The registration set up is very simple - i like that you can add custom styling
There isn't much option for customisation on the registration page - I've had to include custom styling so that speaker bios can appear in the pop up
On24 has allowed us to deliver successful webinars without technical difficulties
On24's support is always available and very responsive. Overall our audiences have been very happy with their experience, which makes me happy as a webinar producer :) It's a great way to get consistent messaging to our global workforce.
Would love to see more flexibility in the look of the widgets - more shapes, a more modern feel.
We use On24 for internal sales team updates - this has helped us reduce the number of meetings our sales teams must attend in order to do their jobs. The end result is that they spend more time with our customers while feeling supported and prepared by HQ.
Flexibility with pre-recording as well as all of the engagement tools offered (resources, polls, CTAs).
I would love to be able to integrate video in pre-recorded webinars (presenter video as well as voice-over video).
ON24 webinars allow us to deploy content across the entire customer journey. We have also seen pipeline creation as a result of the webcast we deployed on ON24.
I am a long time ON24 user and have always been a fan. The company is constantly improving and implementing new features and also provides fantastic resources not only related to how to get the most out of their product but also about webinars and best practices in general. I have yet to meet anyone from ON24 who has not be pleasant and helpful to work with!
I dislike that some of the features can take a long time to roll out or don't seem to be available with my current ON24 selection.
Fantastic network of ON24 employees as well as #webinerds.
The tool is easy to use and it's easy to make changes to content without losing slide timing. Never had an issue with downtime, or data loss. Great support! After our migration, we had issues with missing Webcasts, but when escalated, the turnaround time was super fast. Registration provides a great way to track participation and engagement.
Video uploads and PowerPoint conversion can be slow. Videos over 1 hour do not show hours in slide timecode unless we escalate it. The design of the dashboard/interface could use a little bit of updating.
Great way to deliver content with supporting multimedia to a large audience. Tracking participation and engagement is useful.

The platform was easy to use, set up and manage. There was always a support contact to chat with.
It was hard for me to get proper MP4 files of the recordings for my events.

A bit pricey compared to other webinar hosting tools/platforms but at the end of the day, gets the job done and doesn't disappoint.
The main problem that On24 has helped us solve is running webinars all around the world in 7-8 different languages and also in friendly time-zones. When we first integrated with On24 several years ago, we started using it to run a few different live webinars all in the same timezone per month. Now, we are running about 15-20 webinars per month, sometimes even more, and On24 makes it super easy with having the "simu-live" options, and being able to "clone" webcasts. It has saved us a lot of time, and we were able to make it scale.

The ability to be able to promote valuable content to our audience and allow our membership to receive and interact with this information in a timely manner. It breaks down region barriers as our audience can watch sessions live or on-demand, and also ask questions which can be answered by the speaker. It allows our audience to attend presentations and learn without having to spend time and money on travel to a physical conference or session.
It can sometimes be difficult to communicate with the audience once they are in the session. For example, the 'sent to all' function only works sometimes, meaning that the audience can be left in the dark about notificiations on some sessions. Furthermore, the 'reports' section is not GDPR compliant so you are unable to share this section with sponsors, despite this being a perk.
Breaking down global barriers and allowing our audience to learn cooperatively, regardless of where in the world that they are. It is also allowing us to generate revenue through sponsorship, who are wanting to promote their product through industry led case studies.
We love the multiple ways in which the platform can be used; live programs, on-demand, Simulive, and all of the interactive and reporting features that come with each. It's a one-stop shop for our clients/prospects.
As of now, we dislike the attendance form feature as it's not working quite right with our custom attendance form. We plan to continue working on this.
Problems Solving: backend registration and attendee tracking I would also consider these benefits realized, too, as we didn't realize how amazing it would be, especially when integrated with our CRM. The automation process of the attendee emails is amazing.
My largest client/user is in the financial and health related marketing sector. They use ON24 to provide educational webinars to members across the country to encourage leads and interest in other services they provide. They really like the customizable & branded automated emails, ease of registration process, no dial-in phone numbers for attendees, and presenting is a breeze for their team. The analytics features provide robust info on individuals attending and those attending on-demand. The Simu-live feature allows a presentation to be pre-recorded and have the event at a later time. The Multi-Event registration is also a great feature to attract and engage. Attendees are able to easily download resources, read speaker bios, and take surveys, along with other widgets to increase engagement. I highly recommend their Customer Support. They are very quick to respond with answers or assistance. Online documentation is excellent as is their WEBINERD program. And being able to edit a presentation (in the Archive section) is a really great feature!
Occasionally we have new presenters who find the platform a bit overwhelming, but once they have used it a couple of times, have no further issues. Attendees have reported browser freezes but refreshing has resolved that.
Using ON24 as a enterprise solution results in streamlining templates and provides a consistent experience across the business. Provides enhanced engagement and insight into our attendees and business data.
The thing I like best about On24 is how easy it is to set up a webcast, as well as the around the clock emergency support that they provide when issues arise.
The only thing that I dislike is that your account manager can either be a hit or a miss. Sometimes they're very good with answers all your questions, and other times you might not hear back for 4-5 days.
We are providing webinars to our employees to help them earn CPE credits towards their CPA license. These webcasts are helping our employees gain new knowledge, as well as earn more professional credits.
