The new user interface is clean and easy to navigate. The scheduling of a text process is thorough and simple.
When I send myself a test text message, I don't get the text blast so I've thought the blast didn't go out in the past. A test text should be considered something different.
We use it for sending coupons to a restaurant's customers. The redemption rates on the coupons are significant revenue drivers.
It can be layered into our CRM program. Drives store visits and incrementality. Reaching additional customer base and driving trips. Incrementality increasing average tickets with our text club customers.

Great customer service, and representatives know what they are talking about. No middle-men or third parties necessary so when there is an issue (not frequent), they get to the bottom of it quickly. Interface is pretty easy to use and is flexible to your model.
Some inconsistencies in the more advanced data fields (such as POS data) occasionally.
