Using Panda Doc has made a huge difference to the efficiency and success of the business throughout the past few years. Despite Covid, usual tasks have been made easier than ever by the use of their software. The dashboard is simple to use and our customers seem to have possitive feedback of their own to share.
Some options which aren't available without upgrading would be fantastic if they were part of the basic packages. Yet it is difficult to class this as a flaw as such.
Panda doc has provided a platform for our customers to sign important documents without having to leave their homes. This alone has been immeasurably successful over recent years.
Starting a business can be challenging with the number of systems needed and their fees. PandaDoc works as it should, and fees are as they should be. From a branding perspective, I love the personalization for businesses, and from pricing, I love how they charge for what it is not by "let's take advantage and charge for service but also for every signature done." Simply great w/ unlimited signature docs or sheets and the ability to upgrade for integrations; simply an awesome system and people behind it.
The only flaw I find is the time zones. It would be great if the system could send signatures based on their time zone, not from PandaDoc HQ zone. Aside from that, simply fantastic.
We focus in sending docs, and they make it effortless.
I enjoy the easy to use platform to build documents/templates to increase efficiency. The dashboard is a life saver as it allows me to easily check where a client is at with a document and allows me to chase them when required
I find that I some times have issues with numbering and tables, however I think is is moreso from me having an MS Office mentality and that it will just take some time to get used to PandaDocs instead
Clients are readily responding as they do not need to rely on printers to progress their matters and they can easily sign on all of their devices - which makes it great for everyone involved

Generating documents quicker and having templates.
I am a convert from Docusign! (And I loved Docusign!) What I appreciate about PandaDoc is that there is a content library! I can modify my invoices and contracts easliy, whereas with Docusign, I had to create the document and then upload the document and then send the document. PandaDoc's processes are streamlined. I create the document, and when a change is needed, I make the change, but the client has the same link, so it saves me a ton of time and frustration. Reducing redundancy is a game changer for me!
There are features that PandaDoc doesn't have yet, that I am waiting for. Currently, it doesn't integrate with CRM software Act! But each time I have a question or issue, their tech support is top notch!
At a glance, I can see the flow of my paperwork! It sends auto-reminders to my clients, which saves me time. It is intuitive and user-friendly, which allows me to focus on more important (and income generating) tasks.
I like the various options of sending clients the documents. Links can be emailed directly from the PandaDoc platform, or via personal emails, or embedded into your business website. It really helps streamline the minutiae.
When using the Forms feature, I would love it if you could be able to alphabetize the forms by the signee, followed by the Form itself.
Using PandaDoc is saving me time, both in delivering needed documents to clients and in organizing them to be able to resource later.
The amount of time we save on proposals is the best part of PandaDoc! Previously to using PandaDoc we used high-quality graphics files to assemble proposals, this took hours and was a very complex process that required special software. Due to the complexity, errors were common as well. PandaDoc was able to streamline this process into an easy to edit the template. We've lost none of the graphical complexity of our process, but we've shaved off hours of time, and been able to standardize documents like never before. It's really been a killer application for us.
Some of our sales team have issues with the application running slowly, and PandaDoc support has not been able to fix or assist with this. The problem seems intermittent and is still vastly faster than the old process, so it's only a minor issue for us at this time.
We use PanadaDoc to present proposals to our clients, and sign contracts, NDAs and other legal agreements. Virtually all of our needs int his area are covered by PandaDoc and we've realized countless hours of saved time as well as significant more efficient processes as well!
It allows you to upload your files and convert it to PandaDoc document. And if it is a form, it automatically fills the fields for you instead of having you dragging and dropping them.
Since it is a new feature, the recipient verification option has some bug. I was able to complete a document without entering any code even though i entered the wrong code 3 times.
Thanks to pandaDoc, our client will be able to receive and sign contracts faster. Mailing in our country is difficult and sometimes dangerous for our messengers.

I've been working with panda dock for 2 years now, and I use it every day. With this software, sending a document for a signature is child's play, and you have so many features to personalize your document that's just crazy! What's the top of the top is the possibility to make templates of documents and love having to upload them every time. The interface is user-friendly, you can set up a document in a minute. Besides, Pandadoc offers a lot of possibilities of integrations with other tools, and the Google Workspace tools.

In my business, I have to make people sign documents every day to start contracts. Every signature tools I've tried are really expensive and I don't have much budget to get one. Pandadoc offers me a complete solution to that problem, moreover, it's so easy to use that it's a real pleasure to work with this tool.
I like how easy it is to e-sign forms and keep track of everything in one place.
It would be nice to have a little more flexibility to design more online.
Before, we would print and wet sign contracts. Now, we just upload the forms and send via email. Much easier and faster. Plus, saving money on ink and papers.
PandaDoc has an easy to use interface, super intuitive, several ways of sending the contract and it integrates with a lot of CRM tools. Better than Docusign and others in many ways.
Nothing to dislike, it's just a great product. I highly recommend it, having tried many competitors over the years.
