Are You looking for domains name registration? and web hosting as well? your search is over!!! 1&1 are the solution for your answers, Cheap domain name from $00-0.99 and one-month free hosting on trial!! quick customer service.
At first, I didn't understand the billing system, but when I was notified that my domain was registered successfully, maybe they should improve on billing system, where you get service pay as you go.
Business solving, i always look for cheap domain names and cheap hosting, now i was able to save a lot on my service with 1&1
Ease of setup, and full environment customization. With 1 & 1 you will get a virtual machine that allows you full control of all environmental variables, which I have yet to find a competitor who does this.
Pricing is only competitive up front, down the road it goes up, but not majorly.

IONOS has worked well for getting good page load speeds and a full range of control over our hosting account settings. We can manage email accounts, FTP accounts and most of our DNS settings with the IONOS account management page. When there are confusing settings that need to be made, IONOS is typically easy to get in touch with to help us with those.
IONOS hasn't had too many negatives, considering the price. It's likely not the fastest in terms of server speed, but we do get a good value of all expected features for the price.
We have gotten outstanding uptime and customer support from IONOS. They have support staff that can be reached whenever I call them. Even the initial support team is very knowledgeable. I usually don't have to be transferred to advanced support to get the assistance I need. The pricing was also very beneficial for us.
If you've been trying to build a website for your small and medium business, then help is at hand. 1&1 IONOS gives you all the tools you’ll need to create a brilliant, simple and best web site. I like all the features from email domain to listing.
IONOS is taking time to load listing features which is ok and day by day they are improving but all other features are really good
Managing small and medium website management was easy and best for me. I have managed to solve listing features where in other providers everything is separate. In this everything is in central place so you can do everything with your websites
Free privacy protection was offered to me when i bought/registered a domain, and the domain name was still very cheap.
When i had some issues with my domain forwarding and integration with a different hosting service, i contacted support via email, and they were truly eager to help and asked me to call their phone number for easy resolution. However, the one i spoke with online sees not to be a native English speaker, and i ended up wasting more than 10 minutes of international call credits and achieved nothing.
i have been offered a cheaper way of registering new domain names, whilst getting privacy protection on top at no extra cost.
Setting up email on accounts like Outlook is fast and the support provided by 1 & 1 support services is effective. if there is a problem with spam and email errors, the support is very responsive. The accounts can be easily configured from the online console (setting the antispam and the built-in antivirus).
We would like a finer management of the antivirus and anti-spam filters. Filter rules are sometimes too strict and you may lose emails with too restrictive security policies.
The package for imap messaging is very affordable and the allocated storage space is more than enough. Thanks to this service we can avoid investing in an on-site hosted messenger that would have been too expensive.
IONOS is very simple to use. This is important because we have many people in our office who are not computer savvy and this works out great.
There are no free accounts or free trials to first try out when seeing if it works for our company office.
We love the built-in photo editor and image library.
Very easy to get started. Support has been adequate when needed. Prices have remained very competitive even after several years.
Occassional unexplained interuption of service.
Hosting websites for our company. Very esy to maintain multiple sites.
Easy to use and they work with you if you have any issues.
Between all the changes they went through as 1and1, they had different emails on file and I never received notification of changes in service and billing. But they were very reasonable about the situation and a solution for it.
Basic web hosting services.
The ease of use with the platform. I like that I can still use Outlook for my email but can access 1&1 from anywhere if I need to.
The set up I have for my email in 1&1 and Outlook do not talk. So folders I have in one are not the same in the other.
When something cannot be located on Outlook, usually you can go to 1&1 and find it there.
I like that 1&1 is easy to sign up for and use. We were able to sign up and set up a some starter web pages within an hour or so. They offer many common web services like domain registration, web hosting and email accounts. They provide many supplementary features like databases, DNS management, subdomains and file management. The design of the 1&1 account interface is neat and organized. They don't upsell too much, which is something I've seen other web hosts do. The pricing is typically well within the limits of our business expenses.
I think the performance of some of our 1&1 pages can be slow at times. The cause of the slower performance is sometimes hard to pinpoint and the 1&1 support team is often unable to help us with this matter. We also had some issues with malware for specific websites that 1&1 couldn't help us much with. They pointed out some possible causes, but couldn't look more directly into it.
