It's a combination of a roboust CRM, email marketing + task automation system, basically it's a marketer 's dream tool. I also like the fact they have 24/7 support, shout out to Alexis Villa, she's one of an amazing support.
It looks intimating to get started, but we'll get better clarity as we explore more.
CRM Pipeline + Email + Automation + Live Chat Widget + Chatbot AI + Website Forms... these are the essential tools to have in order to run any marketing campaign.

Everything is in one place so you can run your business and more importantly quickly scale your business using all the systems, tools and resources all in one place with one login. Which happens to hold true from the agency down to the business owner. All while being affordable and versatile.
Still a lot of things in development and it is going to be constantly improving and growing in a number of ways including more micro settings for users and agencies to dial things in. Right now it gets the job done but in the future I think it will be a leader in its class and has the potential to out perform all the major competitors for a significantly lower cost.
If you sell websites, or software... or if you sell SEO or any other marketing services... this helps platform and facilitate that in all the ways you could imagine.
I was stuck on something for like a week and a half and I probably called 6 times. Trae was the one I spoke to the most and he was super helpful and really kind. We finally figured out my problem today and it was the best!
Its a bit glitchy when I use funnel builder. It cuts off in weird places so I cant delete some sections

It's a robust and growing platform that allows agencies to provide great marketing and SaaS to their clients.
With it being relatively new, there are some kinks that are still being worked out... however there's a great community that helps troubleshoot and get the devs to work on things to make it continue to become a better platform.

High Level has an agency plan that allows franchisors to push the CRM down to it franchisees. This gives our franchisees the ability to log in and run their own pipelines.
The dashboard could be more robust for the agency view.
High Level solves our franchisee problem of lead generation and follow-up. The benefits to corporate are many: we can track lead generation, we can work with the franchisee to track leads from lead generated all the way through to the sale of a program.
You can use GHL for everything! Love that I'm able to automate prospecting & track pipeline, send emails marketing.c txt marketing & it reduces so so so so so much in other costs for softwares!!! I love it & highly recommend. Also you can white label it as your own CRM & sell saas to any business who has customers
No dislikes - doesn't have an amazing e-commerce feature but I wasn't using it for that so not a problem - can do a simple funnel still! (Feautures may have improved not using it for e-comm)

LOVED certain customer service individuals like Javier!!! He does a great job listening to clients' needs and following up with them. Other individuals on the team took a while to get back to our company to fix small problems. The platform of Highlevel itself has many features that others do not and it fits nicely for our online business.
We had a continual calendar syncing issue for months that just recently got sorted out. Turns out it was a simple fix, but the communication with customer service took a while to get the fix completed. Nothing we could have done on our end, the fix was highlevel's software end. When we finally worked with Javier from customer service he was FANTASTIC, and he deserves a 10/10 review for being amazingly helpful.

It's very functional. It has access to allow you to build your website and funnels along with a digital marketing strategy including email, messaging, and reviews. So it's a great all-in-one. Also, it is a decent CRM which allows you to track and collect contact information, activity, purchase statistics and more of your client/customer list. And it's actively being developed so more features are released continuously.
The user face is very friendly, but a bit cumbersome. I would have liked the ability to customize it better. Plus, it does not have deep user analytics, which would be nice. I still have to rely on Google analytics to tell me who has been to my site and funnels.

Adding a dynamic field to a user profile isn't possible. For example, if you have an office of 3 people and each of them has a different license number, you can't add a field to their profile to identify Workflows and Campaigns require triggers and setting up a cohesive campaign with multiple scenarios can get quite cumbersome. There are many steps involved in updating and deploying to sub-accounts, so you have to be extremely diligent in completing every step to ensure you don't miss anything. Speed to update workflows and emails can lag behind a bit
We've had to use multiple platforms for lead gen process, High Level is an all-in-one tool for the complete sales cycle: creating funnels, automatically contacting leads, tracking pipeline movement, setting appointments and tracking results.
I like that there are intergrations for Meta ads and Google ads that work seamlessly.
I think that the autiomation flows still need some work.
HighLevel ensrue that we are able to more accurately track ROI and conversion data for clinets running ads.
A Great foundation to build on top of with a functional CRM, Website designer, funnel builder, pipeline creator, and client conversations flow. Founded, built, run, and maintained by a small group of motivated entrepreneurs, they are still closer to the beginning than what I would consider v 1.0. It's a sturdy, well build frame of a house, and you're given all the materials you need to build your dream home. But there's no inventory list or directions other than update videos and testimonials on their YouTube account. Don't go in to this without at least basic web-based coding knowledge, and prior CRM and client campaigns creation. Only a few natively integrated External services, but connects well through Zapier.
After being frustrated with the lack of documentation, and being told, "You can make it do that." I realized what I was being guided toward the "Triggers" tab. This tab specifically is where the lack of documentation and truly good, but difficult to grab for an extended period of time. Having an involved account manager for the first few weeks would have been nice. I'd used Hubspot CRM and Agencybloc before, so I was familiar with how aCRM and automated messages campaigns SHOULD work, I was able to use triggers and tags to build it in to what ours is today. There are no notification of system
