The interface is very simple and easy to use, it's fast to get info and put it into your CRM or outbound platform. It's easy when you use it daily, seamless integration into whatever workflow you were previously doing. Solid customer support, they were helpful when needed.
Mobile number inaccuracies are slightly higher than with other platforms that cost more

Both the single click capture button and 'capture all' feature alone gave me back a lot of time in my day. The scribe tool was also a game changer in helping me to generate hyper personalised messaging to each individual prospect on LinkedIn. Absolutely love how LeadIQ has benefitted my day to day as a sales rep!
It would be amazing if once you requested a phone number that it be added automatically to our CRM once found.

LeadIQ has very accirate data when it comes to phone numbers and work emails. They also make getting your leads into your CRM and outreach tool incredibly easy and efficient.

LeadIQ gets prospects out of Sales Nav and into both Outreach and Salesforce. It also provides us with emails and phone numbers to contact these prospects.
I like how its easy to move around and navigate as well as goes right out into sequences.
Sometimes it freezes up or does not immediately send prospects to messaging.

Accurate mobile phones and business email addresses

The best part about LeadIQ is how quickly you are able to get numbers and emails.

The only dislike with LeadIQ is sometimes you get the wrong person or a family member that's an extension to your prospect, besides that it would be a 10/10

LeadIQ makes it incredibly easy to go from looking at leads on LinkedIn or any other site to putting them into my CRM and my Dialer for immediate outreach.
Occasional glitches and issues with the Chrome Extension but nothing that slows me down for more than a few minutes.

Sometimes the chrome extension does not extract data from LinkedIn wanting us to uninstall and reisntall the extension.

Love that I typically get more accurate phone numbers and emails than ZoomInfo
What I dont like is that when a person doesnt have a mobile number. It allows you to click on the number but then says no number available and uses a credit. Also - when there are multiple numbers it had you try to copy both instead of copying one at a time.

We tested this against other email validation tools and it was the best we could find. Sales Nav / Chrome extension works great.
I don't really use the outreach side of the tool so cannot comment on that.
Building our database.
We evaluated multiple tools to find a solid prospecting tool, and LeadIQ was our top choice. Their sales team was a joy to work with - they were so attentive to our needs, helped manage a proof of concept to prove out the value, helping us derisk the tool, and our implementation and CSM team (Tris) have also been wonderful, helpful, and responsive. Our sales team works primarily in Sales Nav, so having a strong extension and visibility into Salesforce records was HUGE. The extension works great, is not buggy at all, and streamlines our reps workfow. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach is reliable - which is not something we found with other tools. Our team has started using Scribe as well, their AI email writing tool, which has been a positive experience. Their Track tool to monitor job changes is awesome as well. I really like the direction LeadIQ is headed!
We've found that sometimes mobile numbers can be hit or miss, but overall, the data quality is good.
LeadIQ is helping us identify contacts in our ICP and easily reach out to them.
