The platform is feature-rich. You can tell that the clients have been heard and that specific solutions have been implemented to resolve bespoke integrations and then rolled out to everyone.

Sometimes it is difficult to find the specific switches to turn on or off certain functionality. Although the knowledgebase is comprehensive, it doesn't go down to field-level help at times.

Provision of an adaptable solution that can be adjusted for our niche market. We are able to solve our client's problems with this platform.

Their immediately available, very helpful, patient and friendly customer support in their live chat system. That so many things are customizable.

Some settings are not intuitive to find and at first, the platform was a little confusing and overwhelming.

We needed a software to track our affiliate sales. In addition to that, Post Affiliate Pro also allows for automated emails to be sent out, and many other things that make life as an affiliate manager much easier. It's also great for affiliates, as they get their own login & dashboard for maximum transparency.

It was quite simple to get the page set up and to add assets for affiliates to use. The team was also very responsive to questions and was happy to extend the free trial a bit longer while we got familiar with the software.

Nothing that we dislike about the software at this stage.

Simple to use affiliate program that will meet our short-term needs as we start up the program and has enough power should the program grow to be quite large.

Outstanding customer support - available 24/7 by chat. They've also done an incredible job handling the setup of our affiliate program by email.

The system is complicated - but that's a good thing, because it can do pretty much anything you want it to do. But it's easier sometime to let them set it up for you instead of trying to figure it out on your own (at least for slow people like me!)

Affordable multi-level / tier compensation plan software to reward affiliates with residual income for the lifetime of their referrals.

Pros: Easy to use Customer service is amazing very nice desktop customizable to meet the needs of your business I can email affiliates straight from the program

Cons: I wish the 97.00 program comes with an option to pay affiliates from the software I wish the software would alert you when its time to gift affiliates with products and not cash value

Reasons for Choosing Post Affiliate Pro: Simple to use Alot of options for your money

Post Affiliate Pro is very intuitive, I've been using it for two months and the customer support is the best I've experienced for any software till thus far. There are many features available in the program which makes it future proof and very reliable, and it also supports features that allow great diversity and customization to create and grow your own unique affiliate campaigns.

The only thing I'm not happy about is the inability to communicate the same person that helps you with the program initially, though most of the support staff will be able to help you as they can view your program in real time and also update some features for you online in realtime as well.

No problems thus far as the support is very good, also the integration process is seamless and you recieve good support from the customer care team which is available 24hours. There many compatible APIs that allow you to tailor your business to exactly support your affiates needs and the user interface is simple and easily understandable with the provided video tutorials, both for the merchant and affiliates.

While setting everything up the help I received was amazing. It was fast and accurate! That helped me to set it up quickly. It is fairly easy to understand the software (for a newby) and with there help I was able to set it up without trouble! They also helped me connect it to my Clickfunnel site.

what I liked most about Post Affiliate Pro was the way in which I used it to avoid any misunderstanding between affiliates, where affiliates can only see a banner with their respective commissioning, based on a campaign that includes groups of commissioning. The Post Affiliate Pro administrative panel has a simple way to see who is with us, facilitating communication between the merchant and the affiliate, being able to extend the commissioning to the affiliate if there is a great progress with the promotion of our products. Complex dashboard for simple integration, translation that is not complete in Portuguese, the fact that I have a totally different time zone with that of the support. I would think it would be great if the Post Affiliate Pro documentation was updated, as there are things that no longer exist in it. Making integration difficult, not because of a lack of information but because it is difficult to find or read it. Please fix it :)

Super easy to setup. Very well structured. Great Dashboard with perfect overview for all the vendors.

Unfortunately it's not open source and self hosting is only available through very high costs.

It solves our entire Affiliate process for the business. Many vendors participate in the program. Also we have introduced this software with many of our clients due to reliability and ease of use.

Very useful piece of software. lots of customisations and quick customer support when needed. Highly recommended.

I cannot think of anything I dislike currently.

Automated marketing. Referrers are bringing in income on auto pilot. Very minimal maintenance.

The 24/7 customer service who helps me with all of my needs

The interface is a bit overwhelming. There are a lot of features (which is a good thing) but I'm not tech savvy enough to understand how to implement them. Thank goodness for their support!

This is a great simple affiliate software. Not super difficult to set up. The support team was amazing and knowledge base is very helpful. We were up and running quickly.

Pricing is a little on a higher side for starters. Especially for startups and SMB. But at times it also feels worth it.
