I love how user friendly Podium is as a whole. For our office, we are constantly on the move and going a mile a minute. The ease of just selecting the sender information and 2 steps of typing truly help with the ease of getting feedback from our patients. Even our patients comment on how easy and painless it is to complete the review we send them. It's not time consuming, which encourages them to truly want to leave a review.
I don't like the frequent bugs that occur when trying to access the site. Sometimes it's a hit or miss if we can log in our first time trying to pull up the website.
We are resolving the issue, of gathering thorough feedback on out patients' experiences. Some times our patients want to brag on us, and Podium truly gives them the opportunity to do so, or to also let us know what we need to work on.