1&1 has been a solid web hosting platform overall. They have allowed us to host many valuable web resources that we use frequently for business, sales and marketing research. We can post information about our company along with submit forms that visitors can use to sign up for various digital media we offer. The uptime has been very good with 1&1, which is important so that our online resources and assets can be constantly accessible.
I like that 1&1 is has been a solid web hosting provider that we have been able to use for hosting business websites and landing pages. The uptime has generally been very good and their customer support has done a good job at responding to issues we have. I also like that we have access to many different types of web services, like email hosting and domain registration, that often have discounts or coupon codes that make the prices very low. The user account interface has a very simple layout and design with tools that are straightforward to use.
I don't think 1&1 has much to dislike overall, but their page loading speeds are typically slower than some other websites I've seen with similar web page structures. I think 1&1 can do a better job at increasing the efficiency of their shared hosting plans. When we talk to customer support about this particular issue, they often don't have many low cost solutions to offer.
The websites and landing pages we've hosted with 1&1 have been a great informational tool for customers and leads. We haven't had heard of many online visitors having trouble loading pages, so 1&1 uptime and reliability have been good for our online business and marketing effort. The cost for most of 1&1's services have been very good, so they have really helped to minimize our expenses while giving us significant value.
The best facility is that of ‘Auto-renew’, it helps in saving time. Moreover they have managed to provide nearly all services within just few clicks. Their easy setup is just amazing to choose.
As the cPanel is missing there are certain complications that arises but they were all solved with their customer support.
Always facing issue with SSL installation but they fixed it quick
You can easily setup everything with just few clicks.
Classic cpanel missing. So i find it little bit bit complicated to use
Auto-Renewal they offer very cheap price for first time usage of any product but after that even SSL service look way to costly
I love how affordable and easy it is to buy a domain.
They call you and harass you to buy other products and you try to tell them no but some how they almost force you to sign up and cancel on your own time.
Buying a domain and having them as a registrar
I'v been using their services for a little over a year. The initial setup was simple and included very enticing discounts on domain registration.
While the initial registration was great with very deep discounted services, the renewal at registration wasn't that great with higher than expected costs.
domain registration and webhosting
I really like customer support even so I haven't call in a while the times I got to call they really take care of the issues
The interface, they have improved through the years but still fill like old
I only use them as my second place for registering domains
I like that I was able to purchase a domain for my design portfolio site (being reworked) at a reasonable price, along with knowing what I was actually purchasing (privacy, iccan fee, etc). The auto-renew feature has saved me tons.
I hate that I am sent an invoice with a certain date via email to find out it is more of a "ballpark" date to be charged. I am used to either being charged automatically or if there is an issue having my real bill date and paying instantly by card, PayPal, etc. The whole billing part is a downside.
I am able to purchase a domain to help with my design site for my clients and personal projects. You have to have your presence online to reach more clients and other amazing people to work with beyond your location.
The new interface goes a long way towards making everything easy to understand and do. The visual style is modern and steps are taken to help novice users: obscure fields are explained, features are clear. On the technical side, the core features work really well: hosting is quick and reliable, response times and availability are good.
There are a lot of ads and call-to-action items on each screen. So much so that it sometimes requires the user to hunt for a particular option or link. The domain management interface is a little better, but there you are subjected to 1&1's proprietary terminology (what a domain is, what a DNS record is etc.)
I am hosting a personal blog and have been able to gain excellent availability and generally a carefree experience.
The pricing is very competitive to start, and I've never had any outages with 1&1 service. (Knock on wood.) I use it for several of my personal and side project websites, and it does the job for now. Thankfully, I haven't really had a need to get in contact with their customer service team too often. (Even though it has gotten better.) Most of my sites are WordPress based, and 1&1 also does a great job keeping up with the update requirements, etc.
The pricing is good to start, but every now and then I see the occasional charge for something I didn't know about. (1&1 seems to be an expert in hidden charges!) They're not much, but they might add up for first-time website owners. The web interface is a bit clunky too, but it gets the job done. Finally, the customer service isn't great, but it has definitely gotten a bit better over the last several years.
