Google Apps instead.
I need to get domains for myself and for my clients. I find GoDaddy is the easiest way to accomplish this. I have not tried their hosting services, but have heard pretty good things.
I used GoDaddy for an email domain and it worked well for what it was supposed to do.
Certain times I was unable to access my emails or attachments, however this was not too common of an issue.
Client communication and law firm communication. Benefits received have been the ability to communicate as desired.
new domain purchase is much cheaper than others in the market and godaddy support response is good.
web ui is not so user friendly, they need to improve and renewal is little bit expensive than purchasing a new domain.
Godaddy is easy way to manage domains and being a Discount Domain Club has saved us money when registering and renewing our domains.
I had almost zero knowledge about domains when I brought my first domain on GoDaddy & it did not feel like a daunting task for me while configuring my DNS providers, thanks to GoDaddy's intuitive user interface. I also needed to do www redirection to apex domain which again was a simple setting. Another advantage is that you get alot of help from Stackoverflow community, there is a separate tag with more than 1000 questions tagged. I had many advanced things done with the help of stackoverflow community & it's hard to find such support for other DNS providers out there.
The pricing gets ridiculously higher after your first year. So, this was a lesson learnt for me, basically if you wish to buy a domain & you know you need it for more than a year then it's always better to go for 3-5 year subscription. Instead if you wish to prolong after 1 year, it gets way too expensive!
DNS management
It offers very competitive price in the market of hosting
I am running a little company, then your little business is not going to be at the top list of godaddy's concerns,
it saves me lots of money on our web hosting.
I have multiple domains and hosting accounts through GoDaddy. I really like how easy it is to keep up with all of them, I can view all of my domain information on one page.
Honestly, I have not found anything I dislike about GoDaddy. I have been using them for 5 years now with no complaints.

High uptime and competitive price. Easy setup and installation.
There is nothing to unlike yet I found. I only found good things about Godaddy.

Easy to use and search for available domains
Sometimes expensive just because of a factor you may not necessarily care about.

GoDaddy has awesome tech support. Have called on a few occasions and always had everything resolved.
It can be expensive. That's about the only downside.

It's quite inexpensive, although unlike most other online services GoDaddy is actually reliable, and its customer service team is always ready to help.
Nothing at the moment, it used to be the app that gave me problems but now that they've updated it, it's a lot easier to use.

Apart from hot girls in the tv adds, go daddy goes good job with site hosting. Very reliable and secure service.
Bit more expensive than other hosting sites

I used GoDaddy when I owned a business. I owned many domains and liked being able to centrally manage and update add-on services as needed. Everything I ever needed to do, I was able to do on the website. I was also happy with the reasonable cost of the domains.
Never experienced anything I can say I didn't like. It wasn't used as a transactional system so I only really needed to use the admin functions a few time a year.

The ease in using the website builder in making a website.
You are unable to implement Google tags as a nonprofit so measuring conversions as a nonprofit through ads is impossible unfortunately.
They help us as a nonprofit as they offer an integrated PayPal button which makes transactions a lot easier on the homepage.
- Easy-to-use interface - lots of tools for non-developers - competitive pricing - good customer support
many times some features don't work as expected but do start working after some downtime
I bought a domain using Godaddy some time ago and also bought web hosting for the same website.
