This is a good tool for the beginner or inexperienced user. But there are also its shortcomings. The embedded database and its management is a nightmare. The same applies to any functions if they are more difficult than the entry level.

When it was necessary to quickly integrate different services or test hypotheses, this turned out to be the best and fastest solution. Also good for checking MVP.

Make helps make automations and rules possible within Notion for me that I'm currently unable to do via formulas. It's really nice that you get notified when the automation fails so you can get ahead of it. The user interface is also very pleasing.

Not so much a dislike as just a very strong learning curve. If I wasn't looking at instructions on how to set it up? I likely would have been lost. It has so many possibilities to it!

I use databases in Notion and I was trying to set up repeating tasks - when you check a box saying it's done, the next due date updates to the next needed one. There's not currently a way to do this within Notion so Make has made it possible.

Even though Integromat's Catalog has 650 Native Apps, Comparatively, Zapier exceeds the expectations of supported applications! Zapier has their Zap Run Histories very much helpful while debugging. On the other hand, Integromat's workflow tests are not up to par.

The core mechanism of Integromat is one part of the interest about the solution. It allows intensive triggering when a lot of api calls are in stake. It exceeds needs where others fail or become expensive. This said, the ease of use and the amount of ready to use functions is near perfection. The bubble design is pure beauty and pragmatic as a tool. The way to test operations and debug is also well executed. There, a lot of little tweaks are awaiting, a lot of tweaks, tweaks that make your like easier compared to vendor. I can't really coun't the amount of feature that start with a "how can I do that" to "Oh it's simple as that". And this was to manipulate nested arrays from a raw api call. This applies to documentation too. When other vendors tend to extended the reading to bring no solution, the solution are written in the documentation. I've reduced my amount of ticket by 3 or 4 that brings less downtime... All positive at this point, I've been using Integromat from free plan for almost a year, just ramp to a paid plan and it worth money by hundreds. To resume the product is what you ever excepted from other vendor for the last three years. Ah, the product is from Europe ! Nice.

There is a lack of premium apps to be integrated (like Marketo) that can be frustrated. But the community is growing fast, more developpers are coming to the platform so we can hope more apps in the future.

I tried to make a lot of automatization with other vendors those became unsustainable in term of pricing, with Integromat I can. I tried some code manipulation or complex arrays manipulation with other vendors those became undoable, with Intgromat I can. With Integromat I got what i've always deserve in term of performance and pricing.

The interface is graphically appealing which made it approachable for a non-techie person. The steps for linking chains are somewhat intuitive. There customer service is excellent! Timothy was on top of my issue and provided support in a clear manner.

I would have liked an upfront tutorial on their terminology and which actions create certain outcomes. When you have an error in your chain it doesn't explain why the error is occurring...just that there is one. So you have to dive into a bit of detective work to figure it out.

I wanted to automate an action between GMail and Airtable. It saves me from needed to check my email for those specific types of orders and loads the appropriate information where I need it for my staff.

We use a bunch of automation software on the market and the UI/UX of Integromat is great. It being a drag and drop interface is great for visualizing the automation and there are countless data manipulation options. Not many automation tools handle looping or arrays well, but Integromat does a great job with this.

It feels like this should be far easier to use than competitors like Zapier based on the UI/UX, but you often run into error codes that aren't straightforward or sensible. If an automation fails and errors out, it's tough to understand what happened and how you should go about fixing it. It does allow for more robust logic and error handling than other platforms though.

Connecting software and automating processes is the main use-case for Integromat. When requiring heavy logic surrounding Arrays and Looping is when we favor Integromat over competitors.

Visual building of the integration is well-conceived and helpful

The licensing system is per operation, and, oh boy, those operations add up real quick. We have quite simple integrations and we had to keep getting bigger and bigger plans

We gather data from Fulcrum App and use "Make" to analyse it and perform actions based on the analysis

It helps me keep tasks up to date. I save a lot of time by not worrying about certain actions because make already does it

It is difficult to learn to use it. Not much training on it. It would be great that they had a training program
