I love the ability to eliminate other online marketing and management software programs. We have personally eliminated 8 other software programs by implementing HighLevel for our agency. We also love the agency pricing model and the insane (good) community involvement and support by the founders and the whole team. I have used a LOT of software in my agency career, and the sheer pace of development to both improve existing features and bring more features under one software roof is like nothing I've ever experienced before from other software partners. Not. Even. Close. HighLevel has been life-changing for our agency and our customers. Keep up the great work.
Given the incredible pace of development and growth, sometimes the app is a little slow at various touchpoints. However, there are constant improvements and I can't imagine what goes into managing such incredible growth and adoption by thousands of agencies and their clients around the world.

The interface was a little janky when I first signed up, but they have improved it a lot over the recent months, and they are continuing to do so.
All in one solution that reduces technical overwhelm and expenses. It has streamlined our process, allowed us to move faster and track results more accurately.
I like that the product has many features and is priced fairly. I signed up as an affiliate, and recommended the platform to a client who trusted me and signed up as a user. That client is now very disappointed in the time and money wasted trying to make it work. After this experience, I will not feel comfortable recommending Go High Level again.
I really, really wanted to use and love Go High Level. A very bad experience is forcing our company to find something else. The promotion for the product touts easy setup, but this is not true in our case. Multiple team members, including our I.T. department attempted to integrate our email after watching the training video and following instructions. After contacting customer service through their web chat (which we learned was a team member from the sales department) we were told "well - you can just buy the "done for you" set up for $299. After 10 days of trying and back and forth messages with the support team who kept telling us "it should be fixed now", the problem still existed. Our issue was finally escalated and they offered us a Zoom meeting - but didn't have any appointments for 2 business days. Today was that day. They no-showed for the meeting.
None, because we are unable to use it. We wanted to use it for CRM, automation, pipeline and more. Unfortunately, we need to choose another product and no one at Go High Level seems to care.
The amount of functions and how they all integrate is what I like best about High Level. Having so much in one place is both a blessing and a curse! And it's about learning the features and then handing off a lot of the busy work part of it to an assistant to handle the daily management.
It doesn't always feel intuitive, with multiple lays of clicks to ultimately reach the page that has the controls for a function that seems like it needs to be more easily accessible.
Centralizing numerous functions is the greatest benefit above all else. As the software becomes more familiar, like many things in life, it becomes easier to use. I feel strongly that I need to learn the basics before I can hand those functions off to a staff member who has been thoroughly trained in using this platform to its most complete capacity.
All the features are great and simplicty of the system. There are a ton of stuff but they do make it simple to learn and execute with their support.
There are some fees coming, that was a little bit of surprise when I actually started to run cmapaigns. I knew there would be fees but they can add up. Nothing to crazy but just be careful.
They are combining more than 12 different tools and software programs into one and giving us the ability to build a business and help other busisnesses.

But that's a small price to pay for the innovation they are bringing to the industry.
The problems I'm solving are: 1. Being able to integrate a variety of marketing functions without paying for or integrating a variety of marketing tools, 2. Offering services to customers at scalability and price points that previously would have been impossible, 3. Saving a lot of time and money on separate tools and headcount I would normally need to accomplish points 1 and 2 above.
