It's completely new software also there have been reviews about the working of the software and during the period of lockdown there have been cases wherein the interface had glitches. However, the company is working to resolve these issues.

The website is little confusing in phone . how ever there is a desktop mode which is quite better. And I think the subscription cost is high and small businesses can't afford this.
