"The most modern, light and easy to use live chat"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

JivoChat has been the best live chat we have been able to implement. Previously we used another one and when we changed to JivoChat we saw the improvements. Its design is modern, beautiful and striking. You can customize it and adapt it to the appearance of your website. It is very easy to install and put it to work on your page. And obviously it fulfills the main requirement of chatting with your visitors and very possible clients in real time when visiting your website or web business.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

We really do not have anything negative to say about JivoChat, it has worked very well for us, we can only mention that since it has been on the market for a short time, it does not have as many integrations with third parties, but we hope that they will be added over time.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

JivoChat has offered us great benefits, has translation in 20 languages, you can use it on different platforms such as Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. You can also integrate it with Facebook and Messenger and receive the messages in one place (the JivoChat platform), in addition to having the basic integrations such as Wordpress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal and others, something that has been very useful for us. It also has an excellent feature since it has a code that shows what the client is writing before sending it, something that does not make it much easier to respond quickly.

"JivoChat the best live chat for small businesses"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

I love JivoChat because if you are not an expert in live chat this tool is very easy to use. Everything is simple, from the installation, to the implementation to the web page where you are going to use it. We can offer our clients support on our website 24 hours a day if we wish. The automated chat can be used in case some agent is available, which allows to have the reception of the visitor.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

The only thing that can displease us about this tool, which is that if a visitor cancels the chat by not being served on time, the system fails and can cancel other requests, which affects us by not receiving notifications of messages from new visitors . If the support of JivoChat manages to solve this problem in your system, without a doubt it would be the best live chat of all.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have benefited from this program from its free plan that allows us to use 5 agents to serve customers, also when implementing it from a desktop program or an application in the mobile, which allows us to maintain a 24/7 support on our website. , something that helps us keep our visitors happy.

It’s a great way to communicate professionally with website users. Also a great way to get information from your users, like city they are from and emails.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Mostly everything is good, Except they sometimes do not provide correct information about your daily performance with chat

Great way to provide customer service, especially to people who doesn’t like to speak on the phone

I particularly like it very much because it is very professional software that allows you to communicate with all clients and colleagues and can integrate with social networks, email platforms, among others, very efficiently and with incredible quality.

"An alternative to create an effective communication bridge with customers"
What do you like best about JivoChat?

It is a very easy platform both to install and to handle and use, which allows me to interact in real time with customers and I can close sales much faster. It has an amazing design quite adaptable, being able to be compatible with mobile devices and It works with many operating systems, browsers and if desired through a mobile application. It allows me to enhance marketing actions, through timely calls to action and proactive messages.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Since I have used it I have no complaints about the service. It is truly excellent and with a very satisfactory voice and video quality.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a tool that helps me communicate very fluidly with customers through different platforms such as email and social networks. It also allows me to monitor communications in the sales area because I can monitor the quality of service, through conversations between other vendors in my charge and the clients that are supporting it. It is also an efficient and safe way to disseminate information to promote the products or services offered by the company.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

It has integrated in one place all the functions that I need to achieve better communication with my clients since through the same platform I have access to my telegram channel and Facebook Messenger, which are the main tools that I used to communicate with my clients, it also allows me to integrate seamlessly into my website so that my clients can send me their messages from my website in a much faster and easier way, its installation and configuration is quite simple to do, not at all cumbersome compared to other online chat apps.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Really, in my opinion it is a fairly simple but powerful tool that really does what it offers without major setbacks, except perhaps that the settings are not as customizable as in other applications.

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has been very useful for me to communicate in a simpler way with my clients by allowing me to incorporate in my own website all the tools I need to achieve this goal, especially its live chat which is very useful to the time to resolve any complaint or requirement that my clients have about my products or services.

Cool team and perfect service. It was a great experience to use Jivo on our website - the service works flawlessly, and customers are happy that they receive answers in seconds.

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

A few years ago we lacked the ability to customize the chat, but now this option is available!

What problems is JivoChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Voximplant used Jivo in the first line of support for effective communication with customers who are looking for assistance or have finance-related questions. In both cases, Jivo helped to quickly resolve the client's issue in a convenient way.

What do you like best about JivoChat?

User interface is nice, call back functionality would be nice if it would work

What do you dislike about JivoChat?

Useless software - offers a call back functionality but the field the client can use to enter his phone number is in lots of countries to short. Client will not get an error message but connection fails. - customer service is promising a lot but never finally solving any problem or even replying to tickets. It is a black box. - chats should be delivered by email as important informations about the chat (like the URL the client visited or the source of the client) is not included in the chat archive. In 40% of the cases the emails are not sent by the Jivochat system. - If one is signed in on two devices, like desktop and mobile, and you sign out the status is changing on both devices, showing you are offline. As it should be. But still clients see you online and message are delivered. Status is automatically switchin back to online. - If you are signed in on a mobile device and one tries to accept an incoming chat, it often takes 2-3 minutes until one can answer the clients request. With this time delay a client is often gone from the chat.

initially it was a easy to use chat software, with more and new functionalities more and more bugs came up. and they have been never sorted even if they have been reported several times over a longer period of time

JivoChat is a great communication suite for your business. I use it mainly for chat and callbacks and it definitely deserves 5 10 points, I also like their option which allow us to read what user is typing. its great.
