Livestorm is an excellent medium for video conferencing, webinars, and live chats, among other things. I enjoy how basic the UI is and how user-friendly the functionality are. This makes it incredibly simple to hold a meeting. I can now attend any of my conferences from the comfort of my own home. It has enhanced my overall quality of life.

There is nothing I detest about it. Because it had amazing outcomes for me. They do services in accordance with their word.

Livestorm has simplified my communication. Whereas I had to spend a lot of time and money to attend a live meeting, I can now join in a meeting or conference from home at any time and describe my product in detail to the customer. As a result, my work became easier and more profitable. It provides me with outstanding video and audio quality, which is really beneficial.

I am using Livestorm since two years now, and I can honestly state that I recommend it. Among the platforms I have tried (such as Zoom, Teams, Webex ...), Livestorm is the most user friendly. The tool manages our numerous events and vast user base flawlessly. Our webinars are of the highest caliber because to the simplicity of team management in the back office and the addition of media (with YouTube integration). You can pick whether and how much you want to communicate with the audience, conduct polls, and answer questions.

Unfortunelly, it's not good to do just webinar, not some mail for the users or something like that. If there is a way to have a channel to it can be good with some playlist like youtube for example

Je trouve la plateforme peut-être un peu veillissante, elle mériterait d'avoir des outils plus digital, intégrer éventuellement chat gtp ou de l'ia pour rendre l'expérience meilleure

Rassembler à un même moment plusieurs personnes sans avoir de difficultés de connexion ou de partager l'évènement. Les personnes peuvent intéragir, poser des questions, etc..

Easy to manage webinar landing and registration pages.

Each time that I have used Livestorm, I have always been happy at how user-friendly the platform is. In addition, it rarely has bugs and is simple to use. I would recommend any one who is hosting webinars to try Livestorm and can affirm those attending and hosting will be pleased with the outcome.

There was not much that I did not like about Livestorm. I would say the only negative is brand recognition since less people know about it, at times our customers would be like huh, why not Zoom..other than that...great!

Livestorm is allowing us to host simple webinars with our customers and potential customers. The settings allow for different teams in our company to be positively impacted.

The set up is clear - it is fairly logical to navigate the different steps when setting up a webinar. I like how much data you can get post webinar, such as how long someone viewed for, where they viewed from etc. Easy to download recording afterwards. The chat function separated between admin and guests is good. I like how you can choose to have complete control, and attendees just listening. I have used previous platforms where people can just jump in and interrupt.

I have previously struggled to add new guest speakers - the steps were a litte fiddly to find, but I did get there in the end. I wish you could re-use elements - so when setting up registration page - if you could copy the logo / background from another event set up that would be easier. It is sometimes a little glitchy when re-sending speaker links,

A safe and secure way to host webinars. Allows for us to host calls with ~200 users, in a way where we can manage questions easily, chat in the background as administrators, do polls, gather data to send our attendees follow up emails / CPD.

1. Dashboard - easy to make a registration page and manage the event list - can get an Excel file for registrants and questions, chat. This is very helpful to make a report for our client. 2. Giving a divided section for chat and questions - Many webinar platforms that can use in South Korea give only a chat view, so registrants have to write their questions in the chat space. This will make a problem hard to find the questions list from registrants. - However, Livestorm is providing a different section between chat and questions so that questions will be uploaded in the question section. Registrants and guest speakers can be focused only on the question view. Also, I can easily manage the question list. 3. Sharing video file - In Livestorm, user can share their video via Youtube link or upload their video file. - I usually stream via the Youtube link, but sometimes there is an error on Youtube. - At this time, I upload my video on the Livestorm event room and can stream my webinar.

1. cannot adjust the volume in the event room - In the streaming webinar via the Youtube link, the registrants cannot adjust their volume; if the host manages the volume, all registrants will be affected. - So, I hope that each registrant can adjust their volume. - I've gotten feedback for this several times. 2. sometimes, there is an error about sound in replay mode - After I streamed via Youtube live streaming, I could not hear the sound in the event room on replay mode. - When this error occurred, Livestorm staff could help fix this issue, and then I could hear the sound in the replay mode.

I'm the webinar host in South Korea and have webinars 3 ~ 4 times a month. So I needed a webinar platform that easily can manage the event list and information for registrants. I used many other webinar platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Click Meeting and Local webinar solutions in South Korea. But these are not satisfactory to me. However, Livestorm is fully satisfied until this time, so I've used this platform since 2020.

Un outil de reporting limité avec simplement un export Excel. Cela mériterait un dashboard avec des statistiques.

Livestorm is super user friendly, for me as an admin but also for the registrants. Also, it gives you valuable insights and data, and possibility to customize landing pages and communication. Also the integrations are very helpful. Normally I try to do a webinar per month, so I use it quite often.

The replay can be tricky to find and there is a strange image of several screens that appears when you change the presenter.

I really like the fact that we can create several sessions within a same event. I save much time thanks to this feature. All the data available about the registrants is also super helpful to monitor our impact. I also like how we can interact with people thanks to screen sharing, call to action, survey...

In my opinion it is not that intuitive. I took me a while before getting familiar with the tool. I also would like to be able to cancel a regristration on a specific session.

It helps me reach many people at the same time on a regular basis. All the features help me save time and reach more people.

First, how easy it is to use. My coworker gave me a 5-minute rundown before he went on vacation and I was able to use the platform and a lot of the features without issue immediately. Otherwise, it manages to pack a lot of useful features and information into an interface that's clean and helps guide the live webinar experience.

Sometimes having to bounce back and forth between sections within the platform takes a bit of time, considering certain connected things might be grouped together in a single place for maximum convenience. it's a small complaint though
