Unlimited options, for example, ability to build different paths for each client according to our needs, from simple leads and a slack notification to make a follow-up call, to a stripe integration to make an end-to-end hustle-free transaction. I haven't needed it so far, but the ability to access google sheets I believe it is great as well to have the information organized.

Besides the drag & drop platform, it could include a table with all the interactions and messages one on top of the other to be able to see all of the different paths (for example: path 1, path 2, path 3). Overall, with today's builder you can see each step perfectly as well (but you have to click each message).

I am able to get information from customers and derive them to the right person in my team without having to have a human interact with them.

Landbot has an easy to use user interface that allows users to easily create a bot with no prior coding knowledge. Even with coding knowledge, this will only boost your experience as Landbot provides many features that allows users to further enhance the user experience with features such as Conditions and Webhook integration. Landbot also has a great customer support team and system. They have replied to my concerns on a timely manner and with satisfying answers.

Needs a way for users to be able to control the arrows (routing system) or a neater change to the current routing system. On more complex bots, it's not a nice sight to see the arrows get jumbled up once the flow of the bot starts to get more complex.

The need to have a chatbot to recruit users in our business. Having a chatbot allows us to filter perfect candidates and save them conveniently to a google spreadsheet for further recruitment.

Very intuitive options to program the conversation flow bot. Software has plenty of options such as conditions, allowing to create a bot that perfectly fits the need of our team. Also when I encountered a problem, the customer support team was very quick to respond. Overall, I've got only good things to say about Landbot.

Not much, but if I had to nitpick, the customization/design options are somewhat lacking. More precisely the font options. But to be honest, I had to look very hard to find any kind of faults with Landbot's offerings.

Our website is in need of a small tool that will help visitors by answering their FAQ and guide them onto the correct section of our website. At this moment in time, Landbot fits our needs down to the tee.

The bot builder was really amazing, it was easy to handle from non-technical stakeholders in our company. Their integrations with slack, and via webhooks helped us have real-time visibility to our customer's behavior. The bots have sophisticated functions and data processing blocks to validate the user input before sending it out to the server. With that, we were able to control the user input and journey where the user can inquire about his order and confirm certain feedback.

The webhooks, channel logs are hard to find. It automatically creates a new bot every time I accidentally click on the bot button. I can not turn off notifications for some time, and it always set my status to online. I can't control the roles of the team members. Sometimes the API response is not very descriptive. I can not see a list of the most used HSM template messages. I can not see the status of WhatsApp messages ( typing, message delivered, message read ) in WhatsApp conversations.

Customers reachability to customer service, and opening a live communication with them. We've also automated some of the small inquiries to be handled via the Whatsapp bot.

Dilyara is the best supporter. She helps me with every problem and find a solution !! Best Bot builder ever, its easy and you need no / less knowing about programming. If you don't know further, you can ask the support (also in the trial!!!!) and they helped you in a few hours with every complex problem! Ive build an really complex bot in 3 days... with google sheet exchange.. really nice

google sheets is only included in PROFESSIONAL version, and that costs 100 € each month.

I needed an bot which request information in a google sheet document. The bot checked the stock and changed it if a customer buy a product... has some problems with that, but support helps me directly!!

I think subscription plans can be more flexible with Seats because of the price for each more seat.

I only have one dislike - I would like WhatsApp notifications added to the bot flow. We have moved away from Slack and would like the same functionality for WhatsApp.

Landbot is making form entry and lead generation more conversional and interactive for my visitors. It makes data collection more fun, gives it more personality and should hopefully boost conversions

I really like the UI of Landbot. It's really easy to understand, and easy to implement. I especially like the bot builder :)

One tiny thing, now when a new chat is started, the e-mail I receive doesn't have a direct link to that specific chat.

I'm solving a huge problem. Normally with our chat on our website, a lot of students would ask questions. Now I have the landbot who directs them a more valuable blog for them, and no time wasted for me :)

When I was doing research for the chatbot, I was looking for something which is within my budget and provides functionality where we can put logic with each statement. We don't want to have a chatbot which can't use logic. The tool has been really helpful to provide the targeted message on each of our pages. It is a bit difficult to design the logic at first but I believe this will be the case of any such tool. The platform can be made more easy for the first time users. It was very difficult to understand at the beginning.

We wanted to interact with those users who are clueless about us or don't have enough time to fill the form. The tool was typically used to generate lead while educating the user about the product.

I would love to have more options, I sure they are working on it. For example an app to check our message through our phones, instead of doing it on our PCs.

We can't integrate pre-built landbots into facebook messenger, they have to be rebuilt.

Lanbot is one of the best bots I've ever seen. You don't have to take a long time to do it and it helped me a lot. With it replaces a questionnaire of forms and applied by Landbot. It was amazing the result.

Limiting the free version to 30 interactions makes the expected work a little less satisfactory

It is really easy to use , you don't need to watch hundreds of tutorials in order to know how to use it. Also, it is pretty great that you can personalize your chatbot. I also like that you can add it to your webpage, or design one for facebook and whastapp

I tried to design a chatbot for messenger and it has less attributes than a normal chatbot, also, you can't watch a preview. Even though I like that you can use it for several platforms, i dont like that you have to design it specifically for that platform, for example: if i have a chatbot that i already like but i want to move it to facebook, i have to redesign it completly i order to have it. Also, i dont like that you can´t put voicenotes or gifs, the only way to put that type of media is from a link via youtube

It is a great way to take the "quizz" trend to another level. I love the diversity of the platform, since it depends mainly in how you use it, you can make either a chatbot for your company or even a conversational game.

The interface of Landbot is quite intuitive and it has very low learning curve. One can create her or his own chatbot after 30 minutes introduction or without any training. Of course there could always be more features in every cloud service but Landbot offers rich variety of interaction and dialog flow with user. Online support is quick and great.

I cannot mention any disliking. After creating several (dozens) bots in Landbot, one needs some scalability like organizing bots, chatlogs, user privilegies and so. Landbot improves continuously with these topic.

i have a large project with distance learning students. We are experimenting possibilities to transfer human guidance and education from routine questions of students to chatbots to free valuable time of the workers to more personalized guidance and teaching. The project covers numerous pilots, like guidance for new students what is distance learning, practising studying skills with chatbots, how student can design their own chatbots. Both workers and students like bots very much and response from students have been very couraging to continue pilots.

It is super easy to build the chat flows and to use the integrations

Because I use the Google Sheet integration I have to subscribe to a Pro Plan, which it is very expensive to me.
